Abstract
一种雾化组件及包括该雾化组件的电子烟,所述雾化组件包括雾化器(1),以及用于储存烟油的烟油瓶(2);雾化器(1)包括第一连接件(12),以及雾化芯(13);雾化芯(13)的一端穿过第一连接件(12)并置于烟油瓶(2)内;雾化芯(13)开设有供空气进入的进气口,雾化芯(13)远离烟油瓶(2)的一端开设有供烟雾排出的出气口;进气口与出气口之间形成供气流流通的通道;雾化组件还包括用于实现雾化芯(13)与第一连接件(12)之间密封的第一密封件(3),以及用于密封烟油瓶(2)的瓶口的第二密封件(4)。该雾化组件采用第一密封件(3)与第二密封件(4)的结构,既可以保证雾化器中气流通道的通气顺畅,又能防止空气或烟油腐蚀电池组件,从而确保雾化组件的正常使用。
Description
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种雾化组件以及电子烟。
现有技术中的电子烟通常包括相互连接的雾化组件与电池组件,雾化组件远离电池组件的一端作为供用户吸食烟雾的吸烟端。雾化组件具有用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件,以及用于将烟油输送给电热丝组件的导油件。该导油件的位置靠近吸烟端,且在该导油件内部形成有烟雾通道,用户通过该烟雾通道吸食到烟雾。由于导油件的位置靠近吸烟端,且该烟雾通道位于导油件内,使得烟油瓶内的烟油容易泄露到烟雾通道内,进而使得未经雾化的烟油也会被用户吸食,从而给用户带来不好的体验。其次,烟油容易从雾化组件与电池组件之间的间隙进入电池组件中,会对电池组件造成腐蚀。再者,烟油容易堵塞雾化组件的进气通道,从而影响所述雾化组件的正常工作。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述雾化组件中的烟油容易造成电池组件腐蚀以及影响雾化组件正常工作的缺陷,提供一种有效避免烟油对使用造成影响的雾化组件以及电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟;所述雾化组件包括雾化器,以及与所述雾化器连接并用于储存烟油的烟油瓶;所述雾化器包括用于和所述电池组件连接的第一连接件,以及安装在所述第一连接件上并用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯;
所述雾化芯的一端穿过所述第一连接件及烟油瓶瓶口并插置于所述烟油瓶内;所述雾化芯开设有连通所述雾化组件外部的进气口,所述雾化芯远离所述烟油瓶的一端开设有供烟雾排出的出气口;所述进气口与所述出气口之间形成供气流流通的通道;
所述雾化组件还包括用于实现所述雾化芯与所述第一连接件之间密封的第一密封件,以及套设在所述雾化芯上并用于密封所述烟油瓶瓶口的第二密封件,所述进气口位于所述第一密封件与所述第二密封件之间。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述雾化芯上与所述第二密封件对应的位置处设置有凸起,所述第二密封件具有内周面;所述凸起抵持在所述内周面上;所述雾化芯位于所述凸起的远离所述第一连接件的一侧的横截面积小于所述凸起处的横截面积。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述雾化芯包括用于与所述电池组件电连接的电极组件、套设在所述电极组件外并插设于所述储油器内的雾化套管,以及与所述电极组件电连接并设置于所述雾化套管内的电热丝组件;所述凸起设置在所述电极组件的外周面上,所述雾化套管的一端抵持在所述凸起上;所述凸起位于所述进气口与所述雾化套管之间。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述雾化套管内设置有用于将所述烟油输送给所述电热丝组件进行雾化的导油件,所述导油件的外壁面与所述雾化套管的内壁面相贴合。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述电极组件包括分别用于与所述电池组件电连接的外电极与内电极;所述外电极套设在所述内电极的外部;所述凸起为设置在所述外电极的外周面上并呈环状的阻挡部;所述雾化套管套设在所述外电极外部,并与所述阻挡部相互抵持。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述内电极靠近所述烟油瓶的一端连接有呈中空状的通气管;所述雾化套管与所述通气管之间形成供气流流通的通道;所述电热丝组件设置在所述雾化套管内;
