Description

本開示は、概して、血管内医療処置中に血管から急性閉塞を除去するための装置及び方法に関する。より具体的には、本開示は、作動血塊回収カテーテルに関する。
(1) 血管(30)内の閉塞物を回収するためのシステム(100)であって、

(14) 前記フレーム(110)の前記少なくとも第1の部分を、熱電冷却回路(123)で冷却して、前記フレーム(110)の前記少なくとも第1の部分を前記閉塞性血栓上で折り畳ませることを更に含む、実施態様11に記載の方法。
(15) 前記フレーム(110)の少なくとも第2の部分に第2の電流を送達することと、
前記第2の電流を介して、前記フレーム(110)の前記少なくとも第2の部分を加熱して、前記フレーム(110)の前記少なくとも第2の部分を、拡張された構成から折り畳まれた構成に、かつ前記閉塞性血栓上で変化させることと、を更に含む、実施態様11に記載の方法。
前記温度が第1の温度を上回るとき、前記第1の電流を停止することと、を更に含む、実施態様11に記載の方法。
(17) 前記フレーム(110)が、前記カテーテル(102)の内側管腔(302)内に配設されており、
前記フレーム(110)の前記少なくとも第1の部分を折り畳まれた構成から拡張された構成に拡張させることが、前記カテーテル(102)の内径を増加させる、実施態様11に記載の方法。
(18) 作動血塊回収システム(100)を製造する方法であって、
第1の形状記憶材料を、拡張された構成を有する第1のフレーム(110、111A)に熱硬化させること(2005)と、
前記第1の形状記憶材料を冷却して、前記第1のフレーム(110、111A)を折り畳まれた構成に折り畳ませること(2010)と、
前記第1のフレーム(110、111A)を、カテーテル(102)のカテーテル壁(306)内に配設されている第1の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)の第1の端部に接続すること(2015)と、
前記第1の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)の第2の端部を電子回路(112)に接続すること(2020)と、
前記第1のフレーム(110、111A)及び前記カテーテルの遠位端部に、膜を適用すること(2025)と、を含む、方法。
(19) 第2の形状記憶材料を、折り畳まれた構成を有する第2のフレーム(110、111B)に熱硬化させることと、
前記第2の形状記憶材料を冷却することと、
前記第2のフレーム(110、111B)を、前記カテーテル壁(306)内に配設されている第2の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)の第1の端部に接続することと、
前記第2の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)の第2の端部を、前記電子回路(112)に接続することと、
前記膜を、前記第2のフレーム(110、111B)に適用することと、を更に含む、実施態様18に記載の方法。
(20) 前記第1の形状記憶材料及び前記第2の形状記憶材料が、異なる合金であり、
前記第1のフレーム(110、111A)及び前記第2のフレーム(110、111B)が、同軸であり、かつ前記カテーテルの前記遠位端部に接続されている、実施態様19に記載の方法。
前記第1の形状記憶材料及び前記第2の形状記憶材料が、異なるオーステナイト終了温度を有する、実施態様19に記載の方法。
(22) 第1のカテーテル層(308)を提供することと、
前記第1のカテーテル層(308)上に、前記第1の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)を配設することと、
前記第1の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)及び前記第1のフレーム(110、111A)の第1のアンカー支柱上に、第2のカテーテル層(310)を適用することと、を更に含み、
前記第1のフレーム(110、111A)を前記第1の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)の前記第1の端部に接続することが、前記第2のカテーテル層(310)を適用する前に、前記第1のアンカー支柱を前記第1の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)に接続することを含む、実施態様18に記載の方法。
(23) 前記第1のフレーム(110、111A)を前記折り畳まれた構成に保持するためのリングで、前記第1のフレーム(110、111A)を包被することを更に含み、
前記膜を前記第1のフレーム(110、111A)に適用することが、
前記第1のフレーム(110、111A)及び前記リングを膜材料に浸漬することと、
前記膜材料を冷却することと、を含む、実施態様18に記載の方法。
Claims (10)
- 血管(30)内の閉塞物を回収するためのシステム(100)であって、
カテーテル(102)と、
第1の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)と、
前記第1の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)に第1の電流を提供する、電子回路(112)と、
前記第1の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)と電気的に連通し、形状記憶材料を含む、フレーム(110)であって、前記フレーム(110)の少なくとも第1の部分が、前記第1の電流によって加熱されると、折り畳まれた構成から拡張された構成に拡張可能であり、前記フレーム(110)は第2の部分をさらに備える、フレーム(110)と、を備え、
絶縁接合部(304)が前記フレームの前記第1の部分を前記フレームの前記第2の部分に接続し、前記第1の電流が前記絶縁接合部(304)の一方の側から他方の側へと通過しない、システム。 - 前記形状記憶材料が、37℃を上回る遷移温度を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記形状記憶材料が、45℃~55℃の遷移温度を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フレーム(110)と電気的に連通する熱電冷却回路(123)を更に備え、前記フレーム(110)の少なくとも前記第1の部分は、前記熱電冷却回路(123)により熱が除去されると、前記拡張された構成から前記折り畳まれた構成に折り畳み可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フレーム(110)の少なくとも前記第2の部分が、加熱されると、開放構成から折り畳まれた構成に折り畳み可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フレーム(110)の前記第2の部分と電気的に連通する第2の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)を更に備え、前記第2の導電性ワイヤ(116、401)が、前記電子回路(112)から第2の電流を受信する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記フレーム(110)の周囲に配設された膜カバーを更に備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フレーム(110)が、前記カテーテル(102)の内側管腔(302)内に配設されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フレーム(110)と電気的に連通する熱電対(122、1502)を更に備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記形状記憶材料は、前記フレーム(110)の少なくとも前記第1の部分が前記折り畳まれた構成にあるとき、マルテンサイト相にあり、
前記形状記憶材料は、前記フレーム(110)の少なくとも前記第1の部分が前記拡張された構成にあるとき、オーステナイト相にある、請求項1に記載のシステム。
