电子烟以及电子烟组装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟以及电子烟组装方法。
背景技术
现有技术的电子烟中,储油套管、雾化组件以及电池组件为依次上下串行连接放置形式,所述储油套管的一端设置有供用户吸烟的吸烟部;储油套管与雾化组件、以及电池组件的串行连接方式使得电子烟的烟体太长,不方便携带;此外,当不小心碰撞现有的所述电子烟时,容易在雾化组件、与电池组件或者与储油套管的连接处折断,使用不方便,且现有技术中的储油套管不能可拆卸设置于电子烟本体上,使得不能方便更换烟油,吸烟味道单一,另外,现有技术中的雾化组件延伸至所述储油套管的中部区域,所述储油套管内同轴设置有套设在所述雾化组件上的隔油管,所述隔油管的中部区域设置有用于给所述雾化组件供油的进油口,使得在储油瓶中只有少量烟油时,不能够将烟油用完,使部分残留的烟油因被空气氧化变质后,导致变质的烟油与新添加的烟油混合而使烟油变味。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于为解决现有技术中电子烟长度过长、携带不方便,且不能充分使用烟油而影响烟油口味的缺陷,提供一种携带方便,且可方便更换烟油、烟油使用充分的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明提供一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于储存烟油的储油器、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件以及与所述雾化组件电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件;所述储油器与所述雾化组件沿所述电子烟本体轴向并列设置、且所述储油器可拆卸地置于所述电子烟本体上,所述储油器的开口端位于所述储油器的远离所述吸烟端的一端,所述储油器的与所述开口端相对一端靠近所述吸烟端设置。
所述电子烟本体还包括支架,所述支架上设有密封块,所述密封块将所述支架分隔为相邻设置的、用于容纳所述雾化器以及所述储油器的第一容纳空间以及用于容纳所述电池组件第二容纳空间。
所述第一容纳空间包括相互隔开的用于容置所述雾化组件的第一容纳部、以及用于容置所述储油器的第二容纳部,

S1:提供分别具有并列设置的第一容纳空间、第二容纳空间支架,同时提供电池组件、设置有第一电极组的雾化组件、以及内部装设有烟油的储油器,其中,所述支架上设置有电性连接的第二电极组以及第三电极组,所述第二容纳部上设置有插入件,所述储油器上设置有供插入件插入的通孔,并在所述通孔处设置有由薄膜封住的环形密封塞 ;
S2:使插入件刺破所述薄膜插入到储油器的内部,并使所述通孔以及所述插入件之间由所述环形密封塞进行密封;
S3:将雾化组件的第一电极组与第二电极组螺旋可拆卸连接,并将雾化组件与储油器并列设置;同时通过使所述第三电极与所述第四电极可拆卸连接将电池组件可拆卸地容置于所述第二容纳空间内部;且使第三电极组与第二电极组电性连接;
S4:将吸烟端可拆卸地置于支架的远离所述电池组件的一端。
实施本发明的电子烟以及电子烟组装方法,具有以下有益效果:通过将储油器与雾化组件平行设置,则使得电子烟的总长度减小,携带方便,结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好,此外,其直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求;同时,将储油器可拆卸设置于支架上,则可方便烟油的更换,适应不同用户的口味需求,另外,通过将储油器的开口端位于储油器的远离吸烟端的一端,储油器的与开口端相对一端靠近吸烟端设置,使得能够充分利用烟油,避免了现有技术中新添加的烟油被残留烟油污染而变质变味的情况。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术中电子烟由于储油器与电池组件串行连接导致烟体太长,不方便携带、且不容易更换储油器的缺陷,提供一种将雾化组件3与储油器2并列设置,且将储油器2可拆卸设置于电子烟本体上的电子烟,使得电子烟方便携带,容易更换烟油,避免了现有技术中新添加的烟油被残留烟油污染而变质变味的情况。