所述进气口为开设在所述外电极外周面上的第一通孔;所述出气口为开设在所述内电极上的第二通孔;所述第一通孔、所述雾化套管、所述通气管以及所述第二通孔依次相连通。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述雾化器还包括雾化支架,以及用于和所述烟油瓶连接的第二连接件;所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件分别安装在所述雾化支架相对的两端。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述第二密封件为环状的第二密封圈;所述第二密封圈的内周面抵持在所述凸起上,所述第二密封圈的两端面分别对应与所述第一连接件、所述第二连接件相互抵持。

在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述第二连接件包括安装在所述雾化支架内部的第二连接件本体,以及开设在所述第二连接件本体上的第二台阶孔;所述第二台阶孔包括用于安装所述烟油瓶的第二沉头孔部,以及用于供所述雾化芯穿过的第二通孔部。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述第二连接件本体包括置于所述雾化支架外部的外置部,以及插装在所述雾化支架内部的插装部;所述外置部的外壁开设有与所述雾化组件外部相连通的第二通气槽,所述插装部的外壁开设有第三通气槽;所述第二通气槽、所述第三通气槽以及所述进气口依次形成供气流流通的通道。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述进气口位于所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件之间;所述第二密封件为圆柱状的第三密封圈;所述第三密封圈套装在所述雾化芯的外壁上,并抵持在所述凸起与所述烟油瓶之间。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述烟油瓶包括烟油瓶本体,以及由所述烟油瓶本体的瓶口缩径形成的连接部;所述第三密封圈包括抵持在所述凸起与所述连接部之间的抵持部,以及安装在所述连接部与所述雾化芯之间的密封部。

本发明还构造了一种电子烟,包括雾化组件,以及与所述雾化组件连接的电池组件;所述雾化组件包括雾化器,以及与所述雾化器连接并用于储存烟油的烟油瓶;所述雾化器包括用于和所述电池组件连接的第一连接件,以及安装在所述第一连接件上并用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯;
所述雾化芯的一端穿过所述第一连接件及烟油瓶瓶口并插置于所述烟油瓶内;所述雾化芯开设有连通所述雾化组件外部的进气口,所述雾化芯远离所述烟油瓶的一端开设有供烟雾排出的出气口;所述进气口与所述出气口之间形成供气流流通的通道;

实施本发明的雾化组件以及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:(1)第一连接件、第二连接件以及雾化芯之间的气流通道不经过烟油瓶,可以防止烟油渗透到上述气流通道中,从而有效地避免烟油泄漏至气流通道中,既而避免使用时吸食到烟油,以保证用户的使用体验。(2)所述雾化组件采用第一密封件的结构,可以保证雾化器中气流通道的通气顺畅,又能防止空气或烟油腐蚀电池组件,从而有效地避免影响雾化组件的正常使用。(3)所述雾化组件采用第二密封件的结构,能够有效地避免烟油瓶中的烟油堵塞雾化芯中的进气口,既而保证所述雾化组件的正常使用;再者,雾化芯与烟油瓶插接时,能够避免烟油向上溢出。