Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 波長変換器を備えた発光デバイスであって、
マトリクス材料および変換材料を含む変換層(5)を備えた発光面が設けられている、
発光デバイスにおいて、
前記マトリクス材料および前記変換材料の双方が高真空において蒸着可能な材料である
ことを特徴とする発光デバイス。 - 前記マトリクス材料および前記変換材料は光形成層とともに蒸着することができるように選定されている、請求項1記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記マトリクス材料および前記変換材料の双方が低分子有機化合物を含む、請求項1または2記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記マトリクス材料は、芳香族アミン、カルバゾールおよび芳香族シラン誘導体のグループから選択された材料を含む、請求項3記載の波長変換器を備えた発光デバイス。
- 前記マトリクス材料は、MoO3,ZnS,MgF2,Ta2O4,TiO,Al2O3のグループの物質から選択される、請求項1または2記載の発光デバイス。
- 当該の発光デバイスが有機発光ダイオードを形成する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の発光デバイス。
- 発光面の上に変換層(5)を蒸着する
ことを特徴とする波長変換器を備えた発光デバイスの製造方法。 - 前記蒸着を高真空において行う、請求項7記載の波長変換器を備えた発光デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記変換層は蒸着されたマトリクス材料および少なくとも1つの蒸着された変換材料を含む、請求項7または8記載の波長変換器を備えた発光デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記マトリクス材料および前記変換材料は低分子有機化合物を含む、請求項9記載の波長変換器を備えた発光デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記マトリクス材料は、芳香族アミン、カルバゾールおよび芳香族シラン誘導体のグループから選択された材料を含む、請求項10記載の波長変換器を備えた発光デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記マトリクス材料を、MoO3,ZnS,MgF2,Ta2O5,TiO,Al2O3のグループの物質から選択する、請求項9記載の波長変換器を備えた発光デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記蒸着は当該の発光デバイスの光形成層の蒸着の行われるのと同じ装置で行う、請求項7から12までのいずれか1項記載の波長変換器を備えた発光デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記変換層を発光される光に対して透明な材料から形成される電極層(1,4)の上に被着する、請求項7から13までのいずれか1項記載の波長変換器を備えた発光デバイスの製造方法。
- 当該の発光デバイスを有機発光ダイオードとして製造する、請求項7から14までのいずれか1項記載の波長変換器を備えた発光デバイスの製造方法。
