Description
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种雾化组件和电子烟。
电子烟是一种新型的电子产品,其与普通的香烟有着相似的外观,以及与香烟相似的味道,但是电子烟相对于传统的香烟更为的健康以及环保。
现有技术中,电子烟内设有用于承载烟油的储油空间以及和该储油空间可拆卸连接的雾化芯,该雾化芯包括用于将储油空间内的烟油雾化的电热丝组件。电子烟内还设有用于将电热丝组件产生的烟雾传送到吸嘴盖的烟雾通道。盖烟雾通道包括插设在储油空间内的、且与吸嘴盖相接的通气管,以及一端抵持在电热丝组件上、另一端套设在通气管外的雾化盖,以将电热丝组件产生的烟雾传送到通气管内。
为避免储油腔内的烟油从雾化盖和通气管的连接缝隙处顺着通气管渗入,雾化盖的内侧设有密封圈,在将雾化芯和储油空间组装时,将储油空间内的通气管插入雾化盖内,使得通气管和雾化盖内的密封圈过盈夹紧。然而,由于通气管的厚度很小,端部比较锋利,在插入雾化盖内时容易插伤密封圈,而且通气管外壁和密封圈之间的摩擦较小,密封的性能较差,导致烟油容易渗入到通气管和雾化盖内,进而导致用户在吸食烟雾时容易吸食到未经雾化的烟油,降低了电子烟的用户使用体验感。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种雾化组件和电子烟,能够避免储油腔内的烟油从雾化盖与通气管相接处渗入雾化盖和通气管内。
本发明提供了一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,其中,所述雾化组件包括具有相对的第一端和第二端的储油套,所述储油套的第一端设置有吸嘴盖,第二端的端面形成有加油口;所述储油套内设有与所述吸嘴盖相连通的通气管,所述储油套与所述通气管之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔,所述通气管的远离所述吸嘴盖一端设有环绕所述通气管的侧壁设置的环形台阶;
所述雾化组件还包括雾化芯,所述雾化芯通过所述加油口插入所述储油套内并可拆卸设于所述通气管背向所述吸嘴盖的一端,所述雾化芯位于所述储油套内的外周壁套设有和所述储油套的内壁弹性抵接的密封圈;
所述雾化芯包括用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件,以及呈中空筒状的、一端用于压紧固定所述电热丝组件而另一端与所述通气管相连接以将所述电热丝组件雾化的烟雾传送到所述通气管内的雾化盖,所述雾化芯背向所述通气管的一端设有分别与所述电池组件和所述电热丝组件电连接的电连接组件,所述雾化芯还包括设于所述雾化盖和所述通气管相连处并用于将所述雾化盖与所述通气管密封相连的密封件,所述环形台阶与所述密封件弹性密封抵接。
进一步地,所述雾化盖内侧壁上设有凸环,所述密封件呈环状,且所述密封件外侧壁上设有与所述雾化盖的凸环相匹配的环形凹槽,所述密封件和所述雾化盖通过所述凸环和所述环形凹槽的紧密配合相互固定;所述密封件与所述通气管相接的一端的环形端面的内侧上还设有呈环状的限位凹部,所述通气管靠近所述雾化盖的一端的外侧壁设有凸起的所述环形台阶,所述环形台阶和所述密封件的所述限位凹部相互抵持。
进一步地,所述通气管与所述雾化盖相接触的一端的口径大于所述通气管其余部分的口径,使得所述通气管与所述雾化盖相接触的一端的内侧壁上形成所述环形台阶;所述密封件呈环状,并嵌套设置在所述通气管内与所述通气管的内侧壁过盈夹紧,并与所述通气管内的环形台阶相抵持,所述雾化盖插入所述通气管内,与所述密封件相抵持。
进一步地,所述储油套靠近所述吸嘴盖的一端设有连接柱,用于和所述吸嘴盖可拆卸连接,所述通气管靠近所述吸嘴盖的一端插设在所述连接柱内。
进一步地,所述吸嘴盖内开设有与所述通气管相连通的蓄油腔,所述蓄油腔的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔,以使所述电热丝组件雾化的烟雾经所述通气管和所述连接柱流动至所述出气孔时,冷凝的烟油能够储蓄在所述蓄油腔内。
进一步地,所述蓄油腔腔壁位于所述出气孔的周缘处朝向所述通气管的一侧凸设有用于阻隔烟油的环形凸台,

所述蓄油腔内纳置有由吸油材料制成的吸油件。
进一步地,所述储油套远离所述吸嘴盖的一端插设有用于与所述雾化芯拆卸连接的连接件,所述连接件与所述雾化芯之间的连接处设置有螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
