优选地,所述雾化座还包括由金属材质形成的、并由所述基座的外圈向所述开口一侧延伸设置的外环管,所述外管套设在所述外环管外;
所述电子烟还包括套设在所述外管与所述外环管对应外圈上的金属套管,所述金属套管和所述外环管将所述外管对应的端部内外壁面夹持。
优选地,所述内环管和外环管之间形成有用于存放从所述导液孔流出的烟液的临时存储腔;
所述雾化装置还包括雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括设置在所述内环管两相对侧之间的吸液芯和设置在所述吸液芯上的加热件,所述吸液芯的至少一端伸入到所述临时存储腔内。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:本发明中的磁力生成装置可通过磁力带动密封机构由第一位置向第二位置移动,从而打开导液孔,将储液腔内的烟液流出进行使用,在磁力生成装置对密封机构的磁力消失时弹性件通过弹力保持密封机构在第一位置从而将导液孔关闭,防止储液腔内的烟液继续流出,保证了储液腔内的烟液的口味不会发生变化。
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明,附图中:

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1及图2所示,本发明一个优选实施例中的电子烟包括烟弹管10、雾化装置20、磁力生成装置30及电池装置40,雾化装置20的两相对端分别与所述烟弹管10和所述电池装置40对应连接。
如图2至图5所示,烟弹管10包括烟弹管本体11和导液件12,烟弹管本体11内形成有储液腔111以及供储液腔111内的烟液流通的开口112。导液件12覆盖在开口112上,导液件12上设有与储液腔111连通的四个导液孔121,导液孔121的数量也可为一个或其他数量,以能保证储液腔111内的烟液流通即可。
烟弹管本体11包括外管113、内管114,储液腔111形成于外管113和内管114之间,并使得开口112呈环形,导液件12也呈环形,套设在内管114与开口112对应的端部。内管114与开口112对应的端部设有外径小于内管114外径的套接部115,以供导液件12的内圈套设并轴向抵靠支撑。
雾化装置20包括雾化座21、通气管22、雾化组件23、密封机构24以及弹性件25。雾化座21与开口112对应的烟弹管本体11的端部配合,雾化座21包括基座211、内环管212及外环管213,基座211为环形板状,且与导液件12相对间隔设置。内环管212设置在基座211的内圈,并与内管114相对且连通形成烟气通道。外环管213由基座211的外圈向开口112一侧延伸设置,外管113套设在外环管213外,外环管213与外管113的端部内壁面相配合。外环管213由金属材质形成,在外管113与外环管213对应的外圈套设有金属套管13,金属套管13和外环管213将外管113对应的端部内外壁面夹持,可保证外环管213和外管113之间的固定的更加牢固。
内环管212和外环管213之间形成有用于存放从导液孔121流出的烟液的临时存储腔214;用以存储上一次使用时未用完的烟液。当用户再次使用时,雾化组件23首先雾化这部分烟液,从而避免启动时由于储液腔111中的烟液供应不及时而导致的干烧现象。
通气管22设置在内管114和内环管212之间,通气管22包括夹设在套接部115的端面和内环管212的端面之间的环状基板221、以及设置在环状基板221的内圈伸入到内管114内的导气管222和设置在环状基板221外圈并套设到内环管212外壁上的套管223。优选地,环状基板221的外径大于导液件12的内圈直径,可以起到对导液件12定位的作用,防止导液件12轴向移动。导气管222将内环管212内的烟气导进内管114内,套管223可对通气管22和内环管212之间的配合进行密封。
雾化组件23包括设置在内环管212两相对侧之间的吸液芯231和设置在吸液芯231上的加热件232,吸液芯231的两端伸入到临时存储腔214内,当然,也可只有一端伸入到临时存储腔214内。
结合图3、图5及图6所示,密封机构24包括密封件241、磁吸件242,优选地,密封件241、磁吸件242及弹性件25均呈环形,密封件241、弹性件25及磁吸件242套设在内环管212外。密封件241与导液孔121相对配合,以打开或关闭导液孔121。磁吸件242与密封件241连接并可被磁铁吸附,密封件241和磁吸件242可在靠近导液孔121的第一位置和远离导液孔121的第二位置来回移动,密封件241和磁吸件242在第一位置时对导液孔121封堵密封,密封件241和磁吸件242在第二位置时将导液孔121打开。在其他实施例中,密封件241和磁吸件242也可为由可被磁铁吸附的材质形成的独立单一零部件。
在一些实施例中,密封件241包括由软胶材质形成的密封垫2411以及与密封垫2411连接并对密封垫2411支撑的固定件2412。密封垫2411设置在导液件12和固定件2412之间,与导液件12相对贴合设置,依靠软质特性保证密封效果。磁吸件242安装在固定件2412上,并可轴向移动地设置在内环管212和弹性件25之间的间隙内,依靠固定件2412的硬质特性提供支撑。
进一步地,密封垫2411上设有朝向固定件2412设置的定位凸起2413,固定件2412上设有与定位凸起2413配合的第二定位孔2414,定位凸起2413与第二定位孔2414相配合,使密封垫2411和固定件2412固定,同时,方便密封垫2411失效时对其更换。
