Claims (10)
- 주사슬에 벤젠고리를 포함하는 변성 나일론계 열가소성수지 20~80 중량%와, 단면의 가로세율 비율이 1.5 이상인 보강섬유 80~20 중량%로 된 기초수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 반응성 올레핀계 공중합체, 코어-쉘 공중합체 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 충격보강재 1~30 중량부가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론계 수지 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 변성 나일론계 열가소성 수지의 고유점도는 0.7~0.9(dl/g)인 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론계 수지 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 변성 나일론계 열가소성 수지의 평균 분자량은 10,000~100,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론계 수지 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강섬유는 단면의 가로세로비율이 2~8 인 나일론계 수지 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보강섬유는 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 아라미드섬유, 티탄산 칼리 섬유, 탄화규소 섬유 중 선택되는 1종 이상 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론계 수지 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보강섬유는 유리섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론계 수지 복합재

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반응성 올레핀계 공중합체는 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무, 이소프렌 고무, 에틸렌/옥텐 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔의 삼원공중합체에, 무수말레산, 그릴세릴메타크릴레이트, 옥사졸린과 같은 반응성 작용기들 중 선택되는 하나 이상이 그라프트되어 있는 것이고,상기 코어-쉘 공중합체는 디엔계 고무, 아크릴레이트계 고무 또는 실리콘계 고무 단량체 중에서 선택한 1종 이상을 중합한 고무질 중합체에, 그라프트 가능한 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로겐 또는 알킬 치환 스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, C1-C8 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-C8 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, 무수말레인산, 및 C1-C4 알킬 또는 페닐 핵치환 말레이미드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상의 단량체를 그라프트시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론계 수지 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 나일론계 수지 복합재에는 산화방지제, 열안정제, 광안정제, 유동증진제, 활제, 향균제, 이형제, 핵제 중 하나 이상의 첨가제가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론계 수지 복합재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항, 제 8 항, 제 9 항 중 한 항의 나일론계 수지 복합재를 압출한 펠렛.
