Description

一种电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种用于改变烟雾气流方向的电子烟。
背景技术
由于国家禁烟宣传的加强和人民健康意识的提高,电子烟作为传统烟草的替代品得到了越来越广泛的使用,现有的电子烟一般由烟杆和烟嘴相固定组成,烟杆中设有电池,烟嘴中装有雾化器,雾化器与烟杆部建立有电性连接。烟嘴中设有油杯用于盛装烟液,当人从烟嘴处开始抽烟时,烟液即缓慢流入雾化器,雾化器中的雾化丝吸取烟液,烟杆中的控制电路板感应到电流,控制雾化丝处的发热装置将烟液雾化,形成烟雾,经烟嘴盖吸入。
现有的电子烟一般都是从烟嘴盖的中心吸气,容易吸到烟油,且当用户用力过大时,可能导致烟雾量过大,而过多的烟雾的吸入会使用户感到不适。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的烟嘴盖容易吸到烟油,且烟雾量大时,会使用户感到不适的缺陷,提供一种通过改变电子烟内部结构使烟雾气流方向改变的电子烟,即在电子烟的套管上设置吸烟口,则经雾化产生的烟雾不会从烟嘴盖的中心直接吸入,避免了用户吸到烟油,且提高了用户体验。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造 一种电子烟,包括套管和套设在所述套管内的烟嘴盖,所述套管靠近所述烟嘴盖的一端的侧壁上开设有至少一吸烟口,所述烟嘴盖包括盖帽及沿所述盖帽的下表面延伸的盖体,所述盖体的外表面上开设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽与所述套管的吸烟口相对应以形成供烟雾流通的通道,所述通道用于在所述第一凹槽与所述吸烟口相对应处使电子烟内的烟雾转向至所述吸烟口处供用户吸食。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述第一凹槽为开设在所述盖体外表面上的环形凹槽。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 在所述盖体的外表面上开设有至少两个间隔设置的所述第一凹槽,所述吸烟口与所述第一凹槽一一对应设置。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述盖体上在第一凹槽远离所述盖帽的一侧开设有供烟雾进入的第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽与所述第一凹槽对应设置并相互连通。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述第二凹槽为4个,且所述第二凹槽之间间隔设置。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述电子烟还包括密封圈,所述烟嘴盖上设置有与所述密封圈连接的第一连接部,所述第一连接部上开设有第三凹槽,所述第三凹槽和所述第二凹槽相连通。

实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过在套管上设置至少一个吸烟口,以及在烟嘴盖的盖体上设置与吸烟口相对应以形成烟雾流通通道的第一凹槽,当烟嘴盖内嵌入套管上时,第一凹槽与吸烟口相对应连通,则经雾化产生的烟雾不会直接从烟嘴盖的中心吸入,而是转至套管上的吸烟口以供用户吸食,即烟雾需要经过一定的角度偏转才能被用户吸食,避免了用户吸到烟油,同时烟雾中夹带的微小颗粒也被留在了电子烟内,提高了用户体验,特别是满足了不喜欢烟雾气流直冲嘴中的用户的要求。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的优选实施例提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括套管20、烟嘴盖10和密封圈30。其中,套管20由塑胶类的聚碳酸酯、PP、PC、ABS等或纸质、木质材料制成,烟嘴盖10由软胶类的硅胶、橡胶等柔性材料制成。套管20是大致呈中空的筒状结构,且该烟嘴盖10和密封圈30均装设在所述套管20内部,从而将整个电子烟密封起来。
套管20靠近烟嘴盖10的一端的侧壁上开设有至少一个吸烟口200。具体在本实施方式中,吸烟口200可以为圆形、腰形、多边形(三角形、方形、六角形或八角形等)、椭圆形中的任意一种,当然也可以为其它形状,如孔状、槽等。且该吸烟口200的个数可以根据用户对烟雾流量的需要设计,可以为1个、2个或多个。当吸烟口200为两个以上时,则吸烟口200之间间隔设置,具体的可以等距离间隔设置或者不等距间隔设置,当吸烟口200的个数较少时,相应的烟雾流量会较小,当吸烟口200的个数较多时,烟雾流量相对较大。具体地,吸烟口200在套管20的外侧壁上形成的面积之和在2-6mm2之间,若面积之和小于2mm2,则烟雾流量太小,会使烟雾在电子烟内部憋气,容易使电子烟损坏;若大于6mm2,则烟雾流量太大,影响抽烟口感。
烟嘴盖10大体为圆筒状,包括盖帽100和盖体110。盖体110套设在套管20内部,盖帽100盖在套管20顶部,从而将整个电子烟密封起来。
如图3所示,盖体110沿盖帽100的下表面延伸,盖帽100和盖体110同轴心设置,且盖体110的直径比盖帽100略小。盖体110上开设有第一凹槽112和供烟雾进入的第二凹槽114。第一凹槽112开设在盖体110的外表面上,且与套管20上的吸烟口200相对应连通以形成供烟雾流通的通道,该通道用于在第一凹槽112与吸烟口200相对应处使电子烟内的烟雾转向至吸烟口200处以供用户吸食。第一凹槽112可为开设在盖体110外表面上的环形凹槽,如此可在与该环形凹槽位置相对应的套管20上开设多个间隔设置的吸烟口200,从而增大用户吸入的烟量。第一凹槽112也可以为向内凹陷的呈U型的槽,则该第一凹槽112的个数不固定,可以为1个或多个;当第一凹槽112为两个以上时,该第一凹槽112之间间隔设置,且与设置在套管20侧壁上的吸烟口200一一对应设置。
第二凹槽114设于第一凹槽112远离盖帽100的一侧,且第二凹槽114与第一凹槽112相连通以形成烟雾通道。第二凹槽114的形状不固定,可以为圆形、腰形、多边形中的任意一种,也可以为其它任意不规则的形状。具体在本实施方式中,第二凹槽114为4个,大致呈U型,且该4个第二凹槽114等距离间隔设置,有利于经雾化形成的烟雾先从第二凹槽114中进入,然后流入第一凹槽112中,最后从与第一凹槽112相连通的吸烟口200中流出,供用户吸入。
实施例一
烟嘴盖10还包括用于与密封圈30连接的第一连接部120,该第一连接部120大体为圆筒状。第一连接部120开设有供烟雾流入的第三凹槽124,该第三凹槽124与第二凹槽114相连通以供烟雾气体的流入。具体在本实施方式中,第三凹槽124也为4个,且与第二凹槽114相对应设置,该第二凹槽114、第三凹槽124和第一凹槽112形成电子烟内烟雾的流通通道,然后经过外套管20的吸烟口200供用户吸入。可以理解,第三凹槽124的个数及形状并不限于本实施例中提供的。
具体在本实施例中,盖帽100、盖体110和第一连接部120一体成型,且便于加工,整体效果好。
为了防止烟嘴盖10从套管20中弹出被正在吸食香烟的用户误吞,将烟嘴盖10与套管20之间设为卡扣连接。具体的在第一连接部120上设有卡扣(未示出),套管20内壁上设有与卡扣相对应的卡槽(未示出),第一连接部120上的卡扣与套管20内的卡槽形成卡扣连接。
在另一实施方式中,第一连接部120上设有卡槽(未示出),套管20内部上设有与卡槽相对应的卡扣(未示出),第一连接部120上的卡槽与套管20内部的卡扣形成卡扣连接,从而将套管20与烟嘴盖10固定起来。