进一步地,所述雾化芯还包括与所述储油套可拆卸连接的、中空的雾化套,所述电热丝组件收容在所述雾化套的中空部分内,所述雾化芯延伸至所述储油套外的一端开设有与所述雾化套的中空部分相导通的用以进气的穿孔;
所述雾化盖的一端套设在所述雾化套的一端上,并抵持在所述电热丝组件上。
进一步地,所述雾化套的周壁上设有与所述雾化套的中空部分相导通的所述穿孔;
所述雾化套的一端与所述电池组件可拆卸连接,另一端间隔开设有朝远离所述吸嘴盖的一侧延伸的两个相对应设置并与所述储油腔相连通的安装槽,所述电热丝组件架设于所述两个安装槽内。
进一步地,所述雾化套的外表面设置有与所述雾化盖的端面相抵持的限位凸部。
进一步地,所述雾化套的外表面设置有用以支撑所述电热丝组件的凸起。本发明还公开一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其中,所述雾化组件为上述任一项所述的雾化组件。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明中,由于所述通气管靠近所述雾化盖的一端的外侧壁设有凸起的环形台阶,由于该环形台阶的面积较大,在所述环形台阶和所述限位凹部相互抵持时,该通气管不会将密封件擦伤,而且,通气管的环形台阶以及雾化盖的凸环分别和密封件都没有相互移动,不会在雾化芯长期从储油套内拆出和装进下而减小环形台阶以及凸环分别和限位凹部之间的摩擦力,进而避免了破坏环形台阶和限位凹部之间的密封性,最终避免了储油腔内的烟油从雾化盖与通气管相接处渗入雾化盖和通气管内,进而避免了用户在吸食烟雾时容易吸食到未经
雾化的烟油。

本发明公开了一种雾化组件和电子烟,能够避免储油腔内的烟油从雾化盖与通气管相接处渗入雾化盖和通气管内。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,图1为本发明中雾化组件的一个实施例的结构示意图,图2为图1所示雾化组件的一种剖面结构示意图,图3为图2所示雾化组件中雾化芯的剖面结构示意图。
图1所示的雾化组件用于与电池组件(图未示)组合形成电子烟。如图1所示,雾化组件包括吸嘴盖1、储油套2和雾化芯3。
具体的,如图2所示,储油套2包括相对的第一端和第二端,其中第一端一侧设有吸嘴盖1,第二端的端面形成有加油口21。储油套2内设有与吸嘴盖1相连通的通气管22,该储油套2和通气管22之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔23。所述通气管22的远离所述吸嘴盖1一端设有环绕所述通气管22的侧壁设置的环形台阶。优选的,储油套2由可透光的材料制得,以方便用户查看储油腔23内烟油的余量。
所述雾化芯3通过所述加油口21插入所述储油套2内并可拆卸设于所述
通气管22背向所述吸嘴盖1的一端。所述雾化芯3位于所述储油套2内的外周壁套设有和所述储油套2的内壁弹性抵接的密封圈4。
所述雾化芯3包括用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件31、雾化盖32、电连接组件33、密封件34。雾化盖32呈中空筒状,且一端用于压紧固定所述电热丝组件31而另一端与所述通气管22相连接,以将所述电热丝组件31雾化的烟雾传送到所述通气管22内。电连接组件33设于雾化芯3背向所述通气管22的一端,并分别与所述电池组件和所述电热丝组件31电连接的。密封件34设于所述雾化盖32和所述通气管22相连处,用于将所述雾化盖32与所述通气管22密封相连,其中所述通气管22的环形台阶与所述密封件34弹性密封抵接。
本发明中,由于所述通气管靠近所述雾化盖的一端的外侧壁设有凸起的环形台阶,由于该环形台阶的面积较大,在所述环形台阶和所述限位凹部相互抵持时,该通气管不会将密封件擦伤,而且,通气管的环形台阶以及雾化盖的凸环分别和密封件都没有相互移动,不会在雾化芯长期从储油套内拆出和装进下而减小环形台阶以及凸环分别和限位凹部之间的摩擦力,进而避免了破坏环形台阶和限位凹部之间的密封性,最终避免了储油腔内的烟油从雾化盖与通气管相接处渗入雾化盖和通气管内,进而避免了用户在吸食烟雾时容易吸食到未经雾化的烟油。
下面结合图3和图5对本发明的雾化组件中的雾化盖、密封件和通气管的其中一种相互连接关系进行描述,其中图5是本发明的雾化组件中通气管和雾化芯的结构示意图。
具体的,本实施例中,所述雾化盖32内侧壁上设有凸环321。所述密封件34呈环状,且所述密封件34外侧壁上设有与所述雾化盖32的凸环321相匹配的环形凹槽341,所述密封件34和所述雾化盖32通过所述凸环321和所述环形凹槽341的紧密配合相互固定。