弹性件25包括拉伸弹簧,其两相对端分别与固定件2412和基座211相抵配合的,以提供保持密封件241在第一位置的弹性力。固定件2412与导液件12相背的一侧设有用于供弹性件25抵设的凸台2415,方便弹性件25和固定件2412之间受力。
固定件2412包括向弹性件25内侧轴向延伸的导向部2416,磁吸件242套设在导向部2416上,且外形边界在导向部2416的外形范围内,进而不会与弹性件25之间产生相互干扰,避免引起弹性件25在弹性伸缩时受到干扰失效,引起密封件241的失效。
优选地,磁吸件242通常为可被磁铁吸附的铁 、钴、镍
等金属材质形成,导向部2416上设有用于与磁吸件242配合的定位柱2417,磁吸件242上设有供定位柱2417穿设的定位槽2421或第一定位孔。在磁吸件242安装到位后,可通过热熔等将定位柱2417的头部形成防脱头,使磁吸件242固定在固定件2412上。在其他实施例中,也可使磁吸件242与固定件2412卡合固定或采用其他过盈配合方式直接固定。
如图3、图7及图8所示,磁力生成装置30设置在基座211与弹性件25相背的一侧,用以通过磁力带动密封件241和磁吸件242由第一位置向第二位置移动。
优选地,磁力生成装置30包括与电池装置40电性连接的电磁铁31,电磁铁31与电池装置40之间还设有用于控制电磁铁31的电源接通的控制开关。当电磁铁31通电时,产生磁力,对磁吸件242产生吸附,同时带动密封件241压缩弹性件25靠近电磁铁31一侧移动至第二位置,从而打开导液件12上的导液孔121,让储液腔111内的烟液流进临时存储腔214。当电磁铁31断电时,磁力消失,密封件241在弹性件25的作用下回弹,带动磁吸件242回位至第一位置将导液孔121密封,从而通过产生磁力以控制电子烟的烟弹管10中烟液通断,保证了储液腔111内的烟液不会继续流出,使烟液的口味不发生变化。
电磁铁31呈环形,且与磁吸件242对应设置,使得磁力线在轴向方向,同时保证向磁吸件242提供磁力的均匀性,让磁吸件242移动平稳。进一步地,磁力生成装置30设置在电池装置40与雾化装置20对应的端部,并可产生与雾化装置20相对的磁力。当储液腔111中的烟液用完需要丢弃烟弹管10时,成本较高的电磁铁31会保留,不被丢弃,为用户节约了成本。电池装置40的端部设有用于供磁力生成装置30嵌置的环形嵌置槽41,同时,在一些实施例中,磁力生成装置30还包括设置在嵌置槽41内用于对电磁铁31进行定位的定位套32,定位套32通常与嵌置槽41过盈配合,当然,也可直接将电磁铁31嵌置在嵌置槽41内。
定位套32包括与电磁铁31的内圈相配合的内衬套321、以及设置在内衬套321两相对端并和电磁铁31的两相对配合的两个环形挡板322,定位套32与嵌置槽41相配合,方便电磁铁31的安装,保证电磁铁31不易脱落,同时,挡板对电磁铁31遮挡,起到美观的作用。在电池装置40和雾化装置20对应配合后,电磁铁31与密封机构24的磁吸件242相对应。
当然,密封机构24也可设置在储液腔111内一侧,以能通过磁力带动轴向移动,将导液孔121密封或打开即可。
在其他实施例中,磁力生成装置30也可为设置在电池装置40或雾化装置20上的一块非环形的永磁铁,并可在周向的第一转动位置和第二转动位置之间转动地与雾化装置20配合。磁吸件242也为设置在与磁力生成装置30对应的位置上的非环形件,磁力生成装置30在第一转动位置时,磁吸件242与磁力生成装置30在周向上错位设置,磁吸件242在弹性件25作用下保持在第一位置使密封件241对导液孔121密封;磁力生成装置30在第二转动位置时,磁吸件242与磁力生成装置30相对,磁力生成装置30的磁力带动磁吸件242和密封件241移动至第二位置,从而将导液孔121打开。当然,密封件241和磁吸件242也可通过可漂浮在烟液上的漂浮件带动密封件241和磁吸件242由第二位置向第一位置移动,在磁力消失或磁力与密封件241和磁吸件242错位时将导液孔121封闭。
可以理解地,上述各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。

Claims (14)
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括烟弹管(10)、雾化装置(20)和磁力生成装置(30);所述烟弹管(10)包括烟弹管本体(11)和导液件(12);所述烟弹管本体(11)内形成有储液腔(111)以及供所述储液腔(111)内的烟液流通的开口(112);所述导液件(12)覆盖在所述开口(112)上,所述导液件(12)上设有与所述储液腔(111)连通的至少一个导液孔(121);所述雾化装置(20)包括与所述导液孔(121)相对配合、并可被磁铁吸附的密封机构(24),以及与所述密封机构(24)相配合的弹性件(25),所述密封机构(24)可在靠近所述导液孔(121)的第一位置和远离所述导液孔(121)的第二位置来回移动;所述密封机构(24)在所述第一位置时对所述导液孔(121)密封,所述密封机构(24)在所述第二位置时将所述导液孔(121)打开;所述磁力生成装置(30)用以通过磁力带动所述密封机构(24)由所述第一位置向所述第二位置移动;所述弹性件(25)提供保持所述密封机构(24)在所述第一位置的弹性力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封机构(24)包括与所述导液孔(121)相对配合的密封件(241)及与所述密封件(241)连接并可被磁铁吸附的磁吸件(242)