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,电子烟本体设置有吸烟端1、用于储存烟油的储油器2、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件3以及与雾化组件3电连接的并用于为雾化组件3供电的电池组件4;储油器2与雾化组件3沿电子烟本体轴向并列设置、且储油器2可拆卸地置于电子烟本体上。通过将储油器2以及雾化组件3并列设置,结构设计巧妙,使得电子烟长度短,方便携带,且机械强度较好,此外,这样的电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求。且在受到外力的作用下时,电子烟不容易折断。
可以理解的是,储油器2以及雾化组件3的中心轴线大致平行于本体的中心轴线,且储油器2以及雾化组件3之间并列设置。
同时,储油器2可拆卸连接在电子烟本体上,方便用户添加烟油或者更换不同口味烟油瓶。
再者,储油器2的开口端位于储油器2的远离吸烟端1的一端,储油器2的与开口端相对一端靠近吸烟端1设置,即将储油器2倒置,这样可以使得在吸烟时,烟油在重力的作用下,容易从储油器2的开口端流出至雾化组件3中,直至储油器2中的烟油完全流出为止,这样可以充分利用储油器2内的烟油。
雾化组件3、电池组件4以及储油器2容置于电子烟本体中的方式如下:
结合图2所示,电子烟本体还包括支架5,支架5上设有密封块51,密封块51将支架5分隔为相邻设置的、用于容纳雾化器以及储油器2的第一容纳空间52以及用于容纳电池组件4第二容纳空间53。
第一容纳空间52包括相互隔开的用于容置雾化组件3的第一容纳部521、以及用于容置储油器2的第二容纳部522,第一容纳部521远离吸嘴端的一侧设有第一开口523,第二容纳部522与第一开口523同侧设有第二开口524,第一开口523以及第二开口524之间连通有用于使储油器2的烟油流入到第一容纳部521中的烟油通道525。
如图3所示,具体的对于储油器2的安装方式,储油器2的开口端密封配合有带有通孔21的环形密封塞22;在环形密封塞22的通孔21内部设置有用于密封储油器2的可捅破薄膜23。通过设置薄膜23,防止烟油从储油瓶中漏出。
结合图2所示,第二开口524周缘朝向第二容纳部522内部延伸形成内部中空的插入件58,插入件58捅破薄膜23插置于储油器2中。可以理解的是,储油器2通孔21设置于远离吸嘴端的一侧的,则在吸烟状态时,储油瓶是倒置的,这样可以使得烟油在重力的作用下容易流入到雾化组件3中,充分利用烟油。
同样,可以理解的是,插入件58为硬质件,过盈配合地插置于环形密封塞22中,可环形密封塞22不仅仅起到对储油器2的密封作用、可防止烟油从储油器2中渗出,由于环形密封塞22与硬质套管紧密配合,也起到将套管紧紧固定于环形密封塞22上的作用。
具体的,又如图2所示,对于雾化组件3的安装方式:雾化组件3包括发热丝组件31,以及用于为雾化组件3导入烟油的导油件34,雾化组件3内设有雾化道32,发热丝组件31容置于雾化道32内部。
发热丝组件31包括导油绳以及绕置于该导油绳外侧的发热丝,导油绳伸入至导油件34中,经由导油件34为该导油绳提供烟油。
第一容纳空间52内还设有用于将烟雾排出至电子烟本体外部的烟雾通道。可以理解的是,通过将烟雾通道设置于第一容纳空间52中,且由于密封块51的存在,则可以防止雾化的烟油进入到电池组件4中,损坏设置于电池组件4中的电池以及电子元件,密封效果好。
具体的,如图4所示,吸烟端1上设有出气口12;支架5上设有进气口56,进气口56、雾化道32、以及出气口12相互连通形成烟雾通道。进气口56以及出气口12的面积大小为2平方毫米~3平方毫米,优选选择出气口12与进气口56的面积大小为2.5平方毫米。
如图1、图2所示的第一实施例中,雾化组件3是固设于支架5上的,此时,发热丝组件31直接通过导线与电池组件4电性连接。雾化道32穿设于雾化组件3内部,导油件34为包覆于雾化道32周向的储油棉,烟油经由烟油通道525流入到导油件34中。
具体的,图1中的右侧的箭头示出了烟油的流动方向,此时导油件34不仅仅起到了导油作用,同时还可以储存烟油,保证了烟油导入到雾化组件3的连续性。
