Claims (10)
- 크랭크 샤프트에 연결된 구동 샤프트(4, 4'), 캠 샤프트에 연결된 피동 샤프트(5, 5') 및 전기 조절 모터(2, 2')에 연결된 조절 샤프트(6, 6')를 포함하는 3-샤프트-기어로서 형성된 조절 기어(1, 1')를 구비한, 내연 기관의 캠 샤프트(3, 3') 및 크랭크 샤프트를 해체 가능하게 연결 및 조절하기 위한 장치로서, 조절 샤프트(6)가 정지한 경우에는 구동 샤프트(4, 4')와 피동 샤프트(5, 5') 사이에 정지식 기어 변속(i0)이 존재하고, 상기 기어 변속의 레벨이 기어의 유형(마이너스- 또는 플러스 기어) 그리고 기본 위치 또는 비상 주행 위치를 갖는 상기 캠 샤프트(3, 3')의 조절 방향을 결정하도록 구성된 상기 장치에 있어서,조절 모터(2, 2') 및/또는 상기 모터의 제어부가 고장인 경우에는 조절 샤프트(6, 6')의 제동 및 고정에 의해서, 또한 구동 샤프트(4, 4')의 회전에 의해서 그리고 적합한 정지식 기어 변속(i0)에 의해서 상기 캠 샤프트(3, 3')의 기본 위치 또는 비상 주행 위치에 도달하여 그 위치를 유지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캠 샤프트(3, 3')의 늦은 조절을 위해서는 i0< 0인 마이너스 기어 또는 i0> 1인 플러스 기어가 적합하고, 상기 캠 샤프트(3, 3')의 이른 조절을 위해서는 0 < i0< 1인 플러스 기어가 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 조절 샤프트(6)를 무전류 방식으로 고정시키기 위해서는 회전자(8) 및 실린더 헤드에 고정된 고정자를 포함하는 조절 모터(2)의 자동 정지 모멘트가 적합하며, 바람직하게는 상기 회전자(8)에 영구 자석이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,조절 모터(2)를 상응하게 설계하고 자동 정지 모멘트를 상기 조절 기어(1)의 변형된 마찰 모멘트만큼 증가시킴으로써, 적어도 내연 기관의 스타트시에 그리고 내연 기관의 공회전이 낮은 경우에는, 상기 조절 샤프트(6)에 반작용하는 변형된 최대 다이내믹 캠 샤프트 회전 모멘트(토크)의 바람직하게 60% 내지 100%에 도달할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 조절 모터(2, 2')의 자동 정지 모멘트가 불충분하거나 또는 존재하지 않는 경우에는, 실린더 헤드에 고정된 기계식 또는 전기식 브레이크(11, 11')의 외부 제동 모멘트가 상기 조절 샤프트(6, 6')의 고정을 위해 제공되는 것을 특징으로하는, 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 브레이크(11, 11')는 내연 기관의 공회전이 낮은 경우에는 자동으로 작동되고, 조절 모터(2, 2')가 작동되는 경우에는 자동으로 느슨해지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,선택된 고정식 기어 변속(i0)으로 인해 조절 샤프트(6, 6')가 정지한 경우 및 내연 기관의 공회전수가 낮은 경우에는 캠 샤프트(3, 3')의 조절 속도가 바람직하게 초당 30° 내지 60°의 캠 각 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 캠 샤프트(3, 3')의 기본 위치 또는 비상 주행 위치로의 복원은 상기 조절 모터(2, 2')의 회전 방향과 무관하게 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 캠 샤프트(3, 3')의 조절시에는 조절 기어(1, 1')의 구동 샤프트, 피동 샤프트 및 조절 샤프트(4, 4'; 5, 5'; 6, 6')가 동일한 회전수로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 조절 기어(1, 1')는 예를 들어 편심 기어 또는 샤프트 기어(플러스 기어) 또는 텀블링- 혹은 이중 유성 기어(마이너스- 또는 플러스 기어)로서 형성되고, 상기 조절 모터(2, 2')는 브러시가 없는 또는 브러시가 장착된 직류 모터로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치.
