- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken von Gegenständen (3') oder von Stapeln (3) aus Gegenständen, insbesondere von Briefhüllenstapeln, in einem zunächst ebenen Faltschachtelzuschnitt (4; 4'), der ein Bodenteil(20; 20'), zwei Seitenwandteile (24, 36; 24', 36'), Stirnwandteile (27, 29, 38, 39; 38', 39')und wenigstens ein Deckelteil (26, 26') sowie Verbindungslaschen (28, 32 bis 35; 32' bis 35', 40', 41') und ggf. Ecklaschen (30, 31) aufweist, die durch Faltlinien (22, 23, 37) und Einschnitte voneinander abgegrenzt sind und nach dem Aufsetzen des Gegenstands (3') oder Stapels (3) auf den Bodenteil (20; 20') in Anlage an diesen hochgeklappt oder umgeschlagen werden, mit einer Auflagefläche (51) für den Zuschnitt (4, 4') und einem in der Ausgangsstellung unterhalb der Auflagefläche (51) angeordneten Unterwerkzeug (5) mit über die Auflagefläche (51) hinaus um 90° hochschwenkbaren Seitenfaltklappen (52) und über die Auflagefläche (51) hinaus hochverlagerbaren Stirnfaltklappen (53) und mit weiteren Faltklappen (54), wobei den Faltklappen (52, 53, 54) jeweils Antriebe (52', 53', 54') zugeordnet sind, mit einer Einrichtung (6) zum Umlegen des Dekkelteils (26; 26') und der Laschen (28, 30 bis 35; 32'bis 35', 40', 41') und mit einer Einrichtung (7) zum Fixieren der Schachtelform des fertig gefalteten Zuschnitts (4; 4'), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterwerkzeug (5) vier den Eckpunkten (79) des Bodenteils (20; 20') des auf die Auflagefläche (51) aufgelegten Zuschnitts (4; 4) zugeordnete Eckmodule (51') jeweils mit den Faltklappen (52, 53, 54) aufweist, daß die Eckmodule (51') zur Anpassung an Bodenteile (20; 20') unterschiedlicher Größe paarweise in Längsrichtung und in Querrichtung verstellbar sind und daß das Unterwerkzeug (5) mittels eines Antriebs (77, 78) um eine die Auflagefläche (51) vertikal schneidende Achse (72) drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterwerkzeug (5) mittels einer Hubeinrichtung (76) anhebbar und absenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Paaren von Eckmodulen (51') längsverlaufende und/oder querverlaufende Stützleisten (67, 68) angeordnet sind, die mit ihrer Oberseite in der Ebene der von den Eckmodulen (51') gemeinsam gebildeten Auflageflächen (51) liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils eine Faltklappe (54) des Unterwerkzeugs (5) mit einer anderen Faltklappe (53) bewegbar und zusätzlich gegenüber dieser verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei parallele Längsführungen (58, 60) und zwei parallele Querführungen (59, 61) vorgesehen sind, auf denen die vier Eckmodule (51') paarweise verschiebbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Antriebseinrichtungen (62, 66; 63, 65) zum Verstellen der Eckmodule (51') vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtungen (62, 66; 63, 65) zwei sich mittig im Zentrum (64) des Unterwerkzeugs (5) kreuzende Gewindespindeln (62, 63) aufweisen, welche die Längsführungen (58, 60) bzw. die Querführungen (59, 61) gegensinnig verschiebbar miteinander verbinden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterwerkzeug (5) längs einer am Maschinenrahmen (15) abgestützten Konsole (50) horizontal bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Fixieren der Schachtelform eine Leimauftragsvorrichtung (7) aufweist, die relativ zum Unterwerkzeug (5) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen der Leimauftragsvorrichtung (7) höhenverstellbar sowie auf den auf der Auflagefläche (51) befindlichen Faltschachtelrohling (9) zu und von diesem weg bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Umlegen der Laschen (28, 30 bis 35; 32' bis 35', 40', 41') von einem oberhalb der Auflagefläche (51) angeordneten Oberwerkzeug (6) gebildet ist, das aufeinanderzu und voneinanderweg bewegbare Hälften (10) mit jeweils verstellbaren Faltklappen (95, 96, 97) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Hälfte (10) des Oberwerkzeugs (6) einen mittels eines Antriebs (94) um eine horizontale Achse (11) verschwenkbaren Tragarm (92) aufweist, der die Faltklappen (95, 96, 97) und deren Antriebe (99, 100, 101) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zwischen einer angehobenen Ruhestellung und einer abgesenkten Betriebsstellung verlagerbare Oberwerkzeug (6) zugleich den hochstehenden Deckelteil (26, 26') auf den Faltschachtelrohling (9, 9') bzw. den Stapel (3) oder Gegenstand (3') niederdrückt.
