Abstract
本发明涉及一种旋转非同步转换器及一种发电机装置,这种转换器包含一个以第1频率f1运转且与一个第2频率f2运转且与一个第2交流网络相连的第2定子,这种转换器亦具有一个在运转上与第1及第2频率f1,f2相关的转子装置,上述的每一个定子至少具有一个绕组,其中,各个绕组至少具有一个载流导体,且各个绕组亦具有一个绝缘系统,这个系统至少具有二个半导体层,其中各层则构成一个等电位表面,而在两层等电面表面间则具有一个固体的绝缘物。
Description
本发明涉及依据一种权利要求1,10及19项前序部分的非同步旋转转换器及此转换器的使用。
本发明还涉及依据权利要求20及29项的前序部分的一种发电机装置。
在许多的情况中,电力的交换必须是以不同的或至少是不同步的频率在交流网络中进行,以下是常用的情况:
1.具有相同额定频率,但非同步的三相网络连结,例如西欧及东欧。
2.具有不同频率的三相网络连结,最常见的是50Hz/60Hz(例如在日本,拉丁美洲)。
3.具有一低频率的三相网络连结,供轨道车使用的单/双相网络,在欧洲是50Hz/16.2/3Hz,在美国是60Hz/25Hz。
4.使用非同步旋转转换器作为长距离交流传输用的串联补偿。
现今,这种连接利用电力电子装置及直流中间链接而进行,在上述情况2及3中的连接系统中更得利于矩阵转换器的辅助,对于上述情况2及3中是同步但不同频率的连接系统而言,可因加入与同步机作机械连接的旋转转换器而改善。
在1985年,“Electric Technology USSR”,No.4,pp90-99中,由N.I.Blotskii所发表的“电力系统中非同步机之检测与使用”一文中,公开了一种电力系统中所使用的非同步机,或其相关部分,它们可能是具有不同的额定频率,或是具有相同的额定频率,但在其必须维持的准确程度上则有所差异,在图1中显示了此种非同步机的构造,该非同步机包含一个电机1,此电机1具有一个传统式的三相定子以及一个非凸极同步转子或一个凸极或非凸极电气非对称转子,而相位引线则与一个滑环相连;一个激励器2、循环转换供应器3或4和一个调节器5,构成定子和转子中转子环电压及主机转子角度及速度6,电压7及电流感测器9所需的控制律,其中,激励器2是一种循环转换器或反相控制的整流器。
由G.A.Ghoneem于1995年9月在IEEMA Journal,Vol 125,No.9,pp.21-34所发表的“宽范围感应式频率转换器的性能特征”一文中,提及感应式频率转换器可作为感应式电动机中速度控制驱劝的可变频率源。在图2中揭示了一个感应式频率转换器,这种感应式频率转换器包含2个在机械及电气上相耦合的绕线转子感应电机A,B,其中电机(A)的定子绕组系以线频率(Vi,Fi)连接至三相电源,而另一电机(B)的定子绕组则表示可变的频率输出(Vo,Fo),此二电机的转子绕组10,12系以特殊的方式相连在一起,这个转换器是由一个可变速度原动机14,可以是一个直流电动机予以驱动。
静态转换器的缺点是效率较低(95%),此乃因为半导体所造成的损耗,以及必须借助滤波器加以补偿的谐波效应,若使用直流中间连接,则将会导致采用设计复杂的特殊换流变压器,这些滤波器对于整个组件而言,将占用极大的空间,传统的旋转转换器并非针对高压所设计,所以在每一边需存在有一个变压器,以便与交流网络相连,则效率会与一个静态转换器的效率相当或甚至更低。
本发明的目的在于解决上述提到的问题,并且提供一种具有相同或不同频率且与交流网络相连的非同步旋转转换器。而该目的可以通过提供由权利要求1、10或19的前序部分所限定的非同步旋转转换器来实现,而在其特征部分中则说明了相关的有利特征。
本发明中的转换器具有一个以第1频率f1运转且与一第1交流网络相连的第1定子,以及一个以第2频率f2旋转且与一第2交流网络相连的第2定子,此转换器亦包含一个在旋转时与此第1及第2频率f1,f2有关的转子装置,上述定子中至少有一个定子各具有至少一个绕组,其中各个绕组至少包含一个载流导体,而各个绕组则具有一个绝缘系统,其中至少具有二个半导体层,而各个半导体层则构成一个等电位面,而在此二个等电位面间则置有一个固体绝缘物。
依据该转换器的另一个实施例,其具有一个以第1频率f1运转且与第1交流网络相连的第1定子,以及一个以第2频率f2运转且与第2交流网络相连的第2定子,此转换器亦具有一个旋转时与上述两个频率f1及f2有关的转子装置,上述定子各至少具有一个绕组,其中各个绕组具有一条至少包含一个载流导体的电线,各个导体包含数个导线,而在此导体的周围则包覆着一个半导体内层,而在此半导体内层的周围则包覆着一个固体绝缘层,而在此绝缘层周围则包覆着一个外部半导体层。