图1中的左侧的箭头示出了气流的流通方向,此时,如图2所示,雾化组件3的靠近电池组件4的一端还设置有雾化座57,雾化座57的一端朝向第二容纳部522所在的一侧延伸直至抵接于支架5远离第一容纳部521一侧的侧壁,此时雾化座57形成烟油通道525的一个壁面。雾化座57的周缘与支架5的内壁面过盈配合。
雾化座57上设有与进气口56以及雾化道32相互连通的通气孔523,该通气孔523朝向第一容纳部521内侧延伸形成固定部,导油件34端部部分套置于该固定部上。则雾化座57的存在不仅起到了对导油件34的固定作用,也起到了防止烟油从导油件34中渗出的作用。
此时,进气口56设置于支架5的位于雾化座57以及密封块51之间位置的壁面上。
在本实施例中,结合图2以及图5所示,密封块51上固设有与雾化组件3电性连接的第三电极组55,电池组件4上设有第四电极组41,第三电极组55以及第四电极组41可拆卸连接实现电池组件4与支架5的可拆卸连接。
通过使电池组件4可拆卸连接于支架5上,则可以方便更换电池,以及对电池的充电,使用方便,使得电子烟的寿命更长。
具体的第三电极组55以及第四电极组41可拆卸连接的方式如下:第四电极组41包括第四外电极411以及与第四外电极411绝缘设置的、置于第四外电极411内侧的第四内电极412。该电池包括第一池极以及第二池极,第四外电极411与电池的第一池极相连,第四内电极412与电池的第二池极相连。
第三电极组55包括两个绝缘设置的弹针电极,该弹针电极包括第一弹针电极551以及第二弹针电极552,第一弹针电极551一端抵持于第四外电极411,另一端通过导线与发热丝组件31的第一极相连,第二弹针电极552一端抵持于第四内电极412,另一端与发热丝组件31的第二极相连。可以理解的是,每个弹针电极的弹针均可在外力作用下伸缩,通过将弹针抵持于相应的电极上便可实现相应电极与弹针电极的电性连接且方便拆装,同时连接稳定性好。
如图6、图7所示的本发明的第二实施例,与第一实施例不同的是,电池组件4固设于第二容纳空间53内部,此时,发热丝组件31直接通过导线与电池组件4电性相连。
第二实施例的其他技术特征与第一实施例中相同,此处便不再赘述。
如图8所示的第三实施例,电池组件4是可拆卸的设置于支架5上的,该结构在第一实施例中已经说明,此处便不再赘述。但是与第二的雾化组件3的结构以及雾化组件3与电池组件4的连接方式不同。
结合图9所示,在该实施例中,雾化组件3上设有与发热丝组件31电性连接的第一电极组33,支架5上设有与电池组件4电性连接的第二电极组54;第一电极组33以及第二电极组54可拆卸连接实现雾化组件3与支架5的可拆卸连接。
可以理解的是,由于雾化组件3为易损材料,通过使雾化组件3可拆卸设置于支架5上,可方便雾化组件3的更换。
具体的,如图9所示,该第二电极组54包括第二外电极542、以及与第二外电极542电性绝缘的、置于所述第二外电极542内的第二内电极541。第二外电极542与第一弹针电极551相连,第二内电极541与第二弹针电极552相连,从而实现第二电极组54以及第三电极组54的电性连接。
如图10所示,第一电极组33包括第一外电极332以及与第一外电极332电性绝缘的第一内电极331,第一内电极331与第二内电极541相互抵接,由于第一内电极331以及第二内电极541均为金属件,则实现了第一内电极331与第二内电极541的电性连接。为方便第一外电极332与第二外电极542之间方便拆卸,则选择用第一外电极332以及第二外电极542通过螺纹旋合的方式进行电性且可拆卸连接。此时,第一电极组33为雾化组件3的一部分,第二外电极542固设于支架5上。
需要说明的是,第一电极组33以及第二电极组54内部中空,且与雾化道32、进气口56以及出气口12相互连通。
在本实施例中,第一电极组33设置于雾化组件3靠近吸烟端1的一侧;导油件34为置于雾化组件3远离吸烟端1的一侧的储油棉,烟油经由烟油通道525流入到该储油棉中。可以理解的是,导油件34可以直接伸入到靠近烟油通道525的位置,也可以使如图所示的在支架5内设有与导油件34相连的储油件59,使得拆卸雾化组件3时,拆卸结构尽可能少。优选的,储油件59也采用储油棉。
此时,可以理解的是,第二电极组54以及第三电极组55之间是通过导线连接的,为方便第二电极组54与第三电极组55的之间导线的放置,支架5内还设有用于容置导线的容置通道500,该容置通道500置于雾化组件3远离储油器2的一侧。
