Claims (9)
- Abkantpresse (20) zum Abkanten von Werkstücken (22) längs einer Biegelinie (23) mit einem vor der Biegelinie (23) sich befindenden Bedienbereich (17), mit einem hinter der Biegelinie (23) sich befindenden Anschlagbereich (24), mit einem Antrieb (21) für die Hubbewegung eines Biegewerkzeugs (9), mit einer den Antrieb (21) aktivierenden Hubbetätigungseinrichtung (7) und einer Einschaltsperreinrichtung für die Hubbetätigungseinrichtung (7), mit einer im Anschlagbereich (24) angeordneten Anschlageinrichtung (26), die eine durch einen steuerbaren Antrieb senkrecht zur Biegelinie (23) verfahrbare und positionierbare Schiene (27) aufweist, an der wenigstens zwei längs der Schiene (27) von Hand verschiebbare und positionierbare und über eine Klemmeinrichtung (42) festlegbare Anschlagfinger (28,29) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Sperreinrichtung für das Lösen der Klemmeinrichtung (42) vorgesehen ist und daß die Anschlageinrichtung (26) in eine Position verfahrbar ist, in der die Anschlagfinger (28,29) über die Biegelinie (23) in den Bedienbereich (17) der Abkantpresse hineinragen, und daß in dieser Position die Einschaltsperreinrichtung wirksam und die Sperreinrichtung für das Lösen der Klemmeinrichtung (42) unwirksam sind.
- Abkantpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtung (42) von einem Klemmstück gebildet wird, das bei Aktivierung die Anschlagfinger (28,29) mit der Schiene (27) verklemmt.
- Abkantpresse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmstück wenigstens ein bei Aktivierung gegen die Schiene (27) und die Anschlagfinger (28,29) pressendes Element oder einen entsprechenden Abschnitt aufweist.
- Abkantpressen nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmstück von einem Druckluftzylinder oder einem Magnet gebildet wird.
- Abkantpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmstück durch Beaufschlagung durch ein Fluid in Lage und/oder Form veränderbar ist.
- Abkantpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 3 oder 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmstück aus einem mit einem Fluid anfüllbaren Schlauch, z.B. einem Druckluftschlauch (47), besteht, dessen Querschnittsform und/oder dessen Lage durch den Innendruck veränderbar ist.
- Abkantpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschaltsperreinrichtung einen Schalter aufweist, der die Energiezufuhr zur Hubbetätigungseinrichtung (7) unterbricht.
- Abkantpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperreinrichtung für das Lösen der Klemmeinrichtung (42) einen Schalter aufweist, der die Energiezufuhr zum Lösen der Klemmeinrichtung (42) unterbricht.
- Abkantpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Löseeinrichtung zum Lösen der Klemmeinrichtung (42) vorgesehen ist und daß die Sperreinrichtung die Löseeinrichtung deaktiviert.
