〔付記2〕
前記薬剤容器50は、制御された流量での薬剤送達の為に薬剤流体を薬剤チャンバ21内に収容する、請求項1に記載の駆動機構100。
〔付記3〕
前記調整機構500は、前記ぜんまい122と、1つ以上の歯車512、514、516を有する歯車トレーン510と、回転シャフト518と、1つ以上の歯車520、522、524を有する歯車トランスミッション550と、に結合された脱進調整機構500であり、前記歯車トランスミッション550のうちの少なくとも1つの歯車520が前記駆動ピニオン120と係合することが可能であり、前記歯車520が回転することによって、前記駆動ピニオン120が回転して前記ピストン110の前記駆動ラック110Aと係合し、前記駆動ラック110Aを軸方向平行移動させ、これによって、前記駆動ピニオン120の回転運動が前記駆動ラック110Aの軸方向平行移動に変換される、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。

前記脱進調整素子500は更に、前記歯車トレーン510と係合して前記歯車トレーン510の回転運動を計量調節するように構成されたレバー564及びガンギ車562を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。

前記レバー564は、ピン564A、B及びプロング564Cを有し、前記プロング564Cは、ポスト566Aと可動に係合し、はずみ車566のインパルスピン566Bと取り外し可能に係合するように構成されており、前記はずみ車566は、ひげぜんまい568と係合し、前記ひげぜんまい568との組み合わせで、ポスト566Aを中心として振動することが可能である、請求項4に記載の駆動機構100。

前記ガンギ車562は、大径ガンギ歯車562A及び小径歯車562Bの外周の周りにガンギ歯を有する複合歯車であって、前記歯車トレーン510と係合して、前記歯車トレーン510を計量調節するように構成されている、請求項4から5のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。

脱進調整機構による前記駆動ピニオン120及び/又は前記歯車トレーン510の計量調節により、ユーザへの薬剤送達の流量又は特性が制御される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。
〔付記8〕
状態読み取り器600が、対応する1つ以上の状態トリガを読み取るか認識するように構成されてよく、前記駆動機構100の動作時には、前記状態読み取り器600と前記状態トリガとの間の相互作用により、ユーザにフィードバックを提供する為の信号が電源/制御系400に送信される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100。

Claims (10)
- バレル58及びプランジャ封止材60を有する薬剤容器50と、
接合面110C及び駆動ラック110Aを有するピストン110の一部分が少なくとも最初は駆動ハウジング130内に存在し、前記接合面110Cは前記駆動ハウジング130の外部である、前記駆動ハウジング130と、
駆動ピニオン120と直接又は間接的に結合されたぜんまい122であって、前記駆動ピニオン120が前記ピストン110の駆動ラック110Aと噛み合うことにより、前記ぜんまい122及び前記駆動ピニオン120の回転運動を変換し、前記駆動ラック110Aを軸方向平行移動させる、前記ぜんまい122と、
レバー564とガンギ車562を有する脱進調整機構500と、
を備える制御送達駆動機構100、1000であって、
前記ピストン110は、前記バレル58内で軸方向平行移動されるように構成されており、且つ、前記バレル58内で前記プランジャ封止材60に接触して前記プランジャ封止材60を軸方向平行移動させるように構成されており、前記ピストン110が、制御された速度で軸方向平行移動するように、前記脱進調整機構500が前記駆動ピニオン120を計量調節し、前記ピストン110を制御レートで前記バレル58内で軸方向平行移動させる、
制御送達駆動機構100、1000。 - 前記薬剤容器50は、制御された流量での薬剤送達の為に薬剤流体を薬剤チャンバ21内に収容する、請求項1に記載の駆動機構100、1000。
- 前記脱進調整機構500は、前記ぜんまい122と、1つ以上の歯車512、514、516を有する歯車トレーン510と、回転シャフト518と、1つ以上の歯車520、522、524を有する歯車トランスミッション550と、に結合され、前記歯車トランスミッション550のうちの少なくとも1つの歯車520が前記駆動ピニオン120と係合することが可能であり、前記歯車トランスミッション550の少なくとも一つの前記歯車520が回転することによって、前記駆動ピニオン120が回転して前記ピストン110の前記駆動ラック110Aと係合し、前記駆動ラック110Aを軸方向平行移動させ、これによって、前記駆動ピニオン120の回転運動が前記駆動ラック110Aの軸方向平行移動に変換される、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100、1000。
- 前記レバー564は、ピン564A、B及びプロング564Cを有し、前記プロング564Cは、ポスト566Aと可動に係合し、はずみ車566のインパルスピン566Bと取り外し可能に係合するように構成されており、前記はずみ車566は、ひげぜんまい568と係合し、前記ひげぜんまい568との組み合わせで、前記ポスト566Aを中心として振動することが可能である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100、1000。
- 前記ガンギ車562は、大径ガンギ歯車562A及び小径歯車562Bを有する複合歯車であって、前記大径ガンギ歯車562Aは、前記大径ガンギ歯車562Aの外周の周りにガンギ歯を有しており、前記小径歯車562Bは、前記歯車トレーン510と係合して、前記歯車トレーン510を計量調節するように構成されている、請求項4に記載の駆動機構100、1000。
- 前記脱進調整機構500による前記駆動ピニオン120及び/又は前記歯車トレーン510の計量調節により、ユーザへの薬剤送達の流量又は特性が制御される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100、1000。
- 状態読み取り器600が、対応する1つ以上の状態トリガを読み取るか認識するように構成され、前記駆動機構100の動作時には、前記状態読み取り器600と前記状態トリガとの間の相互作用により、ユーザにフィードバックを提供する為の信号が電源/制御系400に送信される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構100、1000。
- 前記状態読み取り器600は光学式状態読み取り器であり、前記対応する状態トリガは駆動歯車520の歯車歯である、請求項7に記載の駆動機構100、1000。
- 前記状態読み取り器600は機械式状態読み取り器であり、前記対応する状態トリガは前記駆動歯車520の歯車歯である、請求項7に記載の駆動機構100、1000。