(4)由于雾化芯上与第二密封件对应的位置处设置有凸起的结构,将雾化芯插入烟油瓶中时,烟油瓶内的气体容易从瓶口排出,从而有效地防止烟油向上溢出;(5)由于雾化套管的一端抵持在凸起上,且凸起位于进气口与雾化套管之间,组装雾化芯时,该凸起能够防止雾化套管插装至进气孔所在的位置,因此不会造成进气孔的堵塞,使得进气顺畅,烟雾量稳定、口感好;再者,采用该凸起的结构,组装时无需观察进气孔是否对位,因而便于组装,提高了生产效率。(6)由于导油件的外壁面与雾化套管的内壁面相贴合,使得烟油瓶内的烟油不容易沿着雾化芯向上溢,进一步避免烟油泄漏至气流通道中。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2以及图3所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种雾化组件,其用于与电池组件(未图示)组合形成电子烟。该雾化组件包括雾化器1、烟油瓶2、第一密封件3以及第二密封件4。
具体地,如图3并参阅图1所示,雾化器1用于雾化储存在烟油瓶2中的烟油,以产生供用户吸食的烟雾。该雾化器1包括雾化支架11、第一连接件12、雾化芯13以及第二连接件14。其中,雾化支架11大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其两端开口。第一连接件12与第二连接件14分别安装在雾化支架11相对的两端,使得电池组件与烟油瓶2分别连接在雾化支架11相对的两端。
如图4并参阅图3所示,第一连接件12用于实现雾化器1与电池组件之间的连接,其安装在雾化支架11远离烟油瓶2的一端。该第一连接件12包括第一连接件本体121、第一台阶孔122、第一通气槽123以及第一通气孔124。第一连接件本体121大致为圆柱状结构,其套装在雾化支架11的内部,该第一连接件本体121的外径与雾化支架11的内径相适配。第一台阶孔122开设在第一连接件本体121上,该第一台阶孔122包括第一沉头孔部1221以及第一通孔部1222。该第一沉头孔部1221为圆形盲孔结构,其孔径大于第一通孔部1222。雾化芯13的一端位于该第一沉头孔部1221内。本实施例中,第一沉头孔部1221的内壁设置有与电池组件连接的内螺纹,采用该内螺纹结构,使得所述雾化组件与电池组件实现可拆卸的连接。在本发明的其它实施例中,第一沉头孔部1221的内壁还可设置有与电池组件相连接的卡扣或磁性连接结构等,以实现电池组件可拆卸地连接在所述雾化组件上,从而便于所述雾化组件或电池组件的更换。该第一通孔部1222为圆形通孔结构,雾化芯13的另一端穿过该第一通孔部1222并置于烟油瓶2中。
第一通气槽123用于与所述雾化组件外部相连通,也即所述雾化组件外部的空气通过该第一通气槽123进入所述雾化组件内。该第一通气槽123开设在第一连接件本体121靠近烟油瓶2的一端侧壁上。本实施例中,第一通气槽123设置有四个,四个第一通气槽123均匀地分布在第一连接本体121的侧壁上。第一通气孔124用于连通第一通气槽123与雾化芯13,该第一通气孔124由第一通气槽123的内壁向雾化芯13中的进气口(未图示)延伸开设。本实施例中,第一通气孔124由第一通气槽123的内壁贯穿至第一通孔部1222,雾化芯13中的进气口与该第一通气孔124的位置相对。优选地,每个第一通气槽123均开设有第一通气孔124,也即第一通气孔124设置有四个。在本发明的其它实施例中,第一通气槽123与第一通气孔124的数量亦可以有其它选择,例如一个,二个或其它数量。
如图3并参阅图2所示,雾化芯13用于雾化储存在烟油瓶2中的烟油,其可拆卸地安装在第一连接件12上,使用所述雾化组件时,可便于对该雾化芯13进行更换,既而能够降低所述雾化组件的维护成本。本实施例中,雾化芯13上与第二密封件4对应的位置处设置有凸起,第二密封件4的内周面与该凸起相互抵持在内周面上。雾化芯13位于凸起的远离第一连接件12的一侧的横截面积小于雾化芯13位于凸起处的横截面积,使得雾化芯13插入烟油瓶中时,雾化芯13与烟油瓶的瓶口之间的间隙逐渐变小,使得烟油瓶内的气体容易从瓶口排出,从而有效地防止烟油向上溢出。
具体地,该雾化芯13包括电极组件、绝缘件133、雾化套管134、通气管135、导油件136以及电热丝组件137。外电极131与内电极132用于实现电池组件与电热丝组件137之间的电连接。其中,