烟嘴盖10上设有第二连接部130,该第二连接部130与密封圈30相连接,且第二连接部130与实施例一中的第一连接部120的结构不同。第二连接部130大体为中空的圆筒状,设置于第一凹槽112远离盖帽100的一侧,且该第二连接部130上设有同烟雾进入的缺口132,该缺口132与第一凹槽112相连通。具体在本实施方式中,缺口132为4个,且该4个缺口132之间间隔设置,则经雾化的烟雾经过该缺口132与第一凹槽112相通,并从与第一凹槽112相对应连通的套管20上的吸烟口200流出,供吸烟者吸食。而且当第二连接部130经过密封圈30套设在套管20内时,该缺口132还能承受一定的挤压,起到一定的缓冲作用。可以理解,缺口132的个数和形状并不限于本实施例中提供的。
该盖帽100、盖体110和第二连接部130一体成型,其便于加工,且整体效果好。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过在套管 20 上设置至少一个吸烟口 200 ,以及在烟嘴盖 10 的盖体 110 上设置与吸烟口 200 相对应形成烟雾流通通道的第一凹槽 112 ,当烟嘴盖内嵌入套管上时,第一凹槽与吸烟口相对应连通,则经雾化产生的烟雾不会直接从烟嘴盖 10 的中心吸入,而是转至套管 20 上的吸烟口 200 以供用户吸食,即烟雾需要经过一定的角度偏转才能被用户吸食,避免了用户吸到烟油,同时烟雾中夹带的微小颗粒也被留在了电子烟内,提高了用户体验,特别是满足了不喜欢烟雾气流直冲嘴中的用户的要求。
实施例三
如图5所示,一种一次性雾化器,包括雾化套310和烟嘴盖320,该雾化套310设有若干个吸烟口(未示出),该吸烟口与上述吸烟口200的构造相同,烟嘴盖320可以是实施例一、二中任一实施例所描述的烟嘴盖10。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括套管和套设在所述套管内的烟嘴盖,其特征在于,所述套管靠近所述烟嘴盖的一端的侧壁上开设有至少一吸烟口,所述烟嘴盖包括盖帽及沿所述盖帽的下表面延伸的盖体,所述盖体的外表面上开设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽与所述套管的吸烟口相对应以形成供烟雾流通的通道,所述通道用于在所述第一凹槽与所述吸烟口相对应处使电子烟内的烟雾转向至所述吸烟口处供用户吸食。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽为开设在所述盖体外表面上的环形凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,在所述盖体的外表面上开设有至少两个间隔设置的所述第一凹槽,所述吸烟口与所述第一凹槽一一对应设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖体上在第一凹槽远离所述盖帽的一侧开设有供烟雾进入的第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽与所述第一凹槽对应设置并相互连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二凹槽为4个,且所述第二凹槽之间间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括密封圈,所述烟嘴盖上设置有与所述密封圈连接的第一连接部,所述第一连接部上开设有第三凹槽,所述第三凹槽和所述第二凹槽相连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接部上设有卡扣,所述套管内壁设有与所述卡扣相对应的卡槽,所述卡扣与所述卡槽形成卡扣连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接部上设有卡槽,所述套管内壁设有与所述卡槽相对应的卡扣,所述卡扣与所述卡槽形成卡扣连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖帽、盖体和所述第一连接部一体成型。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括密封圈,所述第一凹槽远离所述盖帽的一侧设置有与所述密封圈连接的第二连接部,所述第二连接部上设有供烟雾进入的缺口,所述缺口与所述第一凹槽相连通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述缺口为4个。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述缺口之间间隔设置。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖帽、盖体和所述第二连接部一体成型。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟口的形状为圆形、腰形、多边形、椭圆形中的任意一种。
