【技术领域】
本发明涉及电子烟。
【背景技术】
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器。电子烟具有与香烟相似的外观和味道,但一般不含香烟中的焦油、悬浮微粒等其他有害成分。
现有的电子烟一般包括第一壳体、安装于第一壳体上端具有吸烟孔的烟嘴,与烟嘴连接的是用于存储烟液的烟弹,及与烟弹连接的是发热座。发热座内的发热组件一般为纤维绳和镍铬丝,利用纤维绳将烟弹腔体里的烟油吸附过来,由发热丝加热雾化烟油。
现有电子香烟在组装完成后,内部的烟液为非密封状态,从电子香烟组装完成至销售到用户手中并开始正常使用这段时间中,烟液会持续挥发,使烟液中的芳香物质气味逐渐消散,导致目前现有电子香烟产品保质期较短。另外,烟液与雾化器的加热丝、用于导液的化学海绵、纤维等部件长期接触,存在被污染的隐患,受污染后的烟液在受热时会产生有毒物质或重金属等严重危害人体的成分,这类有害成分被吸入人体后会对人体造成极大伤害。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种避免烟液污染的电子烟。
一种电子烟,包括:
第一壳体,所述第一壳体内收容有烟弹管及雾化器,所述烟弹管包括存储烟液的烟弹管载体及密封于烟弹管载体面向雾化器一端的密封件,所述雾化器包括加热组件、穿刺件及承载所述加热组件和穿刺件的雾化器固定座;
第二壳体,与所述第一壳体螺接,所述第二壳体内固定有推顶部,该推顶部能够在所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体螺接时推动所述雾化器固定座使得所述穿刺件刺破所述烟弹管的密封件,而将烟液引出。
在一个实施例中,所述烟弹管载体内部开设有烟道和环绕所述烟道的用于存储烟液的储液腔,所述密封件包括用于密封所述储液腔的第一密封部。
在一个实施例中,所述烟道在所述烟弹管载体的顶端形成出气孔,所述烟道的底端的端面与所述储液腔远离所述出气孔的一端的端面平齐。
在一个实施例中,所述密封件还包括用于密封所述烟道的第二密封部。
在一个实施例中,雾化器固定座上设置有能够穿刺所述第二密封部的出烟管,用于将所述加热组件产生的烟雾引导至所述烟道。
在一个实施例中,所述密封件为锡箔纸。

烟弹管载体22固定收容在第一壳体10内。烟弹管载体22大致呈圆管状,其内部贯穿开设有长条形的烟道223。烟道223在烟弹管载体22的顶端形成出气孔221。雾化器40产生的烟雾可以经烟道223从出气孔221中流入到使用者口中。烟弹管载体22内开设有用于存储烟液的储液腔225。储液腔225环绕在烟道223的四周,并通过隔板224与烟道223隔开。本实施例中,烟道223的底端的端面与储液腔225远离出气孔221的一端的端面平齐,这样可以方便密封件26对二者进行密封。可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述烟道223也可位于烟弹管载体22的一侧,即位于烟弹管载体22与第一壳体10之间,此时,烟弹管载体22则可不做成中空形状。

雾化器固定座42大致为一个长条形管,其可活动地卡持于第一壳体10内并位于烟弹管20的一侧。密封垫43环绕在雾化器固定座42的四周并位于雾化器固定座42与第一壳体10之间,用于防止烟液从雾化器固定座42与第一壳体10之间的间隙泄露。密封垫43由硅胶等具有一定弹性的材料制成。由于密封垫43与第一壳体10之间有一定的摩擦力,雾化器固定座42可通过密封垫43预固定于第一壳体10的底端,以保证雾化器固定座42在不受外力的影响下能够稳定于图1所示的位置,此时,穿刺件48不与第一密封部262发生接触。可以理解,如果雾化器固定座42本身就是用有弹性的材料制成,则密封垫43也可省略。雾化器固定座42的中部开设有一个贯通孔422。本实施例中,所述雾化器固定座42进一步包括一个环形凸缘421,该环形凸缘421位于密封垫43远离烟弹管20一侧,以限制密封垫43向远离烟弹管20的方向移动,所述环形凸缘421的外径与第一壳体10的内径基本相当。