如图5并参阅图3所示,电极组件包括分别用于与电池组件电连接的外电极131与内电极132。外电极131大致为阶梯状的圆柱结构,其一端置于第一沉头孔部1221内,其另一端穿过第一通孔部1222。外电极131套装在内电极132的外部,该外电极131的外壁上开设有第一通孔1311,该第一通孔1311为雾化芯13的进气口,且该第一通孔1311位于第一密封件3与第二密封件4之间。雾化芯13安装在第一连接件12上时,第一通孔1311与第一通气孔124的位置相对以形成供气流流通的通道。外电极131的外壁上还凸设有环状的阻挡部1312,第一通孔1311位于该阻挡部1312与第一连接件12之间,该阻挡部1312为雾化芯13的凸起。雾化套管134的一端抵持在阻挡部1312上,使得阻挡部1312位于第一通孔1311与雾化套管134之间,组装雾化芯13时,该阻挡部1312能够防止雾化套管134插装至第一通孔1311所在的位置,因此不会造成第一通孔1311的堵塞,使得进气顺畅,烟雾量稳定、口感好;再者,采用该阻挡部1312的结构,组装时无需观察第一通孔1311是否对位,因而便于组装,提高了生产效率。在本发明的其它实施例中,该阻挡部1312可以是设置于外电极131外侧同一周圆上的多个凸起。在本实施例中,阻挡部1312的形状并没有做出特别的限定,只要是能够在用力将雾化套管134插置于外电极131上时阻挡雾化套管134继续朝向施力方向运动即可。此外,所述阻挡部1312可以是套设在外电极131外侧上的阻挡件等,在此不作限定。
如图6并参阅图3所示,内电极132大致为圆柱状结构,其一端置于第一沉头孔部1221内,其另一端穿过第一通孔部1222。该内电极132轴向开设有第二通孔1321,该第二通孔1321为雾化芯13中的出气口,该出气口用于排出雾化芯13产生的烟雾。第一通孔1311与第二通孔1321之间形成供气流流通的通道。
绝缘件133用于实现外电极131与内电极132之间的电性隔离。该绝缘件133大致为圆柱状结构,其套装在外电极131与内电极132之间。
雾化套管134呈中空状的圆柱结构,其两端开口。该雾化套管134连接在外电极131靠近烟油瓶2的一端。本实施例中,雾化套管134的一端套装在外电极131靠近烟油瓶2的一端的外壁上。雾化套管134远离外电极131的一端内部安装有导油件136,该导油件136的外壁面与雾化套管134的内壁面相贴合,使得烟油瓶2内的烟油不容易沿着雾化芯13向上溢,进一步避免烟油泄漏至气流通道中。
通气管135呈中空状的圆柱结构,其两端瓶口。该通气管135连接在内电极132靠近烟油瓶2的一端。本实施例中,通气管135的一端套装在内电极132靠近烟油瓶2的一端的外壁上。该通气管135与第二通孔1321相连通并同轴设置,且该通气管135的内部安装有电热丝组件137。
导油件136用于吸附储存在烟油瓶2内的烟油,并输送至电热丝组件137。该导油件136可以采用导油棉或导油纤维等结构。
电热丝组件137用于雾化储存在导油件136内的烟油,该电热丝组件137分别与外电极131、内电极132电连接。该电热丝组件137为现有技术中常见的结构,在此不再赘述。
雾化芯13中的雾化通道请参阅图3所示,第一通孔1311、雾化套管134、通气管135以及第二通孔1321依次相连通。雾化芯13工作时,空气从第一通孔1311进入,并通过雾化套管134与通气管135之间的间隙进入通气管135中,此时,电热丝组件137产生的烟雾依次通过通气管135以及第二通孔1321排出。本实施例中,上述雾化通道不经过烟油瓶2,可以防止烟油渗透到上述雾化通道中,从而有效地避免所述雾化组件中的烟油泄漏。
如图7并参阅图3所示,第二连接件14用于实现雾化器1与烟油瓶2之间的连接,其安装在雾化支架11远离雾化器2的一端。该第二连接件14包括第二连接件本体141以及第二台阶孔142。第二连接件本体141安装在雾化支架11的内部,该第二连接件本体141大致为圆柱状结构,其包括置于雾化支架11外部的外置部1411,以及插装在雾化支架11内部的插装部1412。插装部1412可以理解为由外置部1411向靠近第一连接件12的方向缩径而成。外置部1411的外壁开设有第二通气槽1413,该第二通气槽1413大致为方形结构,其数量为四个,四个第二通气槽1413均匀地分布在外置部1411的外壁上。插装部1412的外壁开设有第三通气槽1414,该第三通气槽1414大致为方形结构,相应地,其数量也为四个。第二通气槽1413与第三通气槽1414大致形成L形结构。
