Abstract
Description
본 발명에 따른 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법은, 연속적인 시트로서 이동 요소 위에 졸을 분배하는 단계; 상기 졸을 겔화 시키는 단계; 상기 졸이 분배된 연속적인 시트를 감아 복수의 층들을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 층들을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 졸의 겔화는, 전자기 방사 에너지원, 음파 방사 에너지원 및 미립자 방사 에너지원으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 에너지원으로부터 상기 졸의 횡단면 안으로 소정 양의 에너지를 방사하는 것에 의해 향상된다.
도 2는 단일 회전 컨베이어 벨트를 사용한 섬유 강화된 겔 시트의 제조방법을 도시한다.
도 3은 추가 절단과 함께 카운터 회전 컨베이어 벨트를 사용한 섬유 강화된 겔 시트의 제조방법을 도시한다.
도 4는 추가 절단과 함께 단일 회전 컨베이어 벨트를 사용한 섬유 강화된 겔 시트의 제조방법을 도시한다.
도 5는 캐스팅 전에 촉매 졸 혼합의 일반적인 흐름 다이어그램을 도시한다.
도 6은 촉매 배합된 졸을 스페이서 층을 포함하는 모재 롤에 분배하는 추가적인 실시예를 도시한다.
도 7은 겔화 존을 유도하여 겔 시트를 제조하기 위한 추가적인 실시예를 도시한다.
도 8은 하나 이상의 스페이서층을 갖는 겔 시트를 제조하기 위한 추가적인 실시예를 도시한다.
Claims (19)
- 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법에 있어서,
연속적인 시트로서 이동 요소 위에 촉매 배합된 졸을 분배하는 단계;
상기 촉매 배합된 졸을 겔화 시키는 단계; 및
상기 촉매 배합된 졸이 분배된 연속적인 시트를 감아 복수의 층들을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은
상기 촉매 배합된 졸이 분배된 연속적인 시트의 층들 사이에 스페이서층을 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 스페이서층은 유체 투과성인 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 스페이서층은 유체 불투과성인 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 유체 투과성 스페이서층은 건조 공정에 있어서 방사 흐름 패턴을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 유체 불투과성 스페이서층은 건조 공정에 있어서 축류 패턴을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
- 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법에 있어서,
연속적인 시트로서 이동 요소 위에 졸을 분배하는 단계;
상기 졸을 겔화 시키는 단계;
상기 졸이 분배된 연속적인 시트를 감아 복수의 층들을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 층들을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 층들은 초임계유체를 사용하여 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은
겔 시트에 섬유 물질을 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은
겔 시트에 주름진 섬유를 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 졸은 지르코니아, 산화이트륨, 하프니아, 알루미나, 티타니아, 세리아, 실리카, 산화 마그네슘, 산화칼슘, 플루오르화 마그네슘, 플루오르화 칼슘 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 졸은 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리올레핀, 폴리스틸렌, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리우레탄, 폴리이미드, 폴리푸르푸랄 알콜, 페놀 푸르푸릴 알콜, 멜라민 포름알데히드, 레조르시놀 포름알데히드, 크레졸 포름알데히드, 페놀 포름알데히드, 폴리비닐 알콜 디알데히드, 폴리시아누레이트, 폴리아크릴아미드, 에폭시, 한천, 아가로스 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 겔 시트를 생산하는 방법.