本实施例中,加热组件44包括吸液体442和缠绕在吸液体442上的发热丝(图未示)。吸液体442可以由具有较好的吸收烟液能力的玻璃纤维或天然纤维等材料制成。发热丝位于贯通孔422中。发热丝的材质例如可以采用镍铬合金丝。可以理解,加热组件44还可为其他结构,例如可采用超声雾化装置等雾化装置,只要其能够发热雾化烟液即可。
出烟管46大致为圆管,其与贯通孔422相对设置。出烟管46的内部开设有与贯通孔422相通的排气道462。出烟管46的外径小于等于烟道223的内径,因此其能够穿过密封件26的第二密封部264而延伸进入烟道223的内部,从而使得加热组件44产生的烟雾被引导至烟道223中。为了更好地穿刺第二密封部264,出烟管46的顶部沿出烟管46轴向的截面为楔形。可以理解,当烟道223位于烟弹管载体22与第一壳体10之间时,所述出烟管46也应对应面向烟弹管载体22与第一壳体10之间的烟道223。
本实施例中,雾化器盖47通过螺纹环绕出烟管46设置。雾化器盖47的下端将吸液体442按压固定在雾化器固定座42的上表面。该雾化器盖47由具有一定弹性的材料制成,从而便于实现与隔板224之间的密封连接。具体的,该雾化器盖47可采用硅胶制成。
请一并参阅图5,本实施例中,穿刺件48大致呈圆管状。穿刺件48环绕雾化器盖47,且其下端固定在雾化器固定座42上。穿刺件48的作用是能够穿刺密封件26的第一密封部262,从而将储液腔225内的烟液引导至加热组件44的吸液体442上。为了更好地穿刺第一密封部262,穿刺件48的顶端边缘设有两个对称的穿刺凸起484。可以理解,穿刺件48的顶端边缘也可仅设置一个穿刺凸起484。另外,穿刺件48也可为由多个分离的薄片构成的结构。
雾化器螺杆49固定设置于第一壳体10的底端,其表面具有外螺纹。雾化器螺杆49呈中空状,雾化器固定座42的远离烟弹管20的一端穿设于雾化器螺杆49的内部。雾化器40还包括设于雾化器固定座42远离烟弹管20一端的第一顶针424和环绕该第一顶针424的第一绝缘套426。
请一并参阅图1和图2B,烟杆组件60包括第二壳体62、电池64、螺套66、推顶部68及控制元件69。
第二壳体62的形状大致为与第一壳体10相配合的圆筒。电池64设于第二壳体62内部,用于给雾化器40提供电源。第二壳体62的底部还开设有进气孔622。
螺套66设置于第二壳体62的顶部,其内部设有与雾化器螺杆49的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹。
推顶部68固定设于螺套66的中部,用于在第一壳体10与第二壳体62螺接时,推动雾化器固定座42。推顶部68的直径与雾化器固定座42的直径大致相等,且小于雾化器螺杆49的直径。本实施例中,推顶部68的内部还设有第二顶针684和环绕该第二顶针684的第二绝缘套686。
控制元件69包括设置于第二壳体62底端的咪头,模拟光源等。
请同时参阅图3至图5,下面简要描述电子烟100的组装及使用过程。
本实施例中,雾化器组件与烟杆组件60可以是分开销售的。也就是说,烟弹管20在出厂时就已经注入了烟液,并通过密封件26密封。当使用者需要使用时,可将雾化器组件和烟杆组件60组装在一起时,将雾化器螺杆49插入并螺合于螺套66。随着雾化器螺杆49相对螺套66的不断深入,推顶部68的顶部将与雾化器固定座42的底部相接触(如图3所示)。于此同时,第一顶针424与第二顶针684相接触,实现电路连接。当雾化器螺杆49继续螺入螺套66内时,推顶部68将给予雾化器固定座42一个沿第一壳体10的轴向运动的作用力。一旦该作用力大于密封垫43与第一壳体10内壁之间的摩擦力,则雾化器固定座42将在第一壳体10内缓缓向靠近烟弹管20的方向移动。这将导致穿刺件48与密封件26的第一密封部262相接触。当雾化器螺杆49与螺套66完全螺合时(如图4所示),穿刺件48将进一步穿刺该第一密封部262,从而使得储液腔225内的烟液流出而接触加热组件44。整个组装过程如现有的二次性电子烟相似,没有因为烟液密封原因增加使用者给烟液开封的额外操作。
