Description
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟。
电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。现有技术中电子烟的吸嘴盖通常以过盈配合的方式紧固连接在雾化组件上,因此现有技术中的电子烟不能通过吸嘴盖与雾化组件之间的重复拆卸加入烟油,因此在烟油用尽时,至少需要定期更换新的雾化组件,因此需要消耗较高的成本,并且在用新的雾化组件组装电子烟时,操作比较繁琐,影响用户的体验效果。
针对现有技术中的电子烟需要定期更换雾化组件造成的成本消耗高、操作繁琐的缺陷,提供一种无需更换雾化组件的可重复使用的电子烟。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案:提供一种电子烟,包括具有外套管的雾化组件,所述雾化组件内设置有储油空间,其特征在于,所述外套管的一端插置有与所述外套管活动连接的吸嘴盖,所述吸嘴盖的侧面设置有用于注入烟油的加油口,所述加油口位于所述外套管的内侧并与所述储油空间相连通。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现依照附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
如图1至图5所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟,其包括雾化组件40及用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件(图中未示),所述电池组件与所述雾化组件为可拆卸连接。其中,所述电池组件与所述雾化组件的连接方式可以为螺纹连接、磁吸连接、扣合连接或涨紧配合连接。在本实施例中,所述电池组件与所述雾化组件的连接方式为螺纹连接。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,所述电池组件与所述雾化组件为共用一个外套管的不可拆卸的电子烟。
请继续参阅图1至图5,所述雾化组件40具有外套管4,外套管4内包含用于储存烟油的储油空间。外套管4的一端活动插置有吸嘴盖1。特别地,吸嘴盖1可在外套管4内可往复滑动。如图1所示,吸嘴盖1与外套管4的插接位置处沿轴向设置有加油口12,加油口12与上述外套管4内的所述储油空间相连通。外套管4外侧突出有控制所述吸嘴盖1沿脱离外套管4方向滑动的按键凸起33。用户在使用本发明的电子烟的过程中,当雾化组件4内的烟油用尽时,通过按压按键凸起33,弹出吸嘴盖1,加油口12外露,将烟油沿加油口12注入雾化组件40内实现烟油的添加,从而使得本发明的雾化组件40可重复使用。应当理解,本发明的电子烟具有上述的可重复添加烟油的雾化组件40,因此将上述的雾化组件40与电池组件组装成的电子烟可以在不更换雾化组件40的前提下重复使用,且添加烟油时只需按压按键凸起33后使吸嘴盖1至少部分弹出,再将烟油沿加油口12注入即可,烟油补充完毕后,将吸嘴盖压回外套管4内,电子烟即可再次使用,因此本申请的电子烟结构简单,操作方便且相对于不可重复加烟油的一次性电子烟而言更经济实用。
如图3并参阅图2所示,吸嘴盖1通过弹性件2及安装座3插置于外套管4内。外套管4内固定安装有用于插置吸嘴盖1的安装座3。吸嘴盖1外侧延伸出由安装座3卡持的卡扣11。吸嘴盖1包括穿过安装座3的用于通气的管体101,进一步地,管体101包括始终暴露在外套管4外的盖体102及由盖体102靠近外套管4的一侧垂直延伸出的连通部103。距离连通部103外侧第一间隙105的位置处沿盖体102背侧垂直延伸出与安装座3相扣接的扣接部104,扣接部104上突出有卡扣11。所述加油口12设置在所述扣接部104的一侧并沿所述扣接部104的延伸方向延伸。应当理解,本发明所述的电子烟中,加油口12也可以是开设在所述管体101外侧壁轴向的凹槽,显然加油口12与上述的气流通道不连通。
安装座3轴向间隔设置有第一限位部31与第二限位部32,第一限位部31及第二限位部32用于对所述卡扣11进行限位。第一限位部31远离第二限位部32的一侧相邻位置处设置有可沿安装座3径向运动的按键凸起33。如图2所示,第一限位部31、所述第二限位部32及所述安装座3一体成型,本实施例中的第一限位部31与第二限位部32为开设在安装座3侧壁上的通孔,应当理解,第一限位部31与第二限位部32也可以是开设在安装座3内壁的凹槽或沿安装座3内壁径向向内突出的凸脊。