所述密封件34与所述通气管22相接的一端的环形端面的内侧上还设有呈环状的限位凹部342,所述通气管22靠近所述雾化盖32的一端的外侧壁设有凸起的环形台阶221(如图5所示),所述环形台阶221和所述密封件34的所述限位凹部342相互抵持。
这样,所述通气管靠近所述雾化盖的一端的外侧壁设有凸起的环形台阶,
由于该环形台阶的面积较大,在所述环形台阶和所述限位凹部相互抵持时,该通气管不会将密封件擦伤,而且,通气管的环形台阶以及雾化盖的凸环分别和密封件都没有相互移动,不会在雾化芯长期从储油套内拆出和装进下而减小环形台阶以及凸环分别和限位凹部之间的摩擦力,进而避免了破坏环形台阶和限位凹部之间的密封性。
或者,通气管、密封件和雾化盖之间的相互连接关系也可以采用其他结构形式,具体请参阅图6和图7,图6为图1所示雾化组件的另一种剖面结构示意图,图7为图6所示雾化组件中通气管和雾化芯的结构示意图。下面对本发明的雾化组件中通气管、密封件和雾化盖之间的另一种相互连接关系进行描述。
所述通气管22与所述雾化盖32相接触的一端222的口径大于所述通气管22其余部分的口径,使得所述通气管22与所述雾化盖32相接触的一端的内侧壁上形成环形台阶223。所述密封件34呈环状,并嵌套设置在所述通气管22内与所述通气管22的内侧壁过盈夹紧,并与所述通气管22内的环形台阶223相抵持。所述雾化盖32插入所述通气管内,与所述密封件34相抵持。
密封件的具体结构形式有多种,例如如图6和图7所示,该呈环状的密封件34还可以是靠近吸嘴盖的一端的口径小于远离吸嘴盖一端的口径,使得密封件的外侧壁上形成一个与通气管22内的环形台阶223相匹配的环形台阶343。当密封件34嵌套设置在通气管22内时,密封件34外侧壁上的环形台阶343和通气管22内的环形台阶223相抵持。
本实施例中,通气管内与密封件相抵接的部分为环形台阶,接触面积较大,避免了通气管将密封件擦伤的情况,而且,该密封件固定在通气管的环形台阶上,在雾化盖插入通气管时是与密封件的一端抵持,通气管的环形台阶以及雾化盖的一端分别和密封件都没有相互移动,不会在雾化芯长期从储油套2内拆出和装进下而减小通气管以及雾化盖分别和密封件之间的摩擦力,进而避免了破坏通气管以及雾化盖分别和密封件之间的密封性。
本发明的雾化组件中,储油套2和吸嘴盖1的连接方式有多种,下面结合图2对其中的一种优选方式进行描述。储油套2靠近吸嘴盖1的一端设有连接柱5,用于连接储油套2和吸嘴盖1,且所述通气管22靠近所述吸嘴盖1的一
端插设在所述连接柱5内。
优选的,吸嘴盖1与连接柱5采用可拆卸方式连接。本实施例中以吸嘴盖1与连接柱5通过螺纹连接为例进行说明,即吸嘴盖1用于与连接柱5连接的位置处设有内螺纹,连接柱5的外周面上设有与该内螺纹相适配的外螺纹。若采取其它可拆卸连接结构,则吸嘴盖1上还可设置其它连接结构,例如卡扣连接中具有弹性的卡合弹片等,本实施例中仅以螺纹连接为例进行说明,并不限定于螺纹连接。
本实施例的螺纹连接结构和卡扣连接结构与现有的涨紧配合相比,能够更好的对吸嘴盖1拆装,避免现有涨紧配合容易脱落等问题。
进一步的,吸嘴盖1内开设有与通气管22相连通的蓄油腔11,蓄油腔11的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔12,以使所述电热丝组件31雾化的烟雾经所述通气管22和所述连接柱5流动至所述出气孔时,冷凝的烟油能够储蓄在所述蓄油腔11内。
这样,由于吸嘴盖1与连接柱5为可拆卸的连接,可以定时将吸嘴盖1拆卸下来以清理蓄油腔内存留的烟液,防止用户抽烟时吸到烟液。
下面对连接柱5的结构做进一步的详细说明。连接柱5远离吸嘴盖1的一端沿轴向设有固定槽51,通气管22的一端抵接并固定在该固定槽51内,连接柱5靠近吸嘴盖1的一端设有与固定槽51相连通的通气槽52,烟雾依次通过通气管22、通气槽52和蓄油腔11后从出气孔12中排出供用户吸食。
本实施例中,吸嘴盖1和连接柱5优选均为金属材料制件,能够避免口腔的牙齿等硬物夹持在连接柱5上时,吸嘴盖1容易脱落的现象,其中,所述金属可以是铜、铁或钢等金属,在此不作具体限定。
进一步,优选的,如图8所示,所述蓄油腔11腔壁位于所述出气孔12的周缘处朝向所述通气管的一侧凸设有用于阻隔烟油的环形凸台13,或者,蓄油腔11内纳置有吸油件14,该吸油件由吸油材料制成。当然,也可以同时采用上述两个方案,以更好地避免用户吸食到未经雾化的烟油。
本发明的雾化组件中,雾化芯可拆卸设于通气管背向吸嘴盖1的一端有多种结构方式。下面结合图2和图3对其中的一种结构方式进行描述。