依据本发明的另一个实施例,该转换器具有一个以第1频率f1运转且与第1交流网络相连的第1定子,以及一个以第2频率f2运转且与第2交流网络相连的第2定子,此转换器亦包含一个在旋转时与上述第1及第2频率f1,f2有关的转子装置,各个定子至少具有一个绕组,其中各个绕组至少具有一个载流导体,各个绕组亦包含有一个绝缘系统,对应于其发热及电气特性,可允许在该非同步旋转转换器中存在有超出36KV的电压水平。
如同权利要求1,10或19中的叙述,本发明的一个非常重要的优点是可以在不借用额外的变压器或其他设备的状况下,将两个非同步的网络连接起来,另一个优点则是具有高达99%的效率。
由于这种绝缘系统的设计较适合固体型式,故由热力及电气的角度而言,可应用在超过36KV的电压,此种系统不需中间降压变压器,即可连接至高压网络,如此可获得上述提及的优点。这样的系统优选地,但不是必需地包括根据权利要求1-19中任一项的异步旋转转换器的特征。
本发明的另一个目的是解决上述的问题并且提供一种具可变旋转速度的发电机装置,依据权利要求20或29的前序部分而提供的发电机装置可达到该项目的,其有利特征在所述权利要求的特性部分中有所说明。
该发电机装置包含一个定子,一个与一个涡轮机相连的圆柱形转子,其中,定子系连接至一个以f2频率运转的交流网络,而该涡轮机系以频率f1来运转,该发电机装置亦包含一个转子装置,此转子运行时与频率f1及f2相关,该定子及第1圆柱形转子各至少具有一个绕组,其中的各个绕组至少包含一个载流导体,而各个绕组包含一个绝缘系统,此绝缘系统至少具有两个半导体层,其中各层半导体构成一个等电位面,而在此二个等电位面之间则置有一个固体的绝缘体。
依据本发电机装置的另一个实施例,它包含一个定子以及一个第1圆柱形转子,其中的定子连接至一个以f2频率运转的交流网络,而第1圆柱形转子则连接至一个涡轮机,此涡轮机旋转在f1的频率下,该发电机装置亦具有一个在旋转时与频率f1及f2相关的转子装置,定子及第1圆柱形转子各至少具有一个绕组,其中各个绕组具有一个电缆,而此电缆至少包含有一个载流导体,各导体至包含数条绞线,而在此导体的周围则包覆着一个半导体内层,而在此半导体内层的周围则包覆着一个固体的绝缘层,而在绝缘层的周围则包覆着一个半导体外层。
上述及其他的优选实施例在各从属权利要求有所说明。
本发明中某些部分涉及在特定应用中使用本文所提出的非同步转换器,例如在权利要求38-41中所述,而在这种应用中,本发明所具备的优点更加显著。
以下将结合附图来说明本发明的实施例。
图1中的电路图系依据现有技术,说明用以连接电力系统的非同步机;
图2中的电路图系依据现有技术,说明作为一可变频率源的感应式频率转换器;
图3显示目前所修改之标准电缆中的组件;
图4显示一个根据本发明的非同步旋转转换器的第1实施例;
图5显示一个依据本发明的非同步旋转转换器的第2实施例;

图3显示一个改进式电缆的实施例,图中的电缆20具有一个载流导体22,此导体又包含二个交错配置的非绝缘及绝缘之绞线,其中存在有一个机电交错配置的突出的半导体的内层封套24,其周围包覆着一层突出的绝缘层26,此绝缘层周围再包以一个半导体外层28,在此实施例中,此电缆作为一个绕组,其不需有金属屏蔽且无外层包皮。
最少有二层,最好是所有层能具有相同的散热系数,若绕组具有良好的热动特性,则可得到此项优点,避免缺陷及破坏。
图4系依据本发明,显示一个非同步旋转转换器30的第1实施例,这个非同步旋转转换器30用以连接相同或不相同频率的交流网络,转换器30具有一个第1定子32与一个第2定子34,其中,第1定子32连接至一个以第1频率f1运转的第1交流网络(未示出),而第2定子34则连接至一个以第2频率f2运转的第2交流网络(未示出),在此实施例中,定子32及34为三相,定子32及34各具有三个绕组,其中各个绕组至少具有一个载流导体,而各个绕组具有一个绝缘系统,此一系统至少具有2个半导体层,各层实质上构成一个等电位面,而在此2个等电位面间则配置有一个固体绝缘,这些绕组亦可以图3中所示型式的电缆所构成,此转换器30亦包含一个在运转时与第1及第2频率f1及f2相关的转子36,在此实施例中,转子36具有二个在电气及机械上彼此相连的三相转子361,362,它们是相对于定子32,34呈同心圆状配置,此转换器30亦包含一个与该转子361,362相连的辅助装置38,其用以启动转子361,362,使得该转换器30在连接至交流网络之前,转子361,362能运转至一个适当的旋转速度,各个转子361,362具有一个低压绕组(未示出),当第1定子32以频率f1连接至一个三相交流网络且第2定子34以频率f2连接至一个三相交流网络时,转子361、362将以
的频率运转,而定子电流的频率则为(f1+f2)/2,这种转换器所具有的效率对于小频率的变动而言非常高(约99%),这是因为所有的电力是以变压器的方式作传输,假设f1<f2,则
比例的电力是以机械的方式传输,而其余
比例的电力则是以变压器的方式传送,机械的能量仅消耗在维持旋转之用。