外套管4侧壁对应于按键凸起33开设有按键槽41,按键凸起33穿过按键槽41部分地突出于外套管4外侧。按键凸起33通过接受外力挤压扣接部104,使所述卡扣11脱离所述第一限位部31。本实施例中,安装座3内设置有弹性件2,本实施例中的弹性件2为弹簧,吸嘴盖1朝向所述外套管4的一端弹性抵持所述弹性件2,所述弹性件2用于向所述吸嘴盖1提供沿述电子烟径向的弹力。具体地,本实施例中,连通部103穿过弹性件2插置于安装座3内,弹性件2一端抵接安装座3,另一端抵接盖体102,因此在弹性件2处于压缩状态时对吸嘴盖1提供沿所述电子烟轴向远离外套管4的弹力。
如图4所示,为组装后的本实施例的电子烟雾化组件40的剖视图。其中,吸嘴盖1插置于外套管4的一端,雾化组件40远离吸嘴盖1的一端安装有用于与电池组件电连接的电连接件46。外套管4内沿吸嘴盖1至电连接件46的方向上依次安装有安装座3、通气管42及雾化座45。通气管42径向穿插有加热件44。通气管42与外套管4之间形成所述储油空间,该储油空间内设置有储油件43。本实施例中的储油件43为包围通气管42的储油棉。
吸嘴盖1的管体101穿过安装座3延伸至通气管42内,与通气管42相连通,共同形成气流通道。安装座3底部与所述加油口(图4未示出)相对应的位置处开设有连通所述加油口与所述储油件43的第二通孔34。沿所述加油口注入的烟油经第二通孔34流入储油件43。
图4所述的电子烟的雾化组件40中,卡扣11卡持在第一限位部31中,本实施例中的限位部31为开设在安装座内壁的通孔,弹性件2呈压缩状态且两端分别抵接安装座3与吸嘴盖1,第二限位部32为沿所述电子烟轴向开设在第一限位部31远离雾化组件40的一侧的相邻位置处。按键凸起33与安装座3一体成型,且沿安装座3径向延伸并部分突出于外套管1外侧。按键凸起33背侧抵压扣接部104。
如图5所示,为吸嘴盖1部分弹出外套管1的剖视图。通过按压按键凸起33挤压扣接部104,使得卡扣脱离第一限位部31的限制,由于压缩状态下的弹性件2的弹性力使得吸嘴盖1沿远离外套管1的方向滑动,卡扣11滑动至第二限位部32时,由于受第二限位部的卡持停止继续滑动,避免吸嘴盖1整体从雾化组件40上脱落,简化用户的操作过程。卡扣11限位在第二限位部32内,此时吸嘴盖1整体部分从外套管4滑出,至少部分所述加油口从所述外套管4中露出,经所述加油口12向所述雾化组件4加入烟油,烟油经所述加油口12流经第二通孔34流入储油件43。由于管体101始终保持插接在安装座3的底部,有效避免了烟油流入管体101内,避免用户吸入烟油的风险。用户添加完烟油后,只需通过将吸嘴盖1沿电子烟轴向向雾化组件40压下,即可将卡扣11重新限位到第一限位部31内,实现吸嘴盖1与雾化组件40的插接。
如图6所述,本发明的卡扣11包括滑动面110及卡扣面111,滑动面110大致呈斜坡状,因此卡扣11限位在第二限位部32中时,受到沿电子烟轴向指向雾化组件40的力时,卡扣11将沿滑动面110向雾化组件40压下,而卡扣面111则与扣接部104呈大致垂直关系,因此卡扣面111一旦卡接到第一限位部31或第二限位部32内,将无法随弹性件2等产生的沿电子烟轴向向外的力产生滑动。
如图7-9所示,为本发明的第二实施例的示意图。参考图2
本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,本实施例中的吸嘴盖1与外套管4的连接结构不同。其中,第一限位部31为开设在所述安装座3侧壁的通孔。第二限位部32与所述按键凸起33一体成型,所述按键凸起33穿过所述安装座3部分突出于所述雾化组件40外侧。所述第二限位部32与所述按键凸起33之间形成供所述卡扣11轴向滑动的滑槽35。安装座3侧壁对应所述按键凸起33的位置处开设有供所述按键凸起33穿过的固定孔36。按键凸起33依次穿过固定孔36及按键槽41,部分突出于外套管4外侧。本实施例中,固定孔36与所述第一限位部32相连通。
本实施例的吸嘴盖1的结构相比于图3所示的吸嘴盖1,其不同之处在于本实施例中的卡扣11两侧沿吸嘴盖1轴向分别开设有安装槽112,用于保持滑槽35与卡扣11之间的相对固定。如图7所示,本实施例中的第二限位部31为沿安装座3径向向外突出的凸脊,应当理解第二限位部也可以是沿安装座3内壁向内突出的凸脊。本实施例中的吸嘴盖1从外套管4中弹出时的状态变化与第一实施例相同,在此不做赘述。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (17)
