具体实施方式
为了对本实用新型的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
请参阅图 1 ,本实用新型提供的一种电子烟 10 ,其包括装有烟液并设有电池的烟杆 100 、烟嘴 200 、雾化器 300 、调压阀门组件 400 、第一支架 500 以及第二支架 600 。该烟杆 100 、雾化器 300 和烟嘴 200 依次连接,电池为雾化器 300 提供电源,供雾化器 300 加热雾化烟液,雾化后的烟液经过烟嘴 200 排出。调压阀门组件 400 用于调节电子烟的口感压力,且位于烟杆 100 和雾化器 300 之间,调压阀门组件 400 通过第一支架 500 与烟杆 100 配合固定,通过第二支架 600 与雾化器 300 配合固定,且第一支架 400 与第二支架 500 的形状结构完全相同。具体在本实施方式中,第一支架 400 和第二支架 500 可以设计为具有内螺纹或外螺纹的空心圆柱形结构,通过螺纹的旋合从而实现与烟杆 100 和雾化器 300 的连接。
实施例 1
请参阅图 2 至 4 ,该调压阀门组件 400 可以是弹簧阀门 , 该调压阀门组件 400 包括第一阀门压盖 410 、弹性部件 412 、固定部件 414 、第一支撑底座 416 和第一密封部件 418 。弹性部件 412 安装在第一阀门压盖 410 底端,且缠绕在固定部件 414 上,固定部件 414 卡置于第一支撑底座 416 内侧,第一密封部件 418 的两侧与第一阀门压盖 410 抵持连接。
第一阀门压盖 410 大体为一端开口的中空圆柱形结构,另一端开设有若干个通孔,在本实施方式中,第一阀门压盖 410 顶端开设有 5 个通孔,包括位于顶端中部的一个较大的通孔 4102 和分布在较大的通孔 4102 周边的四个较小的通孔 4104 ,目的是在抽烟时所产生的气体可以从较小的通孔 4104 中进入到雾化器 300 中。可以理解的是通孔的形状没有特别的限制,可以是圆形、方形或其它形状,具体在本实施方式中,通孔的形状为圆形。
弹性部件 412 固定安装在第一阀门压盖 410 的内部,且与第一阀门压盖 410 顶端的较大的通孔 4102 相对应。在本实施方式中,弹性部件 412 可以是螺旋弹簧,当然还可以是其它具有弹性的机械零件。
固定部件 414 包括底座 4142 和本体 4144 。底座 4142 大体为圆形,本体 4144 垂直于底座 4142 且位于底座 4142 的圆形中间部位。具体在本实施方式中,本体 4144 是中空的圆柱形结构,弹性部件 412 缠绕在本体 4144 的外侧,且本体 4144 可以伸出第一阀门压盖 410 中较大的通孔 4102 一定距离,并与该较大的通孔 4102 的内壁两侧抵持固定。
第一支撑底座 416 为两端开口的圆柱形结构。第一支撑底座 416 的内侧开设有若干个间隔设置的凸起,该凸起可以是长方体结构,固定部件 414 的底座 4142 卡置于第一支撑底座 416 内侧的凸起中。
第一密封部件 418 也是中空的圆柱形结构,其直径比第一支撑底座 416 略大,且使第一支撑底座 416 刚好放置于第一密封部件 418 内为佳。第一密封部件 418 的两端开口,其中位于第一密封部件 418 底端的开口是烟气的流入口。
具体在本实施方式中,组装调压阀门组件 400 时,将第一支撑底座 416 放置于第一密封组件 418 的中空的内部,且使第一密封组件 418 底端的第开口与第一支撑底座 416 的开口对应,然后将固定部件 414 卡置于第一支撑底座 416 内部的凸起中,具体的是将固定部件 414 的底座 4142 卡置于第一支撑底座 416 内部的凸起中,最后将固定连接有弹性部件 412 的第一阀门压盖 410 的弹性部件 412 缠绕在固定部件 414 的本体 4144 上,得到该具有弹性的调压阀门组件 400 。由于增加了调压阀门组件 400 ,可以通过调节弹性部件 412 的弹力来控制烟液流量,进而调整被人吸入的雾化烟液的量,改变抽烟口感,满足不同类型使用者的需求。
如图 4 所示,是安装有弹性部件 412 的调压阀门组件 400 的电子烟处于抽烟时的气流流动方向图(箭头表示气流流动方向)。具体在本实施方式中,抽烟时,当用户通过烟嘴 200 吸气时,固定部件 414 由于吸力的作用会被向上吸起,从而使固定部件 414 的底座 4142 远离固定部件 414 ,则烟液就会依次通过第一密封部件 418 、第一支撑底座 416 及第一阀门压盖 410 的较小的通孔 4104 进入雾化器 300 内进行雾化。本实用新型的电子烟,可以通过弹性部件 412 调节弹簧的压力,从而调整抽烟口感,而且还能防止烟油流入电池盒和控制板,提高电子烟的使用寿命。
实施例 2