图5是依据本发明,显示非同步旋转转换器40的一个第2实施例,此非同步旋转转换器40亦用以连接至具有相同或不同频率的交流网络,转换器40包含一个第1定子42与一个第2定子44,其中,第1定子42连接至一个具有第1频率f1的交流网络(未示出),而第2定子44则连接至一个具有第2频率f2的第2交流网络(未示出),在此实施例中,定子42,44为三相定子,其各具有3个绕组,在图4中可针对各个绕组作说明,转换器40亦具有一个转子46,此转子46在运转时与第1及第2频率相关,而在此实施例中,转子46则是相对于定子42,44作同心圆状的配置,该转子46具有一个第1回路线48及第2回路线50,而此回路48,50是彼此相连的且配置在该转子46上彼此相对,此二个线回路48,50亦可分隔为二个扇形部位521及522,其中各个扇形部位521及522具有一个α宽的角度,此转换器40亦具有一个与该转子46相连的辅助装置(未示出),以便启动转子46,使得在转换器40与该交流网络连接之前,运转至一适当的转速,为了补偿该频率差Δf,转子46只需以频率

,亦即极低的旋转频率,此实施例的主要优点是低旋转频率及仅使用到一个转子。
图6为依据本发明公开的一个具有可变旋转速度的发电机60的第一实施例,此发电机60具有一个定子62及一个第1圆柱形转子64,其中,定子62连接至一个具有频率f2的交流网络(未显示),而圆柱形转子64则连接至一个运转在一频率f1下的涡轮机66,此发电机60亦具有一个在运转时与频率f1及f2有关的转子68,定子62及该第1圆柱状转子64各具有至少一个绕组(未示出),各个绕组则至少具有一个载流导体,而各个绕组亦具有一个绝缘系统,其至少包含有2个半导体层,其中各半导体层构成一个等电位面,而在此两个等电面之间则配置有一个固体绝缘物。在另一个实施例中,各个绕组亦可具有如图3所示的电缆,此转子68包含2个以电气及机械方式进行连结的转子681,682,而转子681及682是以中空的方式,呈同心圆状地配置在该定子62及圆柱形转子64的周围,在此实施例中定子62具有一个圆柱形的外形,转子681及682各具有一个低压绕组(未示出),且当发电机运转时,它们是以频率(f1-f2)/2进行旋转。当发电机60运作时,转子电流的频率则为(f1+f2)/2,发电机60现已与电力频率无关,且可以运转在一个最佳化参数的频率下。这种发电机60较之传统发电机60具有较佳的效率以及功率匹配。
图7系依据本发明,说明发电机70的第2个实施例,此发电机70包含一个定子72以及一个第1圆柱形转子74,其中,定子72系与一个具有频率f2的交流网络(未示出)相连,而第1圆柱形转子74则连接至一个运转在频率f1之下的涡轮机76,此发电机70亦包含一个在运转时与频率f1及f2相关的转子78,定子72及第1圆柱形转子74各至少具有一个绕组(未示出),此绕组可以是图6中所提及的型式,转子78包含一个第1转子781,及一个第2转子782,此二个转子系以电气及机械的方式彼此相连,第1转子781为中空的且呈同心圆状配置在该第1圆柱形转子74的周围,而第2转子782为圆柱形且为定子72所包围。第1及第2转子781及782各具有一个低压绕组,且转子781及782在当发电机70运转时是以频率(f1-f2)/2进行旋转,定子72是中空的,且配置在第2转子782周围,发电机70与图6中的发电机60有相同的运作方式,且具有相同的优点。
此实施例仅显示三相网络的连接,但本发明亦适用于连接至一个三相网络,其中一个定子具有单/双相的应用。本发明也可用于连接一个三相网络和一个单/双相网络,其中一个具有三相应用的定子经由一个斯考特连结或其他对称式连结而连结至一个单/双相网络。本发明亦适用于二个以上定子及转子以便与二个以上的交流网络相连之情况,唯一的条件是只能有二个非同步网络相连。
本发明并不限定在上述的实施例,只要是在本发明权利要求的范围中,仍存在许多修改的空间。
Claims (41)
1.一种非同步旋转转换器,用以连接具有相同或不同频率的交流网络,其中,此转换器具有一个第1定子及一个第2定子,第1定子连接至一个具有一第1频率f1的第1交流网络,而第2定子则连接至一个具有第2频率f2的第2交流网络,其特征在于,该转换器具有一个在旋转时与第1频率f1和第2频率f2相关的转子,以及其中至少有一个定子各具有至少一个绕组,其中各个绕组至少具有一个载流导体,而各个绕组具有一个绝缘系统,其具有至少二个半导体层,其中各个半导体层实质上构成一个等电位面,而在此二个等电位面之间则置有一个固体绝缘物。
2.如权利要求1所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,至少有一个半导体层具有与固体绝缘物相同的热扩散系数。
3.如权利要求2所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,半导体层的内层电位基本与导体的电位相等。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,半导体层的外层配置成基本构成包覆导体的一个等电位面。