- 一种电子烟, 包括具有外套管(4)的雾化组件(40),所述雾化组件(40)内设置有储油空间,其特征在于,所述外套管(4)的一端插置有与所述外套管(4)活动连接的吸嘴盖(1),所述吸嘴盖(1)的侧面设置有用于注入烟油的加油口(12),所述加油口(12)位于所述外套管(4)的内侧并与所述储油空间相连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管(4)内用于插置所述吸嘴盖(1)的安装座(3);所述吸嘴盖(1)外侧延伸出由所述安装座(3)卡持的卡扣(11),所述安装座(3)内轴向间隔设置有第一限位部(31)与第二限位部(32),所述第一限位部(31)及第二限位部(32)用于对所述卡扣(11)进行限位;所述吸嘴盖(1)沿轴向远离所述外套管(4)时,所述卡扣(11)由第一限位部(31)滑动至第二限位部(32),至少部分所述加油口(12)从所述外套管(4)中伸出。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一限位部(31)远离所述第二限位部(32)的一侧设置有突出于所述外套管(4)外侧的按键凸起(33),所述按键凸起(33)用于通过接受外力挤压所述吸嘴盖(1)侧壁使所述卡扣(11)脱离所述第一限位部(31)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装座(3)内设置有弹性件(2),所述吸嘴盖(1)朝向所述外套管(4)的一端弹性抵持所述弹性件(2),所述弹性件(2)用于向所述吸嘴盖(1)盖提供沿述电子烟径向的弹力。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(4)侧壁开设有与所述按键凸起(33)相适配的按键槽(41),所述按键凸起(33)经所述按键槽(41)部分地突出于所述外套管(4)外侧。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一限位部(31)、所述第二限位部(32)及所述安装座(3)一体成型。
- 根据权利要求6述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一限位部(31)与所述第二限位部(32)为开设在所述安装座(3)侧壁上的通孔、凹槽或所述安装座(3)内壁径向向内突出的凸脊。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一限位部(31)为开设在所述安装座(3)侧壁的通孔,所述第二限位部(32)与所述按键凸起(33)一体成型,所述按键凸起(33)穿过所述安装座(3)部分地突出于所述外套管(4)外侧,所述第二限位部(32)与所述按键凸起(33)之间形成供所述卡扣(11)轴向滑动的滑槽(35)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二限位部(32)为向所述安装座(3)径向向内或向外突出的凸脊。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装座(3)侧壁对应所述按键凸起(33)的位置处开设有供所述按键凸起(33)穿过的固定孔(36)。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定孔(36)与所述第一限位部(31)相连通。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(4)内设置有与所述吸嘴盖(1)相连通的通气管(42),所述通气管(42)外周与所述外套管之间形成所述储油空间,所述储油空间内设置有用于储存烟油的储油件(43),所述储油件与所述加油口(12)相连通。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装座(3)底部与所述加油口(12)相对应的位置处开设有连通所述加油口(12)与所述储油件(43)的第二通孔(34)。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖(1)包括穿过所述安装座(3)与所述通气管(42)相连通的用于通气的管体(101);所述弹性件(2)为围绕所述管体(101)的弹簧;所述弹簧一端抵接所述安装座(3),所述弹簧的另一端抵接所述管体(101)远离所述安装座(3)的一端。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述加油口(12)为开设在所述管体(101)外侧壁轴向的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括用于为所述雾化组件(40)供电的电池组件,所述电池组件与所述雾化组件(40)为可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件与所述雾化组件(40)为螺纹连接、磁吸连接、扣合连接或涨紧配合连接。