请参阅图 5 至 7 ,本实用新型的第二实施例提供一种电子烟,所述第二实施例的电子烟与上述第一实施例提供的电子烟 10 的区别仅在于所述第二实施例的电子烟采用另一调压阀门组件 400a 代替上述电子烟 10 的调压阀门组件 400 ,因此图 5 至图 7 仅示出该调压阀门组件 400a 的结构,对于其他与上述电子烟 10 完全相同的组件则予以省略。该调压阀门组件 400a 包括第二阀门压盖 420 、钢珠 422 、第二支撑底座 424 和第二密封部件 426 。钢珠 422 卡置于第二支撑底座 424 内部,第二密封部件 426 通过第二支撑底座 424 与第二阀门压盖 420 抵持连接。
第二阀门压盖 420 大体为一端开口的中空圆柱形结构,另一端部开设有通孔 4202 ,该通孔 4202 用于在抽烟时产生的气体进入到雾化器 300 中。可以理解的是通孔的形状没有特别的限制,可以是圆形、方形或其它形状,具体在本实施方式中,通孔的形状为圆形。
第二支撑底座 424 为两端开口的圆柱形结构,且其直径比第二阀门压盖 420 的略小,以使第二支撑底座 424 被第二阀门压盖 420 包覆为佳。第二支撑底座 424 的内侧开设有若干个间隔设置的凸起,该凸起可以是长方体结构。
钢珠 422 可以设置为空心的,且钢珠 422 的重量不宜过重,否则钢珠 422 可能无法被吸起。具体在本实施方式中,钢珠 422 的大小以卡置于第二支撑底座 424 的内侧为佳,且使第二支撑底座 424 的通孔 4202 与钢珠 422 的位置对应。
第二密封部件 426 也是中空的圆柱形结构,其直径比第二支撑底座 424 略大,且使第二支撑底座 424 刚好放置于第二密封部件 426 内为佳。第二密封部件 426 的两端开口,其中位于第二密封部件 426 底端的开口是烟气的流入口。
具体在本实施方式中,组装该调压阀门组件 400a 时,将第二支撑底座 424 放置于第二密封部件 426 的中空内部,且使第二密封部件 426 底端的开口与第二支撑底座 424 的开口对应,然后将钢珠 422 卡置于第二支撑底座 424 内部的凸起中,最后将第二阀门压盖 420 包覆在第二支撑底座 424 外部,并与第二密封部件 426 抵持固定,完成该调压阀门组件 400a 的组装。
如图 7 所示,是安装有钢珠 422 的调压阀门组件 400a 的电子烟处于抽烟时的气流流动方向图(箭头表示气流流动方向)。具体在本实施方式中,抽烟时,当用户通过烟嘴 200 吸气时,钢珠 422 由于吸力的作用会被向上吸起,从而使烟液依次通过第二密封部件 426 、第二支撑底座 424 及第二阀门压盖 420 的通孔 4202 加入雾化器内进行雾化。本实用新型的电子烟,可以通过改变钢珠 422 的重量和大小来调整抽烟口感,同时还能防止烟油流入电池盒和控制板,提高电子烟的使用寿命。
实施例 3
请参与图 8 至 10 ,本实用新型的第三实施例提供一种电子烟,所述第三实施例的电子烟与上述第一实施例提供的电子烟 10 的区别仅在于所述第三实施例的电子烟采用另一调压阀门组件 400b 代替上述电子烟 10 的调压阀门组件 400 ,因此图 8 至图 10 仅示出该调压阀门组件 400b 的结构,对于其他与上述电子烟 10 完全相同的组件则予以省略。该调压阀门组件 400b 包括第三支撑底座 432 、第三阀门 430 ,第三阀门 430 套置于第三支撑底座 432 的内部。
第三支撑底座 432 为圆柱形结构,其一端开口,另一端的端部开设有通孔 4322 。第三支撑底座 432 的直径略大于第三阀门 430 ,且以使第三阀门 430 刚好套置于第三支撑底座 432 的内部为佳。
第三阀门 432 也为一端开口的圆柱形结构,另一端开设有与通孔 4322 相对应的开口。第三阀门 432 内设置有连接部 4302 ,该连接部 4302 铰接到第三阀门 432 的边缘,且与通孔 4322 相对应,从而使连接部 4302 可以在外力的作用下自由的掀起。具体在本实施方式中,连接部 4302 可以是圆形薄片,当然也可以是方形等其它形状。连接部 4302 可以采用硅胶材料制备,或者一些轻质材料制得。
具体在本实施方式中,组装该调压阀门组件 400b 时,将开设有连接部 4302 的第三阀门 430 放置于第三支撑底座 432 的内部,且第三支撑底座 432 的通孔 4322 与第三阀门 430 的连接部 4302 相对应。如图 10 所示,是设置有连接部 4302 的调压阀门组件 400b 的电子烟处于抽烟时的状态,具体在本实施方式中,抽烟是,由于吸力的作用,连接部 4302 的一端会被向上掀起,从而使烟液通过第三支撑底座 432 的通孔 4322 进入到雾化器 300 中。本实用新型的电子烟,可以通过改变连接部 4302 的重量来调整抽烟口感,而且还能防止烟油流入电池盒和控制板,提高电子烟的使用寿命。