此时,通过在支架5侧壁设与容置通道500的连通的进气口56,此时进气口56、容置通道523、雾化道32以及出气口12相互连通形成上述烟雾通道具体如图所示的箭头的指向。
如图11所示的第四实施例的电子烟,电池组件4是可拆卸的设置于支架5上的,该结构在第三实施例中已经说明,同时,第一电极组33、第二电极组54、第三电极组55的连接方式也已在实施例三中进行了说明,此处便不再赘述。
但需要提出的是,结合图11以及图13所示,第一电极组33设置于雾化组件3靠近电池组件4的一侧;此时,如图13所示,雾化道32穿设于雾化组件3内部,导油件34包覆于雾化道32周向;导油件34外侧还套设有过盈配合的插置于支架5中内部的固定座39。本实施例中,整个雾化组件3均是可拆卸的,实现简单,结构方便。
为方便固定座套设于导油件34上,导油件34外侧套设有套管,套管外侧套置紧固件30,固定座39套设于紧固件30上,固定座39与导油件34之间套管上设有用于使烟油渗入的渗油孔。本发明中,紧固件30为软质固定件30,使得安装更牢固,也使得拆卸方便。
在上述四个实施例中,吸烟端1设有连接部11,连接部11可拆卸地安装于支架5上。沿出气口12边缘朝向与气流相反方向延伸形成有用于防止冷凝的烟油被吸出的阻挡部13。
吸烟端1设置于支架5的远离储油器2的一端,吸烟端1上设有出气口12。沿出气口12边缘朝向与气流相反方向延伸形成用于防止冷凝的烟油被吸出的阻挡部13。可以理解的,是在吸烟时,雾化的烟油在阻挡部13的边缘区域冷凝,冷凝的液态烟油由于阻挡部13的阻挡作用,不容易从出气口12吸入到吸烟者口中。具体的,阻挡部13的形状为筒体状,该阻挡部13的延伸长度为10mm~30mm。优选选用延伸长度为20mm的阻挡部13。
本发明还提供一种电子烟组装方法,用于组装形成电子烟,包括如下几个步骤:
S1 :提供分别具有并列设置的第一容纳空间52、第二容纳空间53支架5,同时提供电池组件4、设置有第一电极组33的雾化组件3、以及内部装设有烟油的储油器2,其中,支架5上设置有电性连接的第二电极组54以及第三电极组55,第二容纳部552上设置有插入件,储油器2上设置有供插入件插入的通孔21,并在通孔21处设置有由薄膜23封住的环形密封塞22 ;
S2 :使插入件刺破薄膜23插入到储油器2的内部,并使通孔21以及插入件之间由环形密封塞22进行密封;
S3 :将雾化组件3的第一电极组33与第二电极组54螺旋可拆卸连接,并将雾化组件3与储油器2并列设置;同时通过使第三电极与第四电极可拆卸连接将电池组件4可拆卸地容置于第二容纳空间53内部;且使第三电极组55与第二电极组54电性连接;
S4 :将吸烟端1可拆卸地置于支架5的远离电池组件4的一端。
其中,吸烟端1设有连接部11,连接部11可拆卸地安装于支架5上。沿出气口12边缘朝向与气流相反方向延伸形成有用于防止冷凝的烟油被吸出的阻挡部13。
吸烟端1设置于支架5的远离储油器2的一端,吸烟端1上设有出气口12。沿出气口12边缘朝向与气流相反方向延伸形成用于防止冷凝的烟油被吸出的阻挡部13。可以理解的,是在吸烟时,雾化的烟油在阻挡部13的边缘区域冷凝,冷凝的液态烟油由于阻挡部13的阻挡作用,不容易从出气口12吸入到吸烟者口中。具体的,阻挡部13的形状为筒体状,该阻挡部13的延伸长度为10mm~30mm。优选选用延伸长度为20mm的阻挡部13。
综上,通过将储油器2与雾化组件3平行设置,则使得电子烟的总长度减小,携带方便 , 结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好,此外,其直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求;同时,将储油器2可拆卸设置于支架5上,则可方便烟油的更换,适应不同用户的口味需求,再者,通过将储油器2的开口端位于储油器2的远离吸烟端1的一端,储油器2的与开口端相对一端靠近吸烟端1设置,使得能够充分利用烟油,避免了现有技术中新添加的烟油被残留烟油污染而变质变味的情况。