Description

(前記化学式(1)でRは、水素または炭素数1〜8のアルキル基(alkyl radical)である。)
b)は、アクリレートまたはメタアクリレートのうちの少なくともいずれか1つであり、
c)は、炭素数3〜20のα,β−エチレン化不飽和アクリル酸またはメタアクリル酸、スルホン酸、またはリン酸のうちの少なくともいずれか1つであり、
d)は、グリシジル基、ヒドロキシル基、無水マイレン酸基、カルボン酸基またはエステル基のうちのいずれか1つを含む単量体である。

b)は、アクリレートまたはメタアクリレートのうちの少なくともいずれか1つであり、

d)は、グリシジル基、ヒドロキシル基、無水マイレン酸基、カルボン酸基またはエステル基のうちのいずれか1つを含む単量体である。

b)は、アクリレートまたはメタアクリルとすることができ、好ましくはメタアクリルとすることができる。前記b)は、軟化した共重合体を形成することができる単量体を使用することによって、樹脂金属複合体が頻繁な温度変化にもクラックが発生することを防止することができる。
c)は、炭素数3〜20のα,β−エチレン化不飽和アクリル酸またはメタアクリル酸、スルホン酸、またはリン酸のうちの少なくともいずれか1つであり、好ましくはα,β−エチレン化不飽和アクリル酸またはメタアクリル酸とすることができる。
crystal polymer)、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエン三元共重合体(ethylene−propylene−diene terpolymer)、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体(ethylene−vinyl acetate copolymer)、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体(ethylene−propylene copolymer)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(ethylene vinyl acetate)、ポリ尿素(polyurea)またはポリシロキサン(polysiloxane)のうちの少なくともいずれか1つとすることができる。
α−オレフィン、アクリレート及びα,β−エチレン化不飽和アクリル酸が含まれたイオノマーが共重合された三元共重合体を含む接着層組成物を利用して、亜鉛がメッキされた鉄を含む金属層と、木粉及びタルクを含む樹脂層を接着して樹脂金属複合体を製造し、この樹脂金属複合体を−30℃温度で5時間冷却した後、60℃で5時間加熱して、耐熱衝撃性を肉眼で観察した。
亜鉛がメッキされた鉄を含む金属層と、木粉及びタルクを含む樹脂層を接着層組成物を使用せず接合させて、樹脂金属複合体を製造し、この樹脂金属複合体を−30℃温度で5時間冷却した後、60℃で5時間加熱して、耐熱衝撃性を肉眼で観察した。
比較例1と同一の金属層及び樹脂層を使用し、接着層組成物としてマレアート化(maleated)ポリエチレン(MAPE)を用いて、樹脂金属複合剤を製造し、同一条件で耐熱衝撃性を肉眼で観察した。

Claims (11)
- 金属層と、
樹脂層、及び
前記金属層と前記樹脂層との間に備えられる接着層を含み、
前記接着層をなす接着層組成物は、下記a)、b)、c)及びd)の単量体のうちの2または3単量体が共重合して得られる二元共重合体または三元共重合体を含む接着層を含む樹脂金属複合体:
a)は、下記化学式(1)で表されるα−オレフィンであり、

(前記化学式(1)でRは、水素または炭素数1〜8のアルキル基である。)、
b)は、アクリレートまたはメタアクリレートのうちの少なくともいずれか1つであり、
c)は、炭素数3〜20のα,β−エチレン化不飽和アクリル酸またはメタアクリル酸、スルホン酸、またはリン酸のうちの少なくともいずれか1つであり、
d)は、グリシジル基、ヒドロキシル基、無水マイレン酸基、カルボン酸基またはエステル基のうちのいずれか1つを含む単量体である。 - 前記c)は、金属陽イオンを含む塩基により、0.01%〜50%中和されて、金属塩の形態で存在する請求項1に記載の樹脂金属複合体。
- 前記金属陽イオンは、リチウム陽イオン(Li+)、ナトリウム陽イオン(Na+)、カリウム陽イオン(K+)、亜鉛陽イオン(Zn2+)、カルシウム陽イオン(Ca2+)、コバルト陽イオン(Co2+)、ニッケル陽イオン(Ni2+)、銅陽イオン(Cu2+)、鉛陽イオン(Pb2+)またはマグネシウム陽イオン(Mg2+)のうちの少なくともいずれか1つである請求項2に記載の樹脂金属複合体。
- 前記塩基は、ギ酸(formate)、酢酸塩(acetate)、硝酸塩(nitrate)、炭酸塩(carbonate)、重炭酸塩(bicarbonate)、酸化物(oxide)、水酸化物(hydroxide)またはアルコキシド(alkoxide)のうちの少なくともいずれか1つである請求項2に記載の樹脂金属複合体。
- 前記三元共重合体は、a)、b)及びc)が共重合して得られ、前記a)は15〜99.98重量%であり、前記b)は0.01〜50重量%であり、前記c)は0.01〜35重量%である請求項1に記載の樹脂金属複合体。
- 前記接着層組成物は、添加物をさらに含み、
前記添加物は、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリアミドエラストマー、ポリアミドイオノマー、ポリウレタンイオノマー、熱可塑性ポリエーテルエステルブロック共重合体、ポリカーボネート、ポリオレフィン、ポリオレフィンプラストマー、ポリアミド、共重合ポリアミド、ポリビニルアルコール、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体、ポリア−リレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリフェニレンエーテル、衝撃−改質されたポリフェニレンエーテル、高衝撃ポリスチレン、ジアリールフタレート重合体、スチレン−アクリロニトリル、スチレン−マイレン酸無水物重合体、スチレニック共重合体、機能性スチレニック共重合体、機能性スチレニック三元共重合体、スチレニック三元共重合体、セルロース重合体、液晶重合体、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエン三元共重合体、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体、エチレン酢酸ビニル、ポリ尿素またはポリシロキサンのうちの少なくともいずれか1つである請求項1に記載の樹脂金属複合体。 - 前記接着層組成物100重量部に対し、前記添加物は、0.001〜20重量部である請求項6に記載の樹脂金属複合体。
- 前記接着層の厚さが0.001mm〜100mmである請求項1に記載の樹脂金属複合体。
- 前記接着層の溶融指数は、1g/10min〜300/10minである請求項1に記載の樹脂金属複合体。
- 前記接着層と接合する前記金属層の表面は、凹凸構造である請求項1に記載の樹脂金属複合体。
- 前記樹脂層及び前記接着層は、押出と同時に接着して形成される請求項1に記載の樹脂金属複合体。
