Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Shift channels SC1 and SC2 are formed between first electrode group y1i and second electrode group y2i connected to common busses Y1 and Y2 and third electrode group x1j and fourth electrode group x2j connected to common busses X1 and X2. Write electrodes w1 and w2 are provided adjacently to most- right electrode x1i of third electrode group, and shifting discharge cells ai, bi, ci and di are regularly arranged in an opposite interval of each electrode.