第一连接件12与第二连接件14中的气流通道请参阅图3所示,第二通气槽1413、第三通气槽1414、第一通气槽123、第一通气孔124以及第一通孔1311依次形成供气流流通的通道,也即雾化芯13工作时所需的空气依次由第三通气槽1414,第二通气槽1413、第三通气槽1414、第一通气槽123、第一通气孔124以及第一通孔1311进入。本实施例中,采用第二通气槽1413与第三通气槽1414的结构,可有效地避免所述雾化组件的进气通道被杂质堵塞,从而使得所述雾化组件的进气较为顺畅。再者,第一连接件12、第二连接件14以及雾化芯13之间的气流通道不经过烟油瓶2,可以防止烟油渗透到上述气流通道中,从而有效地避免所述雾化组件中的烟油泄漏以及避免使用时吸食到烟油。
第二台阶孔142开设在第二连接件本体141上,该第二台阶孔142包括用于安装烟油瓶2的第二沉头孔部1421,以及用于供雾化芯13穿过的第二通孔部1422。该第二沉头孔部1421为圆形盲孔结构,其孔径大于第二通孔部1422。本实施例中,第二沉头孔部1421的内壁设置有与烟油瓶2连接的内螺纹,采用该内螺纹结构,使得所述雾化器1与烟油瓶2实现可拆卸的连接。在本发明的其它实施例中,第二沉头孔部1421的内壁还可设置有与烟油瓶2相连接的卡扣或磁性连接结构等,以实现烟油瓶2可拆卸地连接在雾化器1上,从而便于烟油瓶2添加烟油。该第二通孔部1422为圆形通孔结构,雾化芯13的另一端穿过该第二通孔部1422并置于烟油瓶2中。烟油瓶2亦可以固定连接在第二连接件14上,使得雾化器1与烟油瓶2形成一体化结构。
如图2并参阅图1以及图3所示,烟油瓶2包括烟油瓶本体21,以及由烟油瓶本体21具有瓶口的一端缩径形成的连接部22。连接部22的一端开口,其外壁开设有与第二连接件14相适配的外螺纹。优选地,该烟油瓶2为透明容器,便于观察烟油瓶2内烟油的使用情况。由于烟油瓶2可拆卸地连接在雾化器1上,从而方便用户添加烟油或者更换该烟油瓶2,再者,所述雾化组件可以更换不同口味的烟油。
如图3所示,第一密封件3为环状的第一密封圈,其具有良好的弹性和密封性能。该第一密封圈安装在外电极131与第一沉头孔部1221的底壁之间,以实现两者之间的密封。由于外电极131采用导电金属材料制成,第一连接件12通常采用硬质材料制成,外电极131安装在第一连接件12上时,两者之间的密封性能较差,所述雾化组件工作时,空气可能从外电极131与第一连接件12之间进入雾化芯13中的进气口,从而影响雾化器1的进气效果。再者,空气从外电极131与第一连接件12之间进入雾化芯13中的进气口时,会对电池组件造成腐蚀,而且烟油瓶2中的烟油从外电极131与第一连接件12之间的间隙进入电池组件中,同样会对电池组件造成腐蚀,从而影响所述雾化组件的正常使用。本实施例中,采用第一密封件3的结构,可以保证雾化器1中气流通道的通气顺畅,又能防止空气或烟油腐蚀电池组件,从而有效地避免影响雾化组件的正常使用。
如图4所示,第二密封件4用于密封烟油瓶2的瓶口,该第二密封件4为环状的第二密封圈,其具有良好的弹性和密封性能。第二密封圈套装在雾化芯13的外壁上,该第二密封圈的内周面抵持在阻挡部1312上,而且第二密封圈的两端面分别与第一连接件12、第二连接件14相互抵持,以实现雾化芯13中的进气口与烟油瓶2的瓶口之间密封,也即实现第一通孔1311与连接部22的瓶口之间的密封,从而能够有效地避免烟油瓶2中的烟油堵塞雾化芯13中的进气口,既而保证所述雾化组件的正常使用。再者,雾化芯13与烟油瓶2插接时,能够避免烟油向上溢出。
使用如上实施例所述的雾化组件,具有以下有益效果:
(1)所述雾化组件采用第一密封件3的结构,可以保证雾化器1中气流通道的通气顺畅,又能防止空气或烟油腐蚀电池组件,从而有效地避免影响雾化组件的正常使用。
(2)所述雾化组件采用第二密封件4的结构,能够有效地避免烟油瓶2中的烟油堵塞雾化芯13中的进气口,既而保证所述雾化组件的正常使用;再者,雾化芯13与烟油瓶2插接时,能够避免烟油向上溢出。
(3)第一连接件12、第二连接件14以及雾化芯13之间的气流通道不经过烟油瓶2,可以防止烟油渗透到上述气流通道中,从而有效地避免所述雾化组件中的烟油泄漏至气流通道中,既而避免使用时吸食到烟油,以保证用户的使用体验。
