Claims (10)
- 전기 절연 시일을 통해 연결되며 중간 격리판, 양극 및 음극, 전해질을 포함하는 케이스컵과 케이스커버로 구성되며 기밀식이 되도록 폐쇄되는 단추전지형태의 케이스를 갖는 전기 재충전식 배터리에 있어서,전극세트가 케이스에서 배열되고 한가지 극성의 전극사이에 다른 극성의 전극을 에워싸는 한가지 극성의 전극을 두 개이상 포함하고 원주상의 적어도 두지점에서 기계적 및 전기적으로 연결되어서 기계적으로 견고한 전극 패킷(9)이 생성되는 재충전식 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전극(5,6)이 금속망, 금속포일, 금속격자, 금속펠트 또는 금속발포물로 구성된 전도성 베이스를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 한가지 극성의 전극이 전기 전도성 접촉 플레이트(8)에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항중 한 항에 있어서, 전극세트가 한극성의 전극을 n개 다른 극성의 전극을 n+1개 포함하고 양이 더 적은 전극이 접촉 플레이트(8)에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항중 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 플레이트(8)가 연결 러그(8c)를 가지며 거기에 전극(5)의 연결탭(5a,5b)이 전기적으로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제 1 항 내지 5 항중 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 플레이트(8)가 구멍(8d) 및 돌출부(10)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항중 한 항에 있어서, 접촉 플레이트(8)의 돌출부(10)에 대한 유지 스투드(3.1)가 시일(3)에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제 1 항 내지 7 항중 한 항에 있어서, 전극(5,6)사이에 위치된 격리판(7)이 전극(5,6)위에 걸린 모서리에 서로 용접됨을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 제 1 하 내지 8 항중 한 항에 있어서, 양극이 활성물질로서 수산화니켈을 함유하고 음극이 활성물질로서 수소저장합금이나 카드뮴을 함유하거나, 양극이 활성물질로서 리튬이온을 함유한 칼코겐화물을 포함하고 음극이 활성물질로서 리듐을 흡수하는 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 전극스트립에 제조되어 전극 플레이트로 분리되고, 양극과 음극(5,6)이 서로의 위에 놓이고 사이에 격리판(7)이 배치되며, 양극과 음극(5,6)은 원주상의 두지점에서 서로 연결되고,이러한 방식으로 제조된 전극패킷(9)에 전해질이 함침되고 시일(3)이 제공된 전지 커버(2)에 삽입되고, 전지컵(1)이 끼워진 후 용기부분들이 기밀식이 되도록 서로에 대해 클린칭되는 단계를 포함하는 청구항 1 내지 9 중 한 항에 따른 재충전식 배터리 제조방법.