5.如权利要求4所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,该外层连接至一个特定的电位。
6.如权利要求5所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,该特定电位是一个接地电位。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,至少有二个半导体层具有基本相等的热扩散系数。
8.如前述任一权利要求所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,载流导体具有多个绞线,其中仅有少数的绞线彼此为非隔离。
9.如前述任一权利要求所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,各个半导体层及固体绝缘物系固定地沿着整个连接面连接至相邻层或固体绝缘物。
10.一种非同步旋转转换器,用以连接具有相同或不同频率的交流网络,其中,此转换器具有一个第1定子及一个第2定子,第1定子系连接至一个具有第1频率f1的第1交流网络,而第2定子则连接至一个具第2频率f2的第2交流网络,其特征在于,此种转换器还具有一个在旋转时与第1频率f1及第2频率f2相关的转子,以及各个定子具有至少一个绕组,其中各个绕组具有一个至少具有一个载流导体的电缆,
各个导体具有多个绞线,
-在该导体周围,配置着一个半导体内层,
-在该半导体内层周围,配置着该固体绝缘物的绝缘层,以及
-在该绝缘层之周围,配置着一个半导体外层。
11.如权利要求10所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,该电缆亦包括金属屏蔽及包皮。
12.如权利要求11所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,电缆的直径约为20-250mm,而导体之面积约为80-3000mm2。
13.如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,该转子具有二个以电气及机械方式相连的转子,这些转子相对于定子作同心圆状的配置。
14.如权利要求13所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,该转换器亦具有一个与该转子相连的辅助装置,以便在连接至该转换器之前,将转子启动至一个适当的旋转速度。
15.如权利要求14所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,各个转子具有一个低压绕组,而此转子的旋转频率为(f1-f2)/2,而当此转换器运作时,该定子的电流的频率为(f1+f2)/2。
16.如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,该转子装置仅具有一个相对于该定子呈同心圆状配置的转子。
17.如权利要求16所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,该转子具有一个第1线回路及一个第2线回路,其中此二个线回路彼此相连,且在转子上是呈彼此相对地配置,此外亦利用二个扇形部位予以隔离,其中各个扇形部位具有角度为α的宽度。
18.如权利要求17所述的非同步旋转转换器,其特征在于,它具有一个与该转子相连接的辅助装置,用以在与该转换器相连之前将转子启动至一个适当的旋转速度,而此转子的频率为
,其中Δf=|f1-f2|。
19.一种非同步旋转转换器,用以连接具有相同或不同频率的交流网络,其中,此转换器具有一个第1定子及第2定子,第1定子连接至一个具有第1频率f1的第1交流网络,而第2定子则连接至一个具有第2频率f2的第2交流网络,其特征在于,此转换器还具有一个在旋转时与第1频率f1与第2频率f2相关的转子,以及各定子具有至少一个绕组,其中各个绕组具有至少一个载流导体,且亦具有一个绝缘系统,其中以其散热及电气特性而言,可使得此种非同步旋转转换器取得超过36KV的电压水平。
20.一种具有可变旋转速度的发电机装置,其中,此发电机装置具有一个定子及一个第1圆柱形转子,其中定子连接至一个具频率f2的一个交流网络,而第1圆柱形转子则连接至一个以频率f1运转的涡轮机,其特征在于,此发电机装置亦具有一个在旋转时与频率f1及f2相关的转子装置,而该定子及第1圆柱形转子各至少具有一个绕组,其中各绕组至少具有一个载流导体,而各个绕组具有一个绝缘系统,而此绝缘系统至少具有二个半导体层,其中各个半导体层构成一个等电位面,而在此等电位面之间则置有一个固定绝缘物。