(4)烟油瓶2可拆卸地连接在雾化器1上,从而方便用户添加烟油或者更换该烟油瓶2,再者,所述雾化组件可以更换不同口味的烟油。
(5)雾化芯13可拆卸地安装在第一连接件12上,使用所述雾化组件时,可便于对该雾化芯13进行更换,既而降低所述雾化组件的维护成本。
(6)由于雾化芯13上与第二密封件4对应的位置处设置有凸起的结构,将雾化芯13插入烟油瓶2中时,烟油瓶2内的气体容易从瓶口排出,从而有效地防止烟油向上溢出。
(7)由于雾化套管134的一端抵持在凸起上,且凸起位于进气口与雾化套管134之间,组装雾化芯13时,该凸起能够防止雾化套管134插装至进气孔所在的位置,因此不会造成进气孔的堵塞,使得进气顺畅,烟雾量稳定、口感好;再者,采用该凸起的结构,组装时无需观察进气孔是否对位,因而便于组装,提高了生产效率。
(8)由于导油件136的外壁面与雾化套管134的内壁面相贴合,使得烟油瓶2内的烟油不容易沿着雾化芯13向上溢,进一步避免烟油泄漏至气流通道中。
如图8、图9以及图10所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种雾化组件,其与实施例之一所不同之处在于第一连接件12以及第二密封件4的结构。本实施例中,如图9并参阅图8所示,第一连接件12包括第一连接件本体121以及第一台阶孔122。与实施例之一相比,该第一连接件12省略了第一通气槽123与第一通气孔124的结构。第一连接件12与第二连接件14之间形成供气流流通的间隙,雾化芯13中的进气口位于该间隙中,也即进气口位于第一连接件12与第二连接件14之间。采用上述第一连接件12,其结构更加简单,从而降低所述雾化组件的生产成本。
如图10并参阅图8所示,第二密封件4为圆柱状的第三密封圈,该第三密封圈具有良好的弹性和密封性能。第三密封圈套装在雾化芯13的外壁上,并抵持在阻挡部1312与烟油瓶2之间。本实施例中,第三密封圈包括抵持在阻挡部1312与连接部22之间的抵持部41,以及安装在连接部22与雾化芯13之间的密封部42。采用上述第三密封圈的结构,同样能够有效地密封烟油瓶2的作用,有效地避免烟油瓶2中的烟油堵塞雾化芯13中的进气口,既而保证所述雾化组件的正常使用。
基于上述雾化组件的结构,本发明还提供一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括如上实施例所述的雾化组件,以及可拆卸地连接在该雾化组件上的电池组件。使用所述电子烟时,同样具备如上实施例所述的有益效果。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (20)
- 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟;其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括雾化器(1),以及与所述雾化器(1)连接并用于储存烟油的烟油瓶(2);所述雾化器(1)包括用于和所述电池组件连接的第一连接件(12),以及安装在所述第一连接件(12)上并用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯(13);所述雾化芯(13)的一端穿过所述第一连接件(12)及烟油瓶(2)瓶口并插置于所述烟油瓶(2)内;所述雾化芯(13)开设有连通所述雾化组件外部的进气口,所述雾化芯(13)远离所述烟油瓶(2)的一端开设有供烟雾排出的出气口;所述进气口与所述出气口之间形成供气流流通的通道;所述雾化组件还包括用于实现所述雾化芯(13)与所述第一连接件(12)之间密封的第一密封件(3),以及套设在所述雾化芯(13)上并用于密封所述烟油瓶(2)瓶口的第二密封件(4),所述进气口位于所述第一密封件(3)与所述第二密封件(4)之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化芯(13)上与所述第二密封件(4)对应的位置处设置有凸起,所述第二密封件(4)具有内周面;所述凸起抵持在所述内周面上;所述雾化芯(13)位于所述凸起的远离所述第一连接件(12)的一侧的横截面积小于所述雾化芯(13)位于所述凸起处的横截面积。