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端(1)、用于储存烟油的储油器(2)、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件(3)以及与所述雾化组件(3)电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件(3)供电的电池组件(4);所述储油器(2)与所述雾化组件(3)沿所述电子烟本体轴向并列设置、且所述储油器(2)可拆卸地置于所述电子烟本体上,所述储油器(2)的开口端位于所述储油器(2)的远离所述吸烟端(1)的一端,所述储油器(2)的与所述开口端相对一端靠近所述吸烟端(1)设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括支架(5),所述支架(5)上设有密封块(51),所述密封块(51)将所述支架(5)分隔为相邻设置的、用于容纳所述雾化器以及所述储油器(2)的第一容纳空间(52)以及用于容纳所述电池组件(4)第二容纳空间(53)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一容纳空间(52)包括相互隔开的用于容置所述雾化组件(3)的第一容纳部(521)、以及用于容置所述储油器(2)的第二容纳部(522),
    所述第一容纳部(521)远离所述吸嘴端的一侧设有第一开口(523),所述第二容纳部(522)与所述第一开口(523)同侧设有第二开口(524),所述第一开口(523)以及所述第二开口(524)之间连通有用于使所述储油器(2)的烟油流入到所述第一容纳部(521)中的烟油通道(525)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油器(2)的开口端密封配合有带有通孔(21)的环形密封塞(22);
    在所述通孔(21)内部设置有用于密封所述储油器(2)的可捅破薄膜(23)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二开口(524)周缘朝向所述第二容纳部(522)内部延伸形成内部中空的插入件(58),所述插入件(58)捅破所述薄膜(23)插置于所述储油器(2)中。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)包括发热丝组件(31),以及用于为所述发热丝组件(31)导入烟油的导油件(34),所述雾化组件(3)内设有雾化道(32),所述发热丝组件(31)容置于所述雾化道(32)内部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一容纳空间(52)内还设有用于将烟雾排出至所述电子烟本体外部的烟雾通道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端(1)上设有出气口(12);所述支架(5)上设有进气口(56),所述进气口(56)、所述雾化道(32)、以及所述出气口(12)相互连通形成所述烟雾通道。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)上设有与所述发热丝组件(31)电性连接的第一电极组(33),所述支架(5)上设有与所述电池组件(4)电性连接的第二电极组(54);
    所述第一电极组(33)以及所述第二电极组(54)可拆卸连接实现所述雾化组件(3)与所述支架(5)的可拆卸连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一电极组(33)以及所述第二电极组(54)内部中空,且与所述雾化道(32)、所述进气口(56)以及所述出气口(12)相互连通。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一电极组(33)设置于所述雾化组件(3)靠近所述吸烟端(1)的一侧;
    所述导油件(34)置于所述雾化组件(3)远离所述吸烟端(1)的一侧,所述烟油经由所述烟油通道(525)流入到所述导油件(34)中。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一电极组(33)设置于所述雾化组件(3)靠近所述电池组件(4)的一侧;
    所述雾化道(32)穿设于所述雾化组件(3)内部,所述导油件(34)包覆于所述雾化道(32)周向;所述导油件(34)外侧还套设有过盈配合的插置于所述支架(5)中内部的固定座(39)。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)固设于所述支架(5)上,
