Claims (10)
- 高分子材料をフローコートするための方法であって、少なくとも、
a.1つの構成部品(1)が、ホルダー(2)内に床(5)に対して25°〜90°の角度で挿入され、
b.構成部品(1)が、上縁(1a)から、ワニス(3)で被覆され、ワニス(3)が、その間に、上縁(1a)に隣接する構成部品(1)の表面の30%の領域内で空気(4)の流れに影響される、方法。 - 高分子材料をフローコートするための方法であって、少なくとも、
a.1つの構成部品(1)が、ホルダー(2)内に床(5)に対して25°〜90°の角度で挿入され、
b.構成部品(1)が、上縁(1a)に隣接する構成部品(1)の表面の30%の領域内で25℃〜100℃の温度に加熱され、構成部品(1)が、その間におよび/またはその後、上縁(1a)からワニス(3)で被覆される、方法。 - ステップbが、30秒〜120秒後に少なくとも一度繰り返される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 構成部品(1)が、床に対して35°〜70°、好ましくは40°〜60°の角度でホルダー(2)に挿入される、請求項1から3の一項に記載の方法。
- 空気(4)の流れが、1m/s〜5m/s、好ましくは2m/s〜4m/sの速度を有する、請求項1から4の一項に記載の方法。
- 空気(4)の流れが、30℃〜150℃、好ましくは、40℃〜80℃の温度を有する、請求項1から5の一項に記載の方法。
- ワニス(3)が、トップコートおよび/または下塗剤を含む、請求項1から6の一項に記載の方法。
- トップコートおよび/または下塗剤が、有機的に改質されたシリコーン樹脂および/またはポリアクリレート類を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ワニス(3)が、溶媒、好ましくは、水、アルコール、フェノール類および/またはケトン類、特に、エタノール、メタノール、2−プロパノール、n−ブタノール、1−メトキシ−2−プロパノール、4−ヒドロキシ−4−メチル−2−ペンタノンおよび/またはそれらの混合物または誘導体を含む、請求項1から8の一項に記載の方法。
- ワニス(3)が、4−メチル−2−ペンタノンおよび/または誘導体を含む、請求項1から9の一項に記載の方法。
