发明内容

本发明的电子烟通过将第二通孔 412 设置在上电极 410 或下电极 420 的侧壁上,并使进气通道 210 、第一通孔 312 和第二通孔 412 相连通形成气流流通通道,从而使进入电子烟内的气体,依次流经第一通孔 312 和第二通孔 412 后流向雾化通道内。由于第二通孔 412 开设在上电极或下电极 420 的侧壁上,则气体从第一通孔 312 流向第二通孔 412 时,其流通路径变短,气流变化比较平缓,降低了吸烟时的噪音,提高用户体验。
第二通孔 412 的中心线相对于第一通孔 312 的中心线的垂直距离为 0-1 厘米,即第二通孔 412 的中心线相对于第一通孔 312 的中心线的垂直距离小于上电极 410 或下电极 420 的底端相对于第一通孔 312 的中心线的垂直距离,使气体从第一通孔 312 流至内电极 40 中空的内部时,流通路径较小,进一步地,并减少了与雾化器和电池杆的碰撞,使气流变化也比较平缓,降低了吸烟时的噪音,提高用户体验。当第一通孔 312 和第二通孔 412 的垂直距离较近时,第一通孔 312 和第二通孔 412 形成的气流流通通道成直线型,即第一通孔 312 的中心到第二通孔 412 的中心的连线为直线,气流可以直接从该倾斜的直线从第一通孔 312 流至第二通孔 412 内,且该直线与套管的轴向形成的夹角小于 90 °。在其它实施方式中,第一通孔 312 和第二通孔 412 形成的气流流通通道也可以为弧形,即在第一通孔 312 和第二通孔 412 之间的垂直距离相对较远时,第一通孔 312 和第二通孔 412 形成弧形的气流通道。优选地,第一通孔 312 和第二通孔 412 对应平行设置,则气流可以直接从第一通孔 312 流向第二通孔 412 内,不需要在内电极 40 和外电极 30 之间形成的间隙内垂直流通,气流变化平缓,降低了噪音,提高了用户体验。
可以理解,设置在内电极 40 上的第二通孔 412 的数量大于设置在外电极 30 上的第一通孔 312 的数量,则可以为气流提供多条通道,使气体再电子烟内流通顺畅,降低噪音。
如图 2 和 3 所示,本发明第一实施例提供的电子烟中,该第二通孔 412 开设在上电极 410 的侧壁上。上电极 410 大致为中空的圆筒状,包括第一筒体 414 和第二筒体 416 ,且第二筒体 416 沿第一筒体 414 的端部向内延伸,即第二筒体 416 的内径小于第一筒体 414 的内径,且第一筒体 414 和第二筒体 416 同轴线设置。具体地,第二通孔 412 开设在第一筒体 414 的侧壁上,则当气体从进气通道 210 进入电子烟内后,气体从上电极 410 侧壁上的第二通孔 412 流通,然后流向雾化通道内。与现有技术相比,采用本发明的电子烟时,气体无需流至上电极 410 的底端,气体流通的路径较短,避免了在流通过程中气体与雾化器或电池杆碰撞的缺陷,且有效降低了吸烟时产生的噪音,提高用户体验。
可以理解,本发明的第二通孔 412 的个数可以是 1 个、 2 个或更多个,在此不做限制,而且在制作电子烟时,可以根据用户对烟雾量的需要做调整。当上电极 410 上开设有两个及两个以上第二通孔 412 时,第二通孔 412 间隔设置在上电极 410 的侧壁上,具体地可以为等距离间隔设置或不等距离间隔设置。优选地,多个第二通孔 412 同径向且等距离间隔设置在上电极 410 的侧壁上。
本发明的外螺纹套 30 大体为中空的筒状,上电极 410 置于外螺纹套 30 内,外螺纹套 30 包括本体 314 、连接部 316 、连接处(未示出)和第一通孔 312 。其中,本体 314 套置于雾化套管 10 内并与雾化套管 10 抵持连接,即外螺纹套 30 设置在雾化套管 10 与上电极 410 之间。连接部 316 上设有外螺纹 3162 ,连接处设置在本体 314 和连接部 316 之间,第一通孔 312 设置在连接处上。本发明的电子烟还包括第一绝缘环 80 ,本体 314 通过第一绝缘环 80 与上电极 410 的第二筒体 416 连接,从而将上电极 410 与外螺纹套 30 固定连接起来。
内螺纹套 320 为中空的圆筒状,并套设在电池套 20 内,且内螺纹套 320 上与外螺纹 3162 相对应的位置上设有内螺纹 322 ,则内螺纹 322 与外螺纹 3162 螺纹连接,从而将内螺纹套 320 与外螺纹套 310 连接起来。