具体的,本实施例中,雾化组件还包括连接件6,该连接件6插设在所述
储油套2远离所述吸嘴盖1的一端,用于与所述雾化芯3可拆卸连接。所述连接件6与所述雾化芯3之间的连接处设置有螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
本实施例中,连接件6与雾化芯3之间为螺纹连接,连接件6用于与雾化芯3连接的位置处设置有内螺纹61,雾化芯的外周面设置有与该内螺纹相适配的外螺纹结构(图中未标号)。若连接件6与雾化芯3之间采取其它可拆卸连接结构,则连接件6上还可设置其它连接结构,例如卡扣连接中具有弹性的卡合弹片等,本实施例中仅以螺纹连接为例进行说明,并不限定于螺纹连接。
本发明的雾化组件中,雾化芯的结构有多种形式,下面结合图3和图4对本发明的雾化组件中的雾化芯的其中一种结构进行描述。
雾化芯的两端分别与储油套和电池组件(图未示)可拆卸的连接,该可拆卸连接的结构可以为螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构,本实施例中,雾化芯与储油套和电池组件之间的连接均为螺纹连接。如图3和图4所示,图4是图3所示雾化套的爆炸图。
本实施例中,雾化芯3还包括雾化套35。雾化套35包括大致为中空的柱体结构的主体350,主体350上设有安装槽351、穿孔352、限位卡台353、环形凹槽354、凸起356、限位凸部357和环形卡台358。
安装槽351开设在主体350靠近通气管22的一端,并朝远离通气管22的一侧延伸。本实施例中,安装槽351包括两个,两个安装槽351相对间隔设置并与储油腔23相连通,电热丝组件31架设并固定在所述两个安装槽351的底部。
穿孔352设在主体350延伸至储油套2外的侧壁上,并与雾化套的中空部分相导通,主要用以进气及排除雾化套内的烟油。由于穿孔352位于储油套2外,故气流直接通过该穿孔352即可进入雾化套的中空部分,不会产生噪音。
进一步的,为了避免雾化芯3在组装的过程中,连接件6将穿孔352堵塞,可以在主体350的外周壁上凸设限位卡台353,该限位卡台353抵接至连接件6的端口侧缘,穿孔352开设在该限位卡台353上,从而避免穿孔352在组装中被堵塞。
进一步的,为了便于用户拆装雾化芯3,还可以在限位卡台353上设置防滑的滚花(图上未标号)。
进一步的,为了避免烟油从主体350与储油套2的连接处泄漏,主体350的位于储油套2内的外周壁上设有环形卡槽354,密封圈4固定在该环形卡槽354内并弹性抵接至储油套2的内壁,以实现密封作用。
进一步的,为了更好的支撑电热丝组件31,主体350上设置有用于支撑电热丝组件31的凸起356,该凸起356的一端固定在安装槽351的底部,另一端朝远离主体350的轴线方向延伸。通过设置凸起356,可以避免支撑电热丝组件31的侧壁过薄而使电热丝组件31滑入雾化套35的中空部分内。
雾化盖32套设在雾化套35上,并抵持在电热丝组件31上。进一步的,为了避免雾化盖32过度挤压电热丝组件31,可以在主体350上凸设与雾化盖32的端面相抵持的限位凸部357。
如图3所示,电热丝组件31包括导油件311和电热丝312,导油件311由吸油材料制成,其固定在安装槽351的底部,且导油件311的两端分别延伸至储油腔23内。电热丝312缠绕在该导油件311上,并与电池组件电连接。由于电热丝组件31为现有技术的惯用手段,故其具体结构在此不再赘述。
结合图3和图4所示,雾化套的中空部分还固定有用于分别于电池组件和电热丝组件31电连接的电连接组件33。本实施例中,电连接组件33固定在环形卡台358上。
环形卡台358设置在雾化套35用于与电池组件连接的一端,且环形卡台358的一端固定在雾化套35的内侧壁上,另一端朝靠近雾化套35的轴线方向延伸并形成中心孔(图上未标号),电连接组件33固定在该中心孔处。
本实施例中,雾化套35为与电池组件电连接的外电极,电连接组件33包括由外向内依次嵌设在所述中心孔处的绝缘件331和与电池组件电连接的内电极332。
可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,电连接组件33还可以为其它导电结构,例如雾化套35为不导电材料制得,电连接组件33包括由外向内依次嵌设在所述中心孔处的与电池组件电连接的外电极、绝缘件和与电池组件电连接的内电极。
可以理解的是,本申请的雾化芯3并不限定于上述结构,还可以是其它结构。
