または、これらのポリマー(式中、R1およびR2は同一または異なるか、あるいはC1〜C6アルキル、直鎖状または分岐状、および/またはアリールであり;R3は、C1〜C10アルキレン、直鎖状または分岐状、C6〜C10アリーレン、アルキルアリーレンまたはアリールアルキレンであり;Mは、カルシウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン、アルミニウムイオンおよび亜鉛イオンのうちの1種または複数種であり、mは2〜3であり;nは1または3であり;xは1または2である)である。R1およびR2は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、好ましくはメチル、エチル、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、テント−ブチル、n−ペンチルおよび/またはフェニルである。R3は好ましくは、メチレン、エチレン、n−プロピレン、イソプロピレン、n−ブチレン、t−ブチレン、n−ペンチレン、n−オクチレン、n−ドデシレンまたはフェニレンまたはナフチレン、またはメチルフェニレン、エチルフェニレン、t−ブチルフェニレン、メチルナフチレン、エチルナフチレンまたはt−ブチルナフチレン、またはフェニルメチレン、フェニルエチレン、フェニルプロピレンまたはフェニルブチレンである。Mは好ましくは、アルミニウムイオンまたは亜鉛イオンである。これらの化合物は、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる米国特許第6,255,371号明細書に開示されている。
(A)/(B)50:50〜75:25の範囲の重量比のポリアミド(A)およびポリアミド(B)30〜90重量%;
(C)(ジ)ホスフィン酸金属塩5〜25重量%;
(D)無機充填剤および/または繊維強化材0〜60重量%;
(E)他の成分0〜40重量%;からなる。
(A)/(B)50:50〜75:25の範囲の重量比のポリアミド(A)およびポリアミド(B)30〜87重量%;
(C)(ジ)ホスフィン酸金属塩7.5〜20重量%;
(D)無機充填剤および/または繊維強化材5〜55重量%;
(E)他の成分0.5〜20重量%;からなる。
PPA 融解温度325℃を有する、本発明によるPA4T/66をベースとする半芳香族ポリアミド
PA−46 融解温度290℃を有する本発明によるPA−46をベースとする脂肪族ポリアミド
PA−66 融解温度260℃を有する本発明によるPA−66をベースとする脂肪族ポリアミド
難燃剤 ExolitOP1230,クラリアント社(Clariant GmbH)
相乗剤 ホウ酸亜鉛
ガラス繊維 熱可塑性ポリアミド組成物用の標準グレード
難燃性ポリアミド組成物を二軸スクリュー押出機で製造した。実施例I〜IIIおよび比較実験A、BおよびDについては、押出し溶融物の温度は一般に約340℃であり、そのため325℃をかなり超えた。比較実験については、溶融温度は約310℃であった。溶融配合した後、得られた溶融物を押し出してストランドを形成し、冷却し、顆粒に切断した。
標準射出成形機を使用して、難燃性ポリアミド組成物を適切な試験金型に射出成形した。実施例I〜IIIおよび比較実験Cの組成物については、組成物の溶融物が約310℃の温度に達するように設定した。比較実験A、BおよびDについては、組成物の溶融物が約340℃の温度に達するように設定した。
Claims (12)
- (A)融解温度(Tm−A)を有する半結晶性半芳香族ポリアミド;
(B)融解温度(Tm−B)を有する半結晶性脂肪族ポリアミド;
(C)ホスフィン酸および/またはジホスフィン酸の金属塩であるハロゲン不含難燃剤システム;
(D)無機充填剤および/または繊維強化材;ならびに
(E)他の成分からなる難燃性ポリアミド組成物であって、
−(A):(B)の重量比が、50:50〜75:25の範囲であり;
−(A)が、10,000〜25,000g/モルの範囲の数平均分子量(Mn−A)を有し;
−(B)が、7,500〜50,000g/モルの範囲の数平均分子量(Mn−B)を有し;
−Tm−Aが290〜350℃の範囲であり、
−Tm−AがTm−Bよりも高く、
(A)/(B)50:50〜75:25の範囲の重量比のポリアミド(A)およびポリアミド(B)30〜90重量%;
(C)(ジ)ホスフィン酸金属塩5〜25重量%;
(D)無機充填剤および/または繊維強化材0〜60重量%;
(E)他の成分0〜40重量%;からなり、
(E)が、酸捕捉剤、耐衝撃性改良剤、可塑剤、安定剤、加工助剤、固体潤滑剤、着色剤及びナノ粘土からなる群より選択される少なくとも一種であり、
重量パーセンテージ(重量%)は、組成物の全重量に対するパーセンテージであり、(A)〜(E)の合計は100%である、
難燃性ポリアミド組成物。 - Mn−Bが、10,000〜40,000g/モルの範囲である、請求項1に記載の難燃性ポリアミド組成物。
- Tm−Aが300〜340℃の範囲であり、かつ/またはTm−Bが250〜300℃の範囲である、請求項1または2に記載の難燃性ポリアミド組成物。
- (A):(B)の重量比が55:45〜72.5:27.5の範囲である、請求項1に記載の難燃性ポリアミド組成物。
- 前記難燃剤システム(C)が(ジ)ホスフィン酸アルミニウムを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性ポリアミド組成物。
- 前記組成物の全重量に対して少なくとも5重量%の総量で無機充填剤および/または繊維強化材(D)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性ポリアミド組成物。
- 難燃剤(C)を5〜25重量%、ガラスまたは炭素繊維強化材を5〜60重量%含む難燃性ポリアミド組成物であって、前記重量%が前記組成物の全重量に対する%である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性ポリアミド組成物。
- 組成物が射出成形機で加熱されてポリマー溶融物が形成される工程を含む、射出成形によって難燃性ポリアミド組成物から成形部品を製造する方法において、
前記組成物が、融解温度(Tm−A)を有する半結晶性半芳香族ポリアミド(A);および融解温度(Tm−B)を有する半結晶性脂肪族ポリアミド(B);を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性ポリアミド組成物であり;かつ前記溶融物が、Tm−Aを最大で10℃超える温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記ポリマー溶融物が、少なくとも100℃、好ましくは110〜150℃の範囲の金型温度を有する金型に射出される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から製造される物品。
- コネクター用のプラスチック部品である、請求項10に記載の物品。
- 電子デバイス用のハウジングまたは補強フレームである、請求項10に記載の物品。