- 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化芯(13)包括用于与所述电池组件电连接的电极组件、套设在所述电极组件外并插设于所述储油器内的雾化套管(134),以及与所述电极组件电连接并设置于所述雾化套管(134)内的电热丝组件(137);所述凸起设置在所述电极组件的外周面上,所述雾化套管(134)的一端抵持在所述凸起上;所述凸起位于所述进气口与所述雾化套管(134)之间。
- 根据权利要求3所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化套管(134)内设置有用于将所述烟油输送给所述电热丝组件(137)进行雾化的导油件(136),所述导油件(136)的外壁面与所述雾化套管(134)的内壁面相贴合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述电极组件包括分别用于与所述电池组件电连接的外电极(131)与内电极(132);所述外电极(131)套设在所述内电极(132)的外部;所述凸起为设置在所述外电极(131)的外周面上并呈环状的阻挡部(1312);所述雾化套管(134)套设在所述外电极(131)外部,并与所述阻挡部(1312)相互抵持。
- 根据权利要求5所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述内电极(132)靠近所述烟油瓶(2)的一端连接有呈中空状的通气管(135);所述雾化套管(134)与所述通气管(135)之间形成供气流流通的通道;所述电热丝组件(137)设置在所述雾化套管(134)内;所述进气口为开设在所述外电极(131)外周面上的第一通孔(1311);所述出气口为开设在所述内电极(132)上的第二通孔(1321);所述第一通孔(1311)、所述雾化套管(134)、所述通气管(135)以及所述第二通孔(1321)依次相连通。
- 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化器(1)还包括雾化支架(11),以及用于和所述烟油瓶(2)连接的第二连接件(14);所述第一连接件(12)与所述第二连接件(14)分别安装在所述雾化支架(11)相对的两端。
- 根据权利要求7所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述第二密封件(4)为环状的第二密封圈;所述第二密封圈的内周面抵持在所述凸起上,所述第二密封圈的两端面分别对应与所述第一连接件(12)、所述第二连接件(14)相互抵持。
- 根据权利要求7所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述第一连接件(12)包括安装在所述雾化支架(11)内部的第一连接件本体(121),以及开设在所述第一连接件本体(121)上的第一台阶孔(122);所述第一台阶孔(122)包括第一沉头孔部(1221)与第一通孔部(1222);所述雾化芯(13)的一端位于所述第一沉头孔部(1221)内,所述雾化芯(13)的另一端穿设在所述第一通孔部(1222)中;所述第一密封件(3)为环状的第一密封圈;所述第一密封圈安装在所述雾化芯(13)与所述第一沉头孔部(1221)的底壁之间。
- 根据权利要求9所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述第一连接件本体(121)靠近所述烟油瓶(2)的一端侧壁开设有与所述雾化组件外部相连通的第一通气槽(123),以及由所述第一通气槽(123)的内壁向所述进气口延伸开设的第一通孔(124);所述第一通孔(124)与所述进气口的位置相对且相互连通。
- 根据权利要求9所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述第一沉头孔部(1221)的内壁设置有与所述电池组件连接的内螺纹。
- 根据权利要求7所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述第二连接件(14)包括安装在所述雾化支架(11)内部的第二连接件本体(141),以及开设在所述第二连接件本体(141)上的第二台阶孔(142);所述第二台阶孔(142)包括用于安装所述烟油瓶(2)的第二沉头孔部(1421),以及用于供所述雾化芯(13)穿过的第二通孔部(1422)。
