Abstract
Description
図1は、第1の実施形態内視鏡システム1の概略的な構成を示す図である。内視鏡システム1は、被検体内において、内視鏡による観察下で組織を切除または凝固する装置である。
以下に、本発明の第2の実施形態を説明する。以下では第1の実施形態との相違点のみを説明するものとし、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その説明を適宜に省略する。
以下に、本発明の第3の実施形態を説明する。以下では第1の実施形態との相違点のみを説明するものとし、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その説明を適宜に省略する。
また、本発明の一態様による内視鏡システムは、前記電極ユニットを含む。
Claims (9)
- 内視鏡による観察下において高周波電流を用いて被検体内の組織を切除または凝固する電極ユニットであって、
前記被検体内に挿入される電極支持部と、
前記電極支持部の表面から突出する電極と、
前記電極支持部の基端に連結された基端硬質部と、
前記基端硬質部に設けられ、前記電極に電気的に接続された電気的接続部と、
を含み、
前記電極支持部は、
表面が電気絶縁性を有する材料により被覆され、前記電極を保持する1つまたは2つの先端硬質部と、
前記先端硬質部および前記基端硬質部を接続し、前記先端硬質部および前記基端硬質部よりも曲げ剛性の低い1つまたは2つの弾性領域と、
を含み、
前記電極は、
前記先端硬質部の表面の互いに離間した2点において、前記先端硬質部によって支持された一対の基部と、
前記先端硬質部の表面から離間した状態で前記一対の基部を接続する架設部と、
を含む
ことを特徴とする電極ユニット。 - 前記一対の基部は、前記先端硬質部の先端と基端との間から突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極ユニット。
- 2つの前記先端硬質部を備え、
前記一対の基部は、前記2つの前記先端硬質部の互いに対向する対向面のそれぞれに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極ユニット。 - 前記先端硬質部は、前記基部の突出方向とは異なる方向に突出する凸部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極ユニット。
- 前記先端硬質部の先端側から見たときに、前記電極は、前記先端硬質部の先端と重ならない位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極ユニット。
- 前記先端硬質部の前記電極が突出する方向の反対方向から前記先端硬質部を見たときに、前記電極は、前記先端硬質部の先端と重ならない位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極ユニット。
- 前記基端硬質部の外周を囲う電極シースと、
前記管状部を前記弾性領域の外周を囲う位置まで移動させる操作部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の電極ユニットを含むことを特徴とする内視鏡システム。
- 前記電極ユニットが挿通されるシースと、
前記シース内に挿通されるテレスコープと、
前記シースの基端側において、前記テレスコープを前記シースの長手軸に沿う方向に移動可能に保持するスライダと、
前記シースの基端側において、前記電極ユニットを、前記テレスコープとは独立して前記シースの長手軸に沿う方向に移動可能に保持する電極ユニット保持部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の内視鏡システム。