本发明的电子烟,通过将第二通孔 412 设置在上电极 410 的侧壁上,并使进气通道 210 、第一通孔 312 和第二通孔 412 相连通形成气流流通通道,从而使进入电子烟内的气体,依次流经第一通孔 312 、第二通孔 412 进而流向雾化通道内。由于第二通孔 412 开设在上电极 410 的侧壁上,则气体从第一通孔 312 流向第二通孔 412 时,其流通路径变短,气流变化比较平缓,降低了吸烟时的噪音,提高用户体验。
如图 4 和图 5 所示,本发明第二实施例提供的电子烟中,该第二通孔 412 开设在下电极 420 的侧壁上。下电极 420 大致为中空的圆筒状,包括第三筒体 422 和第四筒体 424 ,且第四筒体 424 沿第三筒体 422 的端部向内延伸,即第四筒体 424 的内径小于第三筒体 422 的内径,且第三筒体 422 和第四筒体 424 同轴线设置。具体地,第二通孔 412 开设在第三筒体 422 的侧壁上,则当气体从进气通道 210 进入电子烟内后,气体从下电极 420 侧壁上的第二通孔 412 流通,然后流向雾化通道内。与现有技术相比,采用本发明的电子烟时,气体无需流至下电极 420 的底端,气体流通的路径较短,避免了在流通过程中气体与雾化器或电池杆碰撞的缺陷,且有效降低了吸烟时产生的噪音,提高用户体验。
可以理解,本发明的第二通孔 412 的个数可以是 1 个、 2 个或更多个,在此不做限制,而且在制作电子烟时,可以根据用户对烟雾量的需要做调整。当下电极 420 上开设有两个及两个以上第二通孔 412 时,第二通孔 412 间隔设置在下电极 420 的侧壁上,具体地可以为等距离间隔设置或不等距离间隔设置。优选地,多个第二通孔 412 同径向且等距离间隔设置在下电极 420 的侧壁上。
本发明的外螺纹套 310 大体为中空的圆筒状,下电极 420 置于外螺纹套 310 内。外螺纹套 310 包括本体 314 、连接部 316 、连接处(未示出)和第一通孔 312 ,其中,本体 314 套置于电池套 20 内并与电池套 20 抵持连接,即外螺纹套 310 设置在电池套 20 与下电极 420 之间。连接部 316 上设有外螺纹 3162 ,连接处设置在本体 314 和连接部 316 之间,且第一通孔 312 设置在连接处上。本发明的电子烟还包括第二绝缘环 100 ,本体 314 通过第二绝缘环 100 与下电极 420 的第四筒体 424 连接,从而将下电极 420 与外螺纹套 310 固定连接起来。
内螺纹套 320 为中空的圆筒状,并套设在雾化套管 10 内,且内螺纹套 320 上与外螺纹 3162 相对应的位置上设有内螺纹 322 ,则内螺纹 322 与外螺纹 3162 螺纹连接,从而将内螺纹套 320 与外螺纹套 310 连接起来。
本发明的电子烟,通过将第二通孔 412 设置在下电极 420 的侧壁上,并使进气通道 210 、第一通孔 312 和第二通孔 412 相连通形成气流流通通道,从而使进入电子烟内的气体,依次流经第一通孔 312 、第二通孔 412 进而流向雾化通道内。由于第二通孔 412 开设在下电极 420 的侧壁上,则气体从第一通孔 312 流向第二通孔 412 时,其流通路径变短,气流变化比较平缓,降低了吸烟时的噪音,提高用户体验。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括套管和设于所述套管一端的电极组件,所述电极组件包括相互绝缘的外电极( 30 )和内电极( 40 ),其特征在于,所述外电极( 30 )上设有第一通孔( 312 ),所述内电极( 40 )上设有第二通孔( 412 ),所述第一通孔( 312 )和第二通孔( 412 )相连通形成电子烟的气流流通通道。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述套管包括雾化套管( 10 )和电池套( 20 ),所述雾化套管( 10 )和电池套( 20 )的抵接处形成用于供大气进入电子烟内的进气通道( 210 )。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述外电极( 30 )包括螺纹连接的外螺纹套( 310 )和内螺纹套( 320 ),所述第一通孔( 312 )开设在所述外螺纹套( 310 )上。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一 通孔 ( 312 )和第二 通孔 ( 412 )形成的气流流通通道呈弧形。