    所述电池组件(4)固设于所述第二容纳空间(53)内部,所述发热丝组件(31)通过导线与所述电池组件(4)电性相连。
  14. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封块(51)上固设有与所述雾化组件(3)电性连接的第三电极组(55),所述电池组件(4)上设有第四电极组(41),所述第三电极组(55)以及所述第四电极组(41)可拆卸连接实现所述电池组件(4)与所述支架(5)的可拆卸连接。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端(1)设有连接部(11),所述连接部(11)可拆卸地安装于所述支架(5)上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,沿所述出气口(12)边缘朝向与气流相反方向延伸形成有用于防止冷凝的烟油被吸出的阻挡部(13) 。
  17. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端(1)、用于储存烟油的储油器(2)、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件(3)以及与所述雾化组件(3)电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件(3)供电的电池组件(4);所述储油器(2)与所述雾化组件(3)沿所述电子烟本体轴向并列设置、且所述储油器(2)可拆卸地置于所述电子烟本体上,所述储油器(2)的开口端位于所述储油器(2)的远离所述吸烟端(1)的一端,所述储油器(2)的与所述开口端相对一端靠近所述吸烟端(1)设置;
    所述电子烟本体还包括支架(5),所述支架(5)上设有密封块(51),所述密封块(51)将所述支架(5)分隔为相邻设置的、用于容纳所述雾化组件(3)以及所述储油器(2)的第一容纳空间(52)以及用于容纳所述电池组件(4)第二容纳空间(53);
    所述雾化组件(3)包括发热丝组件(31),以及用于为所述发热丝组件(31)导入烟油的导油件(34),所述雾化组件(3)内设有雾化道(32),所述发热丝组件(31)容置于所述雾化道(32)内部;
    所述第一容纳空间(52)内还设有用于将烟雾排出至所述电子烟本体外部的烟雾通道;
    所述雾化组件(3)上设有与所述发热丝组件(31)电性连接的第一电极组(33),所述支架(5)上设有与所述电池组件(4)电性连接的第二电极组(54);
    所述第一电极组(33)以及所述第二电极组(54)可拆卸连接实现所述雾化组件(3)与所述支架(5)的可拆卸连接;
    所述密封块(51)上固设有与所述雾化组件(3)电性连接的第三电极组(55),所述电池组件(4)上设有第四电极组(41),所述第三电极组(55)以及所述第四电极组(41)可拆卸连接实现所述电池组件(4)与所述支架(5)的可拆卸连接。
  18. 一种电子烟组装方法,其特征在于,用于组装形成电子烟,包括如下几个步骤:
    S1 :提供分别具有并列设置的第一容纳空间(52)、第二容纳空间(53)支架(5),同时提供电池组件(4)、设置有第一电极组(33)的雾化组件(3)、以及内部装设有烟油的储油器(2),其中,所述支架(5)上设置有电性连接的第二电极组(54)以及第三电极组(55),所述第二容纳部(552)上设置有插入件(58),所述储油器(2)上设置有供插入件(58)插入的通孔(21),并在所述通孔(21)处设置有由薄膜(23)封住的环形密封塞(22);
    S2 :使插入件(58)刺破所述薄膜(23)插入到储油器(2)的内部,并使所述通孔(21)以及所述插入件(58)之间由所述环形密封塞(22)进行密封;
    S3 :将雾化组件(3)的第一电极组(33)与第二电极组(54)螺旋可拆卸连接,并将雾化组件(3)与储油器(2)并列设置;同时通过使所述第三电极与所述第四电极可拆卸连接将电池组件(4)可拆卸地容置于所述第二容纳空间(53)内部;且使第三电极组(55)与第二电极组(54)电性连接;
    S4 :将吸烟端(1)可拆卸地置于支架(5)的远离所述电池组件(4)的一端。
