Description
Bereitstellen eines invertierten Halters 17a (Fig. 5) für die Nadelschutzkappe und eines verlängerten Halters für die Nadelschutzkappe 17b (Fig. 5).
Durch Bereitstellen des invertierten Halters 17a und des vorstehenden Halters 17b (Fig. 5) wird ein Platz für das sichere Halten der Nadelschutzkappe gesichert. Es vermeidet jede Art des ärgerlichen Überspringens durch den Arbeiter, der anderenfalls eine hängende Schnur vor sich hätte. Die Nadelschutzkappe ist am Gehäuse der Etikettiereinrichtung gesichert, was dem Arbeiter dabei hilft, daß er sie nicht verlegt, was anderenfalls passieren könnte, wenn er die Schnur entfernt, um sich nicht zu ärgern. Das verringert die Verletzungsgefahr des Arbeiters und die Gefahr der Beschädigung der Nadel für den Fall, daß die Nadelschutzkappe verlorengeht.

Claims (5)
- Etikettiereinrichtung, die aufweist:ein bewegliches Element (5) mit einem Kolben (5a) an dessen vorderen Abschnitt,wobei das bewegliche Element (5) durch einen Zwischenhebel (4) nach vorn bewegt wird;wobei der Zwischenhebel (4) durch einen Hebel (3) drehbar ist, der derart drehbar gehalten wird, daß er mittels Federkraft nach vorn aus einem Griff (2) vorsteht und in ihn hinein zurückgezogen wird, um so einen Verbindungsstab (Tc) des Etikettenstiftes (T) durch den Kolben (5a) in eine hohle Nadel (12) zu treiben;wobei der Griff (2) vom Etikettiereinrichtungsgehäuse (1) aus nach unten vorsteht;ein Zuführelement (6), aus dem ein Zahn (6d) vorsteht, der mit einem Verbindungsabschnitt (Tc) des Etikettenstiftes (T) in Eingriff kommen kann; undein Sperrelement (15), von dem ein zweiter Zahn (15a) vorsteht, der parallel zu dem Zahn (6d) mit dem Verbindungsabschnitt (Tc) in Eingriff bringbar ist;wobei das Zuführelement (6) und das Sperrelement (15) parallel zueinander vorgesehen sind;wobei das Zuführelement (6) einen Kopfabschnitt (6a) aufweist, wobei sich ein Hebelabschnitt (6b, 6c) aus dem Kopfabschnitt (6a) zu einer gegenüberliegenden Seite des Zahnes (6d) erstreckt, wobei alle zusammen in einem Stück aus synthetischem Harz geformt sind; undwobei die Hebelabschnitte (6b, 6c) abwechselnd unmittelbar in Übereinstimmung mit der Vorwärts- und Abwärtsbewegung des beweglichen Elementes (5) gestoßen werden, wodurch der bewegliche Abschnitt gedreht wird, um den Etikettenstift in eine vorgegebene Position zu übertragen;
- Etikettiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Zahn (6d) des Zuführelementes (6) mit dem Kopfabschnitt (6a) überlagert ist, und bei der der Zahn des Zuführelementes (6) mittels einer Feder (6e) derart gedrückt wird, daß er nach vorn vorsteht.
- Etikettiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Hebelabschnitt (6b, 6c) des Zuführelementes (6) im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Führungsnut angeordnet ist, in der das bewegliche Element (5) geführt wird, das den Kolben (5a) an seinem vorderen Abschnitt aufweist.
- Etikettiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Etikettiereinrichtungsgehäuse (1) außerdem ein zweites Sperrelement für das Begrenzen einer Abwärtsbewegung des Hebelabschnittes und ein drittes Sperrelement für das Begrenzen einer Abwärtsbewegung des Kopfabschnittes aufweist.
- Etikettiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Etikettiereinrichtungsgehäuse (1) außerdem einen invertierten Halter (17a) und einen vorstehenden Halter (17b) zum festen Sichern der Nadelschutzkappe (13) aufweist.
