Claims (13)
- 放射を提供する1つ以上の第1のアレンジメントであって、該放射がサンプルに向かう少なくとも1つの第1放射及び参照部に向かう少なくとも1つの第2放射を含み、時間経過につれて周波数が変化する前記放射を提供する第1のアレンジメントと、
前記少なくとも1つの第1放射に関連した1つ以上の第3放射と、前記少なくとも1つの第2放射に関連した1つ以上の第4放射との間の干渉を検出するように構成された1つ以上の第2のアレンジメントと、
タイミング起因性の位相誤差を補正するための較正信号を、較正光路からの信号に基づいて生成するように構成された第3のアレンジメントと、を備え、
前記1つ以上の第2のアレンジメントが、前記干渉における少なくとも1つの周波数成分の1つ以上の位相に関連した特定の信号を得るように構成されて、該特定の信号を、少なくとも1つの特定の情報と比較する機能を有し、
前記1つ以上の第2のアレンジメントが、さらなる干渉における少なくとも1つのさらなる周波数成分についての1つ以上のさらなる位相と関連した前記特定の情報を前記較正信号から得るように構成され、前記さらなる干渉が前記干渉とは異なり、
前記干渉及び前記さらなる干渉が異なる時間に得られ、
前記特定の信号は、前記サンプルについての連続したAライン間での位相差であり、
前記特定の情報は、前記較正信号から得られた連続したAライン間での位相差である、装置。 - 前記さらなる干渉は、前記放射及び少なくとも1つの第2放射に基づいている請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記干渉及び前記さらなる干渉は、前記サンプルの異なる位置からの反射光に基づいて得られる請求項1記載の装置。
- 放射を提供する1つ以上の第1のアレンジメントであって、該放射がサンプルに向かう少なくとも1つの第1放射及び参照部に向かう少なくとも1つの第2放射を含み、時間経過につれて周波数が変化する前記放射を提供する第1のアレンジメントと、
前記少なくとも1つの第1放射に関連した1つ以上の第3放射と、前記少なくとも1つの第2放射に関連した1つ以上の第4放射との間の干渉を検出するように構成された1つ以上の第2のアレンジメントと、
タイミング起因性の位相誤差を補正するための較正信号を、外部の光学アレンジメントにより生成するように構成された1つ以上の第3のアレンジメントと、を備え、
前記1つ以上の第2のアレンジメントが、前記干渉における少なくとも1つの周波数成分の1つ以上の位相に関連した特定の信号を得るように構成されて、該特定の信号を、少なくとも1つの特定の情報と比較する機能を有し、
前記1つ以上の第2のアレンジメントが、前記干渉における少なくとも1つのさらなる周波数成分についての1つ以上のさらなる位相と関連した前記特定の情報を前記較正信号から得るように構成され、
前記特定の信号は、前記サンプルについての連続したAライン間での位相差であり、
前記特定の情報は、前記較正信号から得られた連続したAライン間での位相差である、装置。 - 前記1つ以上の第3のアレンジメントが干渉計アレンジメントを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 放射を提供する1つ以上の第1のアレンジメントであって、該放射がサンプルに向かう少なくとも1つの第1放射及び参照部に向かう少なくとも1つの第2放射を含み、時間経過につれて周波数が変化する前記放射を提供する第1のアレンジメントと、
前記少なくとも1つの第1放射に関連した1つ以上の第3放射と、前記少なくとも1つの第2放射に関連した1つ以上の第4放射との間の干渉を検出するように構成された1つ以上の第2のアレンジメントと、
タイミング起因性の位相誤差を補正するための較正信号を、前記サンプルと前記第1のアレンジメントの末端光学部分との間の実際の距離又は光学距離のうちの少なくとも1つが既知である、前記末端光学部分での反射からの信号に基づいて生成するように構成された1つ以上の第3のアレンジメントと、を備え、
前記1つ以上の第2のアレンジメントが、前記干渉における少なくとも1つの周波数成分の1つ以上の位相に関連した特定の信号を得るように構成されて、該特定の信号を、少なくとも1つの特定の情報と比較する機能を有し、
前記1つ以上の第2のアレンジメントは、前記干渉における少なくとも1つのさらなる周波数成分についての1つ以上のさらなる位相と関連した前記特定の情報を前記較正信号から得るように構成され、

タイミング起因性の位相誤差を補正するための較正信号を、較正光路からの信号に基づいて生成し、
前記特定の信号を、少なくとも1つの特定の情報と比較し、
さらなる干渉における少なくとも1つのさらなる周波数成分についての1つ以上のさらなる位相と関連した前記特定の情報を較正信号から得て、前記さらなる干渉が前記干渉とは異なり、