  5. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一 通孔 ( 312 )和第二 通孔 ( 412 )形成的气流流通通道成直线型,并与所述套管的轴向形成的夹角小于 90 °。
  6. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一 通孔( 312 )的数量小于所述第二通孔( 412 )的数量。
  7. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述内电极( 40 )包括上电极( 410 )和下电极( 420 ),所述第二通孔( 412 )开设在所述上电极( 410 )或下电极( 420 )的侧壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述上电极( 410 )包括第一筒体( 414 )和沿所述第一筒体( 414 )端部延伸的第二筒体( 416 ),所述第二筒体( 416 )的内径小于所述第一筒体( 414 )的内径,所述第二通孔( 412 )开设在所述第一筒体( 414 )的侧壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外螺纹套( 310 )包括本体( 314 )和连接部( 316 ),所述本体( 314 )套设在所述雾化套管( 10 )内,所述连接部( 316 )上设有外螺纹( 3162 ),所述第一通孔( 312 )开设在所述连接部( 316 )和所述本体( 314 )之间的连接处上。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述本体( 314 )和所述第二筒体( 416 )之间的第一绝缘环( 80 )。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述内螺纹套( 320 )套设在所述电池套( 20 )内,所述内螺纹套( 320 )上与所述外螺纹( 3162 )相对应的位置上设有内螺纹( 322 ),所述内螺纹( 322 )与所述外螺纹( 3162 )螺纹连接。
  12. 根据权利要 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述上电极( 410 )上开设有至少两个第二通孔( 412 ),所述第二通孔( 412 )间隔设置。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二通孔( 412 )同径向且等距离间隔设置在所述上电极( 410 )的侧壁上。
  14. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述下电极( 420 )包括第三筒体( 422 )和沿所述第三筒体( 422 )端部延伸的第四筒体( 424 ),所述第四筒体( 424 )的内径小于所述第三筒体( 422 )的内径,所述第二通孔( 412 )开设在所述第三筒体( 422 )的侧壁上。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外螺纹套( 310 )包括本体( 314 )和连接部( 316 ),所述本体( 314 )套设在所述电池套( 20 )内,所述连接部( 316 )上设有外螺纹( 3162 ),所述第一通孔( 312 )开设在所述连接部( 316 )和所述本体( 314 )之间的连接处上。
  16. 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述本体( 314 )和所述第四筒体( 424 )之间的第二绝缘环( 100 )。
  17. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述内螺纹套( 320 )上与所述外螺纹( 3162 )相对应的位置上设有内螺纹( 322 ),所述内螺纹( 322 )与所述外螺纹( 3162 )螺纹连接。
  18. 根据权利要求 14 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述下电极( 420 )上开设有至少两个第二通孔( 412 ),所述第二通孔( 412 )间隔设置。
  19. 根据权利要求 18 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二通孔( 412 )同径向且等距离间隔设置在所述下电极( 420 )的侧壁上。