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封件(241)包括由软胶材质形成的密封垫(2411),所述密封垫(2411)与所述导液件(12)相对贴合设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封件(241)还包括与所述密封垫(2411)连接并对所述密封垫(2411)支撑的固定件(2412),所述磁吸件(242)安装在所述固定件(2412)上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化装置(20)还包括与所述开口(112)对应的所述烟弹管本体(11)的端部配合的雾化座(21),所述雾化座(21)包括与所述导液件(12)相对间隔设置的基座(211),所述弹性件(25)可伸缩地夹持在所述基座(211)和所述固定件(2412)之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹管本体(11)包括外管(113)、内管(114),所述储液腔(111)形成于所述外管(113)和内管(114)之间;所述开口(112)、导液件(12)、基座(211)、密封垫(2411)、固定件(2412)及磁吸件(242)均呈环形,所述至少一个导液孔(121)包括沿所述导液件(12)周向排布的至少两个导液孔(121),所述雾化座(21)包括由所述基座(211)的内圈向所述开口(112)一侧延伸设置的内环管(212),所述内环管(212)和所述内管(114)连通形成烟气通道;所述弹性件(25)、密封垫(2411)、固定件(2412)及磁吸件(242)套设在所述内环管(212)外,所述磁吸件(242)可轴向移动地设置在所述内环管(212)和所述弹性件(25)之间的间隙内;所述磁力生成装置(30)设置在所述基座(211)与所述弹性件(25)相背的一侧。
- 根据权利要求4或6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定件(2412)与所述导液件(12)相背的一侧设有用于供所述弹性件(25)抵设的凸台(2415);所述弹性件(25)包括拉伸弹簧,所述固定件(2412)包括向所述弹性件(25)内侧轴向延伸的导向部(2416),所述磁吸件(242)套设在所述导向部(2416)上,且外形边界在所述导向部(2416)的外形范围内;所述导向部(2416)上设有用于与所述磁吸件(242)配合的定位柱(2417),所述磁吸件(242)上设有供所述定位柱(2417)穿设的定位槽(2421)或第一定位孔。
- 根据权利要求4或6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封垫(2411)设置在所述导液件(12)和所述固定件(2412)之间,所述密封垫(2411)上设有朝向所述固定件(2412)设置的定位凸起(2413),所述固定件(2412)上设有与所述定位凸起(2413)配合的第二定位孔(2414)。
- 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括与所述雾化装置(20)配合的电池装置(40),所述磁力生成装置(30)设置在所述电池装置(40)与所述开口(112)相对的端部。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述磁力生成装置(30)包括与所述电池装置(40)电性连接的电磁铁(31),所述电磁铁(31)与所述电池装置(40)之间还设有用于控制所述电磁铁(31)的电源接通的控制开关。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电磁铁(31)呈环形,所述电池装置(40)的端部设有用于供所述电磁铁(31)嵌置的环形嵌置槽(41)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述内管(114)与所述开口(112)对应的端部设有外径小于所述内管(114)外径的套接部(115),以供所述导液件(12)的内圈套设并轴向抵靠支撑;所述雾化装置(20)还包括设置在所述内管(114)和所述内环管(212)之间的通气管(22),所述通气管(22)包括夹设在所述套接部(115)的端面和所述内环管(212)的端面之间的环状基板(221),所述环状基板(221)的外径大于所述导液件(12)的内圈直径。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化座(21)还包括由金属材质形成的、并由所述基座(211)的外圈向所述开口(112)一侧延伸设置的外环管(213),所述外管(113)套设在所述外环管(213)外;所述电子烟还包括套设在所述外管(113)与所述外环管(213)对应外圈上的金属套管(13),所述金属套管(13)和所述外环管(213)将所述外管(113)对应的端部内外壁面夹持。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述内环管(212)和外环管(213)之间形成有用于存放从所述导液孔(121)流出的烟液的临时存储腔(214);所述雾化装置(20)还包括雾化组件(23),所述雾化组件(23)包括设置在所述内环管(212)两相对侧之间的吸液芯(231)和设置在所述吸液芯(231)上的加热件(232),所述吸液芯(231)的至少一端伸入到所述临时存储腔(214)内。
