众所周知,市场上早已出现了电子香烟以代替传统香烟,并且电子香烟也越来越得到了消费者的青睐。然而,现有的电子香烟存在诸多缺点。比如,现有的电子烟一般设计为仅供一个人使用,不可以让两个人同时使用,因此一定程度上限制了其使用的广泛性。同时,现有的电子香烟无法模拟传统水烟的声响效果。然而,传统的水烟使用时常常产生明火,容易导致脏污,需要消费者自己清理才行;而且传统的水烟无法更换口味。

图6是图5所示的电子水烟中的雾化组件、电池组件、安装座以及安装支架的局部剖视图;
图7是图5所示的电子水烟中的雾化组件、电池组件以及安装支架的爆炸图。
为了解决现有技术中的水烟在使用过程中常常产生明火,容易导致脏污,且无法更换口味的问题,本发明的主要改进点在于采用雾化组件与电池组件等结构,其中,雾化组件用于产生烟雾,其可拆卸地安装在盛水器的进气口处,电池组件用于给雾化组件供电,使得雾化组件工作以产生供用户吸食的烟雾。采用上述结构,在使用过程中不会产生明火,而且能够有效地避免使用过程中造成电子水烟的脏污,其使用安全且整洁度高;再者组装雾化组件较为简便,便于清理所述电子水烟上冷凝的烟油,而且在使用过程中,可以更换不同的雾化组件以使得电子水烟产生不同的口味的烟雾,以满足用户的个性化需求。
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1以及图2所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子水烟,其包括盛水器1、雾化组件2、电池组件3、通烟管4、安装座5、吸烟管6、吸嘴7以及控制模块(未图示)。
具体地,如图1以及图2所示,盛水器1用于放置水等液体,其具有进气口(未标号)和出气口(未标号),进气口与出气口之间形成有经过盛水器1的储水区域的烟雾通道,吸烟时雾化组件2产生的烟雾经过储水区域内的水过滤后从出气口排出。本实施例中,该进气口处安装有伸入水中的进烟管(未图示),该出气口位于水面的上方。通烟管4安装在进气口处,吸烟管6以及吸嘴7安装在出气口处。雾化组件2安装在通烟管4远离进气口的一端,其产生的烟雾通过该进气口进入水中,再通过出气口排出,使用时能够产生声响效果。其次,由于吸烟时雾化组件2产生的烟雾经过储水区域内的水过滤,从而能够降低烟雾的温度,以模仿传统水烟的温度,进而提高用户体验。再者,由于雾化组件产生的烟雾流经储水区域时,可将雾化时玻纤线产生的细屑净化及滤除随烟雾流动的未完全雾化的细微烟油颗粒,以起到过滤烟雾的作用,从而使得使用所述电子水烟时更加健康。该盛水器1为现有技术中常见的结构,在此不再赘述。本实施例中,进气口与出气口的数量均为一个。在本发明的其它实施例中,进气口与出气口的数量亦可以为其它的选择,例如设置多个进气口以增大所述电子水烟产生的烟雾量,设置多个出气口以便于供多个用户同时使用,从而增加使用所述电子水烟时的趣味性。
雾化组件2用于产生烟雾,其可拆卸地安装在进气口处。该雾化组件2包括雾化套管21、电热丝22、玻纤线23及用于存储烟油的储油棉(未标号)。当然,也可以无需设置所述储油棉,而用油杯替换储油棉进行储油等,在此不作限定。雾化套管21大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其可拆卸地安装在安装座5上。电热丝22安装在雾化套管21内,其用于雾化储存在雾化套管21内的烟油以产生供用户吸食的烟雾。玻纤线23用于将烟油输送给电热丝22进行雾化。该雾化组件2还包括用于连接电热丝22以及电池组件3的电极连接结构(未标号),该电极连接结构为现有技术中常见的电连接结构,在此不再赘述。
电池组件3用于给雾化组件2供电,以使得雾化组件2工作时产生供用户吸食的烟雾。该电池组件3包括安装在安装座5内的电池31,以及用于与雾化组件2中的电热丝22连接的电极连接结构(未标号)。该电极连接结构用于连接电池31与电热丝22,其现有技术中常见的电连接结构,在此不再赘述。
控制模块用于控制电池组件3为雾化组件2供电。该控制模块具有气流传感器(未标号)。当用户使用所述电子水烟时,气流传感器能够感应电子水烟中气流的变化,以控制电池组件3与雾化组件2通电,从而驱动雾化组件2工作。
通烟管4用于将雾化组件2产生的烟雾输送至盛水器1中。该通烟管4大致为中空的管状结构,其固定安装在进气口处。安装座5用于安装雾化组件2以及电池组件3,该安装座5大致为碗状结构,其固定安装在通烟管4远离进气口的一端。安装座5内设置有供烟雾流通的通道,其连通雾化组件2与通烟管4,使得雾化组件2产生的烟雾能够顺畅地进入盛水器1中。电池组件3安装在该安装座5的内部,雾化套管21可拆卸地安装在安装座5上,雾化组件2安装在安装座5上时,电热丝22与电池31电连接。本实施例中,雾化组件2连接在安装座5上时,两者形成一平整的外表面,以增强所述电子水烟的整体性。该实施例中,雾化套管21与安装座5两者通过螺纹连接,雾化套管21中设置有内螺纹,安装座5中设置有与该内螺纹旋合连接的外螺纹。在本发明的其它实施例中,雾化套管21中亦可以设置有外螺纹,安装座5中设置有与该外螺纹相适配的内螺纹。再者,雾化套管21与安装座5的连接方式不局限于螺纹连接,雾化套管21与安装座5亦可以采用卡扣或磁性连接的方式以实现两者的可拆卸连接。