21.如权利要求20所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,其中至少一个半导体层大体上具有与该固体绝缘物相同的热扩散系数。
22.如权利要求21所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,其中半导体内层之电位与导体的电位相等。
23.如权利要求21或22所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,该半导体外层在配置上构成一个包覆在该导体外围的等电位面。
24.如权利要求23所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,该半导体外层连接至一个特定的电位。
25.如权利要求24所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,该特定的电位为接地电位。
26.如权利要求20-25中任一项所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,上述至少有二个半导体层具有基本相等的热扩散系数。
27.如权利要求20-26中任一项所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,该载流导体具有多数个绞线,其中有少量的绞线彼此为非隔绝的。
28.如权利要求20-27中任一项所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,上述二个半导体层的各个半导体层及该固体绝缘物是基本沿着整个连接面,固定地与相邻层或固体绝缘物相连。
29.一种具有可变旋转速度的发电机装置,其具有一个定子与一个第1圆柱形转子,该定子连接至一个具有频率f2的交流网络,而第1圆柱形转子则连接至一个运转在频率为f1的涡轮机,其特征在于,该发电机具有一个在旋转时与频率f1及f2相关的转子,且该定子及第1圆柱形转子各至少包含一个绕组,其中各个绕组具有一个至少具有一载流导体的电缆,
-各导体具有多个绞线,
-在该导体外围包覆一个半导体内层,
-在半导体内层之周围则置有一个固定绝缘物的绝缘层,以及
-在该绝缘层之周围置有一个外部半导体层。
30.如权利要求29所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,该电缆亦具有一个金属屏蔽及包皮。
31.如权利要求30所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,此电缆具有一个约为20-250mm的直径,以及约为80-3000mm2的导体面积。
32.如权利要求20-31中任一项所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,该转子装置具有二个以机械及电气的方式相连的转子,其中各个转子为中空且是以同心圆状配置在定子及圆柱形转子的外围。
33.如权利要求32所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,该转子装置的转子各具有一个低压绕组,当此发电机正在运转时,该转子是以频率(f1-f2)/2进行旋转。
34.如权利要求33所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,该定子具有圆柱的外形。
35.如权利要求20-31中任一项所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,该转子装置具有一个第1转子及一个第2转子,这二个转子是以机械及电气的方式相连,其中第1转子为中空的,且是呈同心圆状地配置在第1圆柱形转子的周围,且该第2转子是圆柱形的。
36.如权利要求35所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,上述转子装置的第1及第2转子各具有一个低压绕组,当发电机正在运转时,第1及第2转子是以频率(f1-f2)/2进行旋转。
37.如权利要求36所述的发电机装置,其特征在于,该定子为中空的,且配置在第2转子的外围。
38.一种如权利要求1-19中任一项所述的非同步旋转转换器的应用,该非同步旋转转换器可连接至具相同额定频率的非同步三相网络。
39.一种如权利要求1-19中任一项所述的非同步旋转转换器的应用,该非同步旋转转换器可连接至具不同频率的三相网络。
40.一种如权利要求1-19中任一项所述的非同步旋转转换器的应用,该非同步旋转转换器可作为长距离交流传输的串联补偿。
41.一种如权利要求1-19中任一项所述的非同步旋转转换器的应用,该非同步旋转转换器可作为无功功率补偿之用。