本申请还提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其中,所述电池组件为现有技术在此不再赘述。所述雾化组件包括具有相对的第一端和第二端的储油套,所述储油套的第一端设置有吸嘴盖,第二端的端面形成有加油口;所述储油套内设有与所述吸嘴盖相连通的通气管,所述储油套与所述通气管之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔,所述通气管的远离所述吸嘴盖一端设有环绕所述通气管的侧壁设置的环形台阶;
所述雾化组件还包括雾化芯,所述雾化芯通过所述加油口插入所述储油套内并可拆卸设于所述通气管背向所述吸嘴盖的一端,所述雾化芯位于所述储油套内的外周壁套设有和所述储油套的内壁弹性抵接的密封圈;

该电子烟的雾化组件的具体结构可参见上述所述的雾化组件的具体结构,由于该电子烟的雾化组件的结构与上述所述的雾化组件的结构相同,因而也具有相同的效果。

- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化盖内侧壁上设有凸环,所述密封件呈环状,且所述密封件外侧壁上设有与所述雾化盖的凸环相匹配的环形凹槽,所述密封件和所述雾化盖通过所述凸环和所述环形凹槽的紧密配合相互固定;所述密封件与所述通气管相接的一端的环形端面的内侧上还设有呈环状的限位凹部,所述通气管靠近所述雾化盖的一端的外侧壁设有凸起的所述环形台阶,所述环形台阶和所述密封件的所述限位凹部相互抵持。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述通气管与所述雾化盖相接触的一端的口径大于所述通气管其余部分的口径,使得所述通气管与所述雾化盖相接触的一端的内侧壁上形成所述环形台阶;所述密封件呈环状,并嵌套设置在所述通气管内与所述通气管的内侧壁过盈夹紧,并与所述通气管内的环形台阶相抵持,所述雾化盖插入所述通气管内,与所述密封件相抵持。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储油套靠近所述吸嘴盖的一端设有连接柱,用于和所述吸嘴盖可拆卸连接,所述通气管靠近所述吸嘴盖的一端插设在所述连接柱内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖内开设有与所述通气管相连通的蓄油腔,所述蓄油腔的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔,以使所述电热丝组件雾化的烟雾经所述通气管和所述连接柱流动至所述出气孔时,冷凝的烟油能够储蓄在所述蓄油腔内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述蓄油腔腔壁位于所述出气孔的周缘处朝向所述通气管的一侧凸设有用于阻隔烟油的环形凸台,和/或,所述蓄油腔内纳置有由吸油材料制成的吸油件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储油套远离所述吸嘴盖的一端插设有用于与所述雾化芯拆卸连接的连接件,所述连接件与所述雾化芯之间的连接处设置有螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化芯还包括与所述储油套可拆卸连接的、中空的雾化套,所述电热丝组件收容在所述雾化套的中空部分内,所述雾化芯延伸至所述储油套外的一端开设有与所述雾化套的中空部分相导通的用以进气的穿孔;所述雾化盖的一端套设在所述雾化套的一端上,并抵持在所述电热丝组件上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化套的周壁上设有与所述雾化套的中空部分相导通的所述穿孔;所述雾化套的一端与所述电池组件可拆卸连接,另一端间隔开设有朝远离所述吸嘴盖的一侧延伸的两个相对应设置并与所述储油腔相连通的安装槽,所述电热丝组件架设于所述两个安装槽内。
- 根据权利要求9所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化套的外表面设置有与所述雾化盖的端面相抵持的限位凸部。
- 根据权利要求9所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化套的外表面设置有用以支撑所述电热丝组件的凸起。
- 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件为权利要求1至11任一项所述的雾化组件。