吸烟管6固定安装在出气口处,该吸烟管6采用软管的结构,使用时其活动空间较大,从而便于用户的使用。吸嘴7安装在吸烟管6远离出气口的一端,用户通过该吸嘴7吸食雾化组件2工作时产生的烟雾。本实施例中,吸嘴7可拆卸地连接在吸烟管6上,便于用户拆卸该吸嘴7进行清洗,从而提高所述电子水烟的使用卫生。本实施例中,出气口为一个,相应地,吸烟管6与吸嘴7均设置一个。在本发明的其它实施例中,出气口为多个,多个出气口均匀在分布在盛水器1上,相应地,吸烟管6与吸嘴7均设置有多个,便于多个用户同时吸食所述电子水烟。
使用如上实施例提供的电子水烟时,具有以下有益效果:(1)由于所述电子水烟采用雾化组件2以及电池组件3等结构,在使用过程中不会产生明火,而且能够有效地避免使用过程中造成所述电子水烟的脏污,其使用安全且整洁度高。(2)所述电子水烟采用雾化组件2可拆卸地安装在盛水器1的进气口处的结构,其组装简便,便于清理所述电子水烟上冷凝的烟油,而且在使用过程中,可以更换不同的雾化组件2以使得电子水烟产生不同的口味的烟雾,以满足用户的个性化需求。(3)所述电子水烟可以有效地避免烟油赌塞进气口中的烟雾通道且能够防止用户吸食到烟油。(4)吸烟时雾化组件2产生的烟雾经过储水区域内的水过滤,从而能够降低烟雾的温度,使得吸烟过程中不仅能够模仿传统水烟的声响效果,而且能够模仿传统水烟的温度,进而提高用户体验。(5)由于雾化组件2产生的烟雾流经储水区域时,可将雾化时玻纤线产生的细屑净化及滤除随烟雾流动的未完全雾化的细微烟油颗粒,以起到过滤烟雾的作用,从而使得使用所述电子水烟时更加健康。
如图3以及图4所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子水烟,其与实施例之一所不同之处在于雾化组件2以及电池组件3的结构。本实施例中,雾化组件2与电池组件3为一体化结构。雾化组件2与电池组件3采用一体化结构即为现有技术中常见的一次性电子烟。该雾化组件2与电池组件3均可拆卸地插装在通烟管4远离进气口的一端。本实施例中,雾化组件2与电池组件3同轴设置,其插装在通烟管4中时,雾化组件2位于进气口与电池组件3之间,也即电池组件3位于雾化组件2的上方。为了提高雾化组件2与通烟管4插装时的密封性能,在通烟管4的内壁上还设置有密封圈,以提高两者之间的密封性能,进而能够有效地避免雾化组件2中产生的烟雾外泄。使用本实施例提供的电子水烟时,同样能够达到如上实施例之一的效果。再者,由于所述电子水烟采用将雾化组件2与电池组件3插装在通烟管4中的结构,其更换雾化组件2与电池组件3时操作更加简便。
本实施例,雾化组件2设置一个,其内部通常储存一种口味的烟油。在本发明的另一实施例中,雾化组件2为多个,多个雾化组件2同轴设置并可拆卸地插装在通烟管4远离进气口的一端。相邻的雾化组件2的烟雾通道相互连通,多个雾化组件2中的电热丝22依次电连接,且相邻的雾化组件2之间均设置有可拆卸连接结构,该可拆卸连接结构可以为螺纹连接,卡接或磁性连接等。电池组件3可拆卸地连接在多个雾化组件1远离进气口的一端,且电池组件3与多个雾化组件1同轴设置。采用上述多个雾化组件2的结构,其工作时产生的烟雾量大。其次,每个雾化组件2均可独立地进行替换使用,使得用户可根据自己的需求选择不同数量的雾化组件2,以达到调节烟雾量的效果。再者,用户可以通过不同烟油口味的雾化组件2的组合以实现自行调节所需的烟油口味,从而能够满足用户的个性化需求,且调节简单方便,进一步提高了用户体验。
如图5、图6以及图7所示,本发明的较佳实施例之三提供一种电子水烟,其与实施例之一所不同之处在于雾化组件2以及电池组件3的结构。本实施例中,所述电子水烟还包括安装支架8。
具体地,安装支架8用于安装雾化组件2以及电池组件3,该安装支架8的外形大致为中空的圆锥台结构,其安装在通烟管4远离进气口的一端,且安装座5支撑在安装支架8的下方。雾化组件2以及电池组件3均安装在该安装支架8的内部。雾化组件2为多个,多个雾化组件2并排设置,且每个雾化组件2均可拆卸地安装在安装支架8上。本实施例中,雾化组件2设置有三个,每个雾化组件2上设置有与安装支架8连接的螺纹连接结构。雾化组件2连接在安装支架8上时,每个雾化组件2中的烟雾通道分别与通烟管4相连通,所述电子水烟工作时产生的烟雾量大。再者,用户可以通过不同烟油口味的雾化组件2的组合以实现自行调节所需的烟油口味,从而能够满足用户的个性化需求,进一步提高用户体验。使用本实施例提供的电子水烟时,同样能够达到如上实施例之一的效果。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (12)
