Description
受像部材上にペンタクロムカラー画像を形成するために異なるピクセル位置にて色の種々の組み合わせを形成する少なくとも5つの異なる色を、1パスで、受像部材上に連続的に付着させるために、受像部材を前記プリンタ装置に通し、
定着ステーションに前記受像部材を通すことによって前記ペンタクロムカラー画像を定着させる第1定着ステップと、
前記受像部材を再び前記プリンタ装置に通し、前記定着されたペンタクロムカラー画像に透明トナー上塗膜を付着し、
前記受像部材の前記透明トナー上塗膜を固定させるために前記定着ステーションに、再び、前記透明トナー上塗膜及び前記定着ペンタクロムカラー画像を備えた前記受像部材を通す第2定着ステップとを含む、方法が提供される。
ペンタクロムカラー画像を形成するために1パスで通過する受像部材にそれぞれのカラー分離トナー像を付与する5つ以上のカラー印刷ステーションを有するタンデム方式のカラー静電式プリンタ装置と、
前記ペンタクロムカラー画像を定着させる定着ステーションと、
前記定着されたペンタクロムカラー画像に透明トナー上塗膜を付与する透明トナー上塗膜印刷ステーションと、
前記透明トナー上塗膜を有する前記ペンタクロムカラー画像の光沢を高めるベルト式光沢付与器とを含む、システムが提供される。
組み合わせで少なくともペンタクロムカラー画像を形成する5つ以上の異なるカラー顔料を用いてカラープリントを形成し、
前記少なくともペンタクロムカラー画像に透明トナー上塗膜を付着し、
前記透明トナー上塗膜及び前記少なくともペンタクロムカラー画像に光沢増加処理を施すことを含む、方法が提供される。
Claims (1)
- カラー画像を印刷するためのシステムであって、
5色トナー画像を形成するために1パスで通過する受像部材にそれぞれのカラー分離トナー像を付与する5つ以上のカラー印刷ステーションを有するタンデム方式のカラー静電式プリンタ装置と、
前記5色トナー画像を定着させる定着ステーションと、
前記定着された5色トナー画像に透明トナー上塗膜を付与する透明トナー上塗膜印刷ステーションと、
前記透明トナーが逆マスクの適用に従って前記5色トナー画像上に付与されるように要素の動作を制御するコントローラと、
前記透明トナー上塗膜を有する前記5色トナー画像の光沢を高めるベルト式光沢付与器とを含み、
前記逆マスクは、前記受像部材の種類に従って調整され、前記透明トナーの量は、最も割合が大きい色のトナーの割合のみに基づき決定される、