- 根据权利要求12所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述第二连接件本体(141)包括置于所述雾化支架(11)外部的外置部(1411),以及插装在所述雾化支架(11)内部的插装部(1412);所述外置部(1411)的外壁开设有与所述雾化组件外部相连通的第二通气槽(1413),所述插装部(1412)的外壁开设有第三通气槽(1414);所述第二通气槽(1413)、所述第三通气槽(1414)以及所述进气口依次形成供气流流通的通道。
- 根据权利要求13所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述进气口位于所述第一连接件(12)与所述第二连接件(14)之间;所述第二密封件(4)为圆柱状的第三密封圈;所述第三密封圈套装在所述雾化芯(13)的外壁上,并抵持在所述凸起与所述烟油瓶(2)之间。
- 根据权利要求14所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述烟油瓶(2)包括烟油瓶本体(21),以及由所述烟油瓶本体(21)的瓶口缩径形成的连接部(22);所述第三密封圈包括抵持在所述凸起与所述连接部(22)之间的抵持部(41),以及安装在所述连接部(22)与所述雾化芯(13)之间的密封部(42)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述烟油瓶(2)可拆卸地连接在所述第二连接件(14)上。
- 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件,以及与所述雾化组件连接的电池组件;其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括雾化器(1),以及与所述雾化器(1)连接并用于储存烟油的烟油瓶(2);所述雾化器(1)包括用于和所述电池组件连接的第一连接件(12),以及安装在所述第一连接件(12)上并用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯(13);所述雾化芯(13)的一端穿过所述第一连接件(12)及烟油瓶(2)瓶口并插置于所述烟油瓶(2)内;所述雾化芯(13)开设有连通所述雾化组件外部的进气口,所述雾化芯(13)远离所述烟油瓶(2)的一端开设有供烟雾排出的出气口;所述进气口与所述出气口之间形成供气流流通的通道;所述雾化组件还包括用于实现所述雾化芯(13)与所述第一连接件(12)之间密封的第一密封件(3),以及套设在所述雾化芯(13)上并用于密封所述烟油瓶(2)瓶口的第二密封件(4),所述进气口位于所述第一密封件(3)与所述第二密封件(4)之间。
- 根据权利要求17所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化芯(13)上与所述第二密封件(4)对应的位置处设置有凸起,所述第二密封件(4)具有内周面;所述凸起抵持在所述内周面上;所述雾化芯(13)位于所述凸起的远离所述第一连接件(12)的一侧的横截面积小于所述凸起处的横截面积。
- 根据权利要求18所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化芯(13)包括用于与所述电池组件电连接的电极组件、套设在所述电极组件外并插设于所述储油器内的雾化套管(134),以及与所述电极组件电连接并设置于所述雾化套管(134)内的电热丝组件(137);所述凸起设置在所述电极组件的外周面上,所述雾化套管的一端抵持在所述凸起上;所述凸起位于所述进气口与所述雾化套管(134)之间。
- 根据权利要求19所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化套管(134)内设置有用于将所述烟油输送给所述电热丝组件(137)进行雾化的导油件(136),所述导油件(136)的外壁面与所述雾化套管(134)的内壁面相贴合。