- 一种电子水烟,包括开设有进气口和出气口的盛水器(1);其特征在于:所述电子水烟还包括用于产生烟雾的雾化组件(2),以及用于给所述雾化组件(2)供电的电池组件(3);所述雾化组件(2)可拆卸地安装在所述进气口处,所述雾化组件(2)内设置有用于雾化烟油的电热丝(22),及用于将烟油输送给所述电热丝(22)进行雾化的玻纤线(23);所述进气口与所述出气口之间形成有经过所述盛水器(1)的储水区域的烟雾通道,吸烟时所述雾化组件(2)产生的烟雾经过所述储水区域内的水过滤后从所述出气口排出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子水烟,其特征在于:所述进气口安装有通烟管(4);所述雾化组件(2)可拆卸地安装在所述通烟管(4)远离所述进气口的一端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子水烟,其特征在于:所述通烟管(4)远离所述进气口的一端安装有安装座(5);所述雾化组件(2)可拆卸地安装在所述安装座(5)上,且所述电池组件(3)设置在所述安装座(5)上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子水烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(2)包括可拆卸地安装在所述安装座(5)上方的雾化套管(21);所述电热丝(22)与所述玻纤线(23)均安装在所述雾化套管(21)内;所述电池组件(3)包括安装在所述安装座(5)内的电池(31);所述雾化组件(2)安装在所述安装座(5)上时,所述电热丝(22)与所述电池(31)电连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子水烟,其特征在于:所述雾化套管(21)开设有内螺纹,所述安装座(5)开设有与所述内螺纹相适配的外螺纹。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子水烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(2)与所述电池组件(3)为一体化结构;所述雾化组件(2)与所述电池组件(3)均可拆卸地插装在所述通烟管(4)远离所述进气口的一端。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子水烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(2)与所述电池组件(3)同轴设置;所述雾化组件(2)位于所述进气口与所述电池组件(3)之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子水烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(2)为多个,多个所述雾化组件(2)同轴设置并可拆卸地插装在所述通烟管(4)远离所述进气口的一端;相邻的所述雾化组件(2)的烟雾通道相互连通;多个所述雾化组件(2)中的电热丝(22)依次电连接,且相邻的所述雾化组件(2)之间均设置有可拆卸连接结构。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子水烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件(3)可拆卸地连接在多个所述雾化组件(2)远离所述进气口的一端,且所述电池组件(3)与多个所述雾化组件(2)同轴设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子水烟,其特征在于:所述通烟管(4)远离所述进气口的一端安装有安装支架(8);所述雾化组件(2)为多个,多个所述雾化组件(2)并排设置,每个所述雾化组件(2)均可拆卸地安装在所述安装支架(8)上;所述电池组件(3)设置在所述安装支架(8)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子水烟,其特征在于:所述出气口为至少一个;每个所述出气口均安装有吸烟管(6);每个所述吸烟管(6)远离所述出气口的一端均安装有吸嘴(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子水烟,其特征在于:所述电子水烟还包括用于控制所述电池组件(3)给所述雾化组件(2)供电的控制模块。