在使用过程中,当使用者对电子烟100的具有出气孔221的一端吸气时,气流从进气孔622进入雾化器40内部。烟液在加热组件44的作用下转化成烟雾。烟雾通过贯通孔422、排气道462、烟道223及出气孔221流出将烟雾输送至使用者的嘴里。
当烟弹管20内的烟液消耗完毕时,可以反向旋转雾化器螺杆49,从而将雾化器组件与烟杆组件60拆卸分离。此时可以更换新的雾化器组件,并以前述方法将雾化器组件与烟杆组件60重新装配在一起。
上述电子烟可以解决以下问题:
(1)解决烟油放置问题:由于在生产时已经将烟液注入到烟弹管中,并用锡箔纸密封好,这样就可以大大延长雾化器组件的保质期。
(2)卫生问题:在雾化器组件使用之前,储存在烟弹管内部的烟液是与雾化器的加热丝、用于导液的化学海绵、纤维等部件相互隔离的,这样就可以避免烟液被污染而产生对人体有害的成分。
(3)操作不便:一次性烟弹管不需使用者自行注液,避免了由于操作不当、注液量过多导致的漏液问题,提升了用户体验。
(4)结构精简:上述雾化器的结构较为简单,避免了因为尺寸问题而导致的漏液,同时也减轻了工人生产时的负担。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    第一壳体,所述第一壳体内收容有烟弹管及雾化器,所述烟弹管包括存储烟液的烟弹管载体及密封于烟弹管载体面向雾化器一端的密封件,所述雾化器包括加热组件、穿刺件及承载所述加热组件和穿刺件的雾化器固定座;
    第二壳体,与所述第一壳体螺接,所述第二壳体内固定有推顶部,该推顶部能够在所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体螺接时推动所述雾化器固定座使得所述穿刺件刺破所述烟弹管的密封件,而将烟液引出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹管载体内部开设有烟道和环绕所述烟道的用于存储烟液的储液腔,所述密封件包括用于密封所述储液腔的第一密封部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟道在所述烟弹管载体的顶端形成出气孔,所述烟道的底端的端面与所述储液腔远离所述出气孔的一端的端面平齐。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封件还包括用于密封所述烟道的第二密封部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,雾化器固定座上设置有能够穿刺所述第二密封部的出烟管,用于将所述加热组件产生的烟雾引导至所述烟道。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封件为锡箔纸。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述穿刺件呈管状,所述穿刺件面向所述烟弹管的一端具有穿刺凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器固定座的中部开设有贯通孔;所述加热组件包括吸液体和缠绕在所述吸液体上的发热丝,所述发热丝位于所述贯通孔中;所述雾化器还包括雾化器盖,所述雾化器盖环绕所述出烟管并将所述吸液体固定在所述雾化器固定座上;
    所述穿刺件环绕所述雾化器盖。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述雾化器固定座与所述第一壳体之间的密封垫。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括设于雾化器固定座的远离烟弹管一端的第一顶针;所述推顶部的内部还设有第二顶针;所述第一顶针与所述第二顶针可分离的接触。
