Description
また、本発明の一態様による内視鏡システムは、前記電極ユニットを含む。
図1は、第1の実施形態内視鏡システム1の概略的な構成を示す図である。内視鏡システム1は、被検体内において、内視鏡による観察下で組織を切除または凝固する装置である。
以下に、本発明の第2の実施形態を説明する。以下では第1の実施形態との相違点のみを説明するものとし、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その説明を適宜に省略する。

Claims (9)
- 高周波電流を用いて被検体内の組織を切除または凝固する電極ユニットであって、
前記電極ユニットを挿通するシースの長手軸に沿う方向を長手方向とする柱状の形状を有し、それぞれの表面が電気絶縁性を有する材料により被覆された一対の先端硬質部と、
前記一対の先端硬質部のそれぞれの基端側に設けられ前記一対の先端硬質部のそれぞれよりも曲げ剛性の低い弾性領域部と、
を備える電極支持部と、
前記長手軸に対し直交し、かつ互いに直交する一対の軸のうち水平軸を第1軸と、垂直軸を第2軸と定め、前記第2軸に対して前記被検体がある方向を下方とした場合、
前記一対の先端硬質部が前記第1軸に沿う方向について互いに対向する各対向面に配置される一対の基部と、
前記一対の基部と前記一対の先端硬質部とを接続するとともに前記一対の基部のそれぞれから前記第2軸に沿う方向に突出する凸形状を有し、前記凸形状の頂部は、前記先端硬質部の前記第2軸に沿う方向の下端面よりも下方に突出している架設部と、
を有する電極と、
を含んで構成され、
前記電極支持部は、
前記第1軸に沿う方向に離間して配置され、前記第1軸に沿う方向から見たときに、前記一対の先端硬質部の側面のそれぞれは、重なり合う部分が存在するように、配置されており、
前記電極の外部に露出する部位は、
前記第2軸に沿う方向から見たときに、前記一対の先端硬質部と重ならないように配置されている
ことを特徴とする電極ユニット。 - 前記電極支持部の基端に連結された基端硬質部と、
前記基端硬質部に設けられ、前記電極に電気的に接続された電気的接続部と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極ユニット。 - 前記一対の基部は、前記一対の先端硬質部のそれぞれによって支持され、前記一対の先端硬質部の先端と基端との間から突出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極ユニット。
- 前記一対の先端硬質部は、前記基部の突出方向とは異なる方向に突出する凸部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極ユニット。
- 前記一対の基部は、前記一対の先端硬質部の互いに対向する各対向面から、互いに近づく方向に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極ユニット。
- 前記架設部は、前記一対の基部から前記第2軸に沿う下方向に突出する凸形状からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極ユニット。
- 前記基端硬質部の外周を囲う管状の電極シースと、
前記電極シースを前記弾性領域部の外周を囲う位置まで移動させる操作部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の電極ユニットを含むことを特徴とする内視鏡システム。
- 前記電極ユニットが挿通される前記シースと、
前記シース内に挿通されるテレスコープと、
前記シースの基端側において、前記テレスコープを前記シースの長手軸に沿う方向に移動可能に保持するスライダと、
前記シースの基端側において、前記電極ユニットを、前記テレスコープとは独立して前記シースの長手軸に沿う方向に移動可能に保持する電極ユニット保持部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の内視鏡システム。