本实用新型的电子烟 10 ,通过在烟杆 100 和雾化器 300 之间安装调压阀门组件 400 ,通过调压阀门组件 400 实现对电子烟 烟液流量的控制,进而调整被人吸入的雾化烟液的量,改变抽烟口感,满足不同类型使用者的需求,而且 可以防止烟油流入电池和控制板,延长电子烟的使用寿命。
上面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行了描述,但是本实用新型并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的启示下,在不脱离本实用新型宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本实用新型的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括装有烟液并设有电池的烟杆( 100 )、烟嘴( 200 )和雾化器( 300 ),所述烟杆( 100 )、雾化器( 300 )和烟嘴( 200 )依次连接,所述电池为所述雾化器( 300 )提供电源,供所述雾化器( 300 )加热雾化所述烟液,雾化后的所述烟液经过所述烟嘴( 200 )排出,其特征在于,所述烟杆( 100 )和雾化器( 300 )之间设有用于调节烟液流量的调压阀门组件( 400 )。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,还包括第一支架( 500 )和第二支架( 600 ),所述调压阀门组件( 400 )分别通过第一支架( 500 )、第二支架( 600 )与所述烟杆( 100 )和 雾化器( 300 )配合固定 。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于 , 所述调压阀门组件( 400 )包括第一阀门压盖( 410 )、安装在第一阀门压盖( 410 )底端的弹性部件( 412 )、与弹性部件( 412 )弹性缠绕的固定部件 ( 414 )以及支撑固定部件( 414 )的第一支撑底座( 416 );所述第一阀门压盖( 410 )顶端开设有若干个通孔;所述第一支撑底座( 416 )的两端开口且内侧开设有间隔设置的凸起,所述固定部件( 414 )卡置于所述第一支撑底座( 416 )内侧的凸起中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于 , 所述固定部件( 414 ) 包括底座( 4142 )以及垂直于所述底座( 4142 )的本体( 4144 ),所述底座( 4142 )卡置于所述所述第一支撑底座( 416 )内侧的凸起中,所述弹性部件( 412 )缠绕在所述本体( 4144 )的外侧 。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于 , 所述调压阀门组件( 400 )还包括第一密封部件( 418 ),所述第一密封部件( 418 )的两侧与第一阀门压盖( 410 )抵持连接 ,且所述第一密封部件( 418 )的两端开口 。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于 , 所述本体( 4144 )插入所述第一阀门压盖( 410 )的其中一个通孔内,并与通孔的内壁两侧抵持固定 。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于 , 所述调压阀门组件( 400 )还包括顶端开设有通孔( 4202 )的第二阀门压盖( 420 )、钢珠( 422 )和第二支撑底座( 424 ),所述第二支撑底座( 424 )的两端开口且内侧开设有间隔设置的凸起,所述钢珠( 422 )卡置于所述第二支撑底座( 424 )内侧的凸起中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于 , 所述调压阀门组件( 400 )还包括第二密封部件( 426 ),所述第二密封部件( 426 )的两侧与第二阀门压盖( 420 )抵持连接,且所述第二密封部件( 426 )的两端开口。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于 , 所述调压阀门组件( 400 )还包括第三支撑底座( 432 )和套置于所述第三支撑底座( 432 )内部的第三阀门( 430 ),所述第三支撑底座( 432 )的底端开设有通孔( 4322 ),所述第三阀门( 430 )内设置有一端连接到第三阀门( 430 )边缘且可相对于该第三阀门( 430 )活动的连接部( 4302 ),所述连接部( 4302 )与所述通孔( 4322 )相对应。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟, 其特征在于 , 所述连接部( 4322 )是圆形薄片。
