Description

电子烟密封圈及电子烟雾化器 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟密封圈及电子烟雾化器。
背景技术
电子烟是一种利用加热丝对烟液进行加热,使之雾化的电子产品,为吸烟者提供一种香烟的替代品。加热后的烟液变成气雾,通过通气管后从吸嘴盖的开口到达电子烟的外部。一般需要在电子烟的雾化器上使用密封圈,防止烟液从吸嘴盖处漏液,避免吸烟者直接吸到烟液。
但是加了原有的密封圈的电子烟在吸烟过程中吸嘴盖处容易冷凝烟液,由于密封圈隔绝冷凝烟液回流到储油棉上,造成吸烟时容易吸到冷凝的烟液。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对加装现有密封圈电子烟在吸烟过程中吸嘴盖处容易冷凝烟液的缺陷,提供一种电子烟密封圈以克服上述缺陷。
本发明解决上述问题的方案是,构造一种电子烟密封圈,其设置有通气孔,电子烟密封圈的周缘与通气孔之间开设有至少一贯穿电子烟密封圈的回流孔。
本发明的电子烟密封圈,包括密封圈底盖,密封圈底盖边缘沿垂直于密封圈底盖所在平面的方向轴向延伸形成外壁;密封圈底盖正中开有通气孔,沿所述通气孔边缘与外壁同向轴向延伸形成内壁,外壁与内壁之间形成截面呈环形的凹槽;凹槽所在密封圈底盖开设有至少一回流孔。
本发明的电子烟密封圈,凹槽所在密封圈底盖开设有多个间隔设置的回流孔。
本发明的电子烟密封圈,回流孔间隔均匀分布在凹槽的同径向位置上。
本发明的电子烟密封圈,回流孔为弧形孔、圆形孔、椭圆形孔、多边形孔中的一种或多种。
本发明的电子烟密封圈,外壁和内壁的外端面分别设置有倒角。
本发明还提供一种电子烟雾化器,包括雾化套及设置在雾化套内的电子烟密封圈,电子烟密封圈设置有通气孔;雾化套内,位于电子烟密封圈的两侧分别形成有烟液 冷凝腔及烟液储液腔;烟液储液腔内设置有吸油材料, 其特征在于,电子烟密封圈的周缘与通气孔之间开设有至少一贯穿电子烟密封圈的回流孔,回流孔与烟液 冷凝腔及烟液储液腔相连通 。
本发明的电子烟雾化器,包括 依次设置在雾化套内的外螺纹套、上电极、绝缘环、雾化座、电热阻丝组件、通气管、储油棉; 还包括电子烟密封圈, 电子烟密封圈设置在储油棉的底端; 电子烟雾化器还包括套合在远离 外螺纹套一端的雾化套内的吸嘴盖,吸嘴盖与电子烟密封圈之间形成烟液冷凝腔; 电子烟密封圈上设置有连通烟液冷凝腔至储油棉的回流孔。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1和图2所示为安装了本发明电子烟密封圈的雾化器结构。整个雾化器包括自首端至末端依次设置的外螺纹套100、上电极200、绝缘环300、雾化座410、电热阻丝组件500、通气管600、储油棉700、电子烟密封圈800、吸嘴盖900,所有的组件装配在雾化套420内。绝缘环300设置在外螺纹套100和上电极200之间,使外螺纹套100和上电极200电性隔绝。电热丝组件500为一个'凵'形架,其两端的引脚穿过雾化座410后分别电连接电极200和外螺纹套100。储油棉700储存有液态的烟液,储油棉700设置在雾化座410和电子烟密封圈800之间。通气管600为中通结构,设置在储油棉700中间。吸嘴盖900与电子烟密封圈800之间还形成一个空腔。
雾化器工作的时候,外部电源的正负极分别连接到外螺纹套100和上电极200,电热阻丝组件500将外部电源的电能转化为热能,在通气管600内将储油棉700的烟液雾化成气体,雾化后的气体沿着通气管600通过电子烟密封圈800后,从吸嘴盖900的通孔到达外界。
当雾化后的气体通过吸嘴盖900与电子烟密封圈800之间形成的空腔时,可能会有部分残留,在吸嘴盖900处容易冷凝烟液,为了避免直接吸到这些冷凝的烟液,在电子烟密封圈800对应于储油棉700的位置开设有回流孔,使冷凝的烟液回流到储油棉700中。
以下结合图3、图4.a~图4.c具体说明密封圈的结构。电子烟密封圈800主要包括一个中间开有通气孔860的密封圈底盖810,在密封圈底盖810的边缘处,沿着垂直于密封圈底盖810所在平面的方向延伸出外壁820;在通气孔860的边缘处,沿着和外壁820相同的延伸方向,延伸出内壁830;内壁830和外壁820之间形成一个凹槽840。储油棉700的一端紧密卡嵌在凹槽840内,与内壁830、外壁820、密封圈底盖810贴合。在凹槽840所在的密封圈底盖810处开设有回流孔850,供冷凝后的烟液从密封圈底盖810外经过回流孔850到达凹槽840内的储油棉700。
回流孔850的形状、数量可以依据实际需要进行设置。例如在图4.a中,设置4个弧形孔。为了保证回流的烟液能够平均地流到储油棉700中,弧形孔与中间的通气孔860具有相同圆心。需要理解的是,当弧形孔扩大的时候,还可以变成一个圆环状的通孔。
图4.b中设置6个圆形孔,基于此形状,回流孔850还可以变形成椭圆形孔。在图4.b中,所有的圆形孔围绕中间的通气孔860平均分布,使得烟液能够平均地流到储油棉700中。
图4.c中,围绕中间通气孔860平均分布了6个正三角形的回流孔。正三角形还能改为四边形、多边形或者不规则的形状。
以下结合图5的吸嘴盖结构详细说明雾化后的烟液如何回流到储油棉中。吸嘴盖900包括带有中心孔的盖板910,从盖板910的边缘垂直延伸有用于连接雾化套420的外筒壁920、从盖板的吸气孔960的周缘轴向延伸形成一朝向与外筒壁920同向的内筒930,内筒930与外筒壁920之间具有第二凹槽940,第二凹槽940与电子烟密封圈800之间形成烟液冷凝腔。当雾化后的烟液通过通气孔860后首先到达烟液冷凝腔,再通过吸嘴盖900上的中心孔到达外界。当部分的雾化烟液在烟液冷凝腔内残留时,会冷却重新变回液态的烟液,由于在密封圈上设置有回流孔850使得冷凝的烟液可以从烟液冷凝腔经过回流孔850回到储油棉中。由于储油棉的吸附能力很强,冷凝的烟液会迅速被储油棉吸收,不会从吸嘴盖的中心孔被吸出。

  1. 一种电子烟密封圈,其设置有通气孔(860),其特征在于,所述电子烟密封圈的周缘与所述通气孔(860)之间开设有至少一贯穿所述电子烟密封圈的回流孔(850)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟密封圈,其特征在于,所述电子烟密封圈包括密封圈底盖(810),所述密封圈底盖(810)边缘沿垂直于所述密封圈底盖(810)所在平面的方向轴向延伸形成外壁(820);所述密封圈底盖(830)正中开有通气孔(860),沿所述通气孔(860)边缘与所述外壁(820)同向轴向延伸形成内壁(830),所述外壁(820)与内壁(830)之间形成截面呈环形的凹槽(840);所述凹槽(840)所在密封圈底盖(810)开设有至少一回流孔(850)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟密封圈,其特征在于,所述凹槽(840)所在密封圈底盖(810)开设有多个间隔设置的回流孔(850)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟密封圈,其特征在于,所述回流孔(850)间隔均匀分布在所述凹槽(840)的同径向位置上。

  7. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括雾化套(420)及设置在雾化套(420)内的电子烟密封圈(800),所述电子烟密封圈设置有通气孔(860);所述雾化套(420)内,位于所述电子烟密封圈(800)的两侧分别形成有烟液 冷凝腔及烟液储液腔;所述烟液储液腔内设置有吸油材料, 其特征在于,所述电子烟密封圈的周缘与所述通气孔(860)之间开设有至少一贯穿所述电子烟密封圈(800)的回流孔(860),所述回流孔与所述烟液 冷凝腔及烟液储液腔相连通 。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,包括 依次设置在雾化套(420)内的外螺纹套(100)、上电极(200)、绝缘环(300)、雾化座(410)、电热阻丝组件(500)、通气管(600)、储油棉(700); 还包括电子烟密封圈(800), 所述电子烟密封圈(800)设置在所述储油棉(700)的底端;所述 电子烟雾化器还包括套合在远离 所述外螺纹套(100)一端的所述雾化套(420)内的吸嘴盖(900),所述吸嘴盖(900)与所述电子烟密封圈(800)之间形成烟液冷凝腔;所述 电子烟密封圈(800)上设置有连通所述烟液冷凝腔至所述储油棉(700)的回流孔(850)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于, 所述吸嘴盖(900)包括带有中心孔的盖板(910),从所述盖板(910)的边缘垂直延伸有用于连接所述雾化套(420)的外筒壁(920)、以及从所述盖板的吸气孔(960)的周缘轴向延伸形成一朝向与外筒壁(920)同向的内筒(930),所述内筒(930)与所述外筒壁(920)之间具有第二凹槽(940),第二凹槽(940)与所述电子烟密封圈(800)之间形成烟液冷凝腔。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子烟密封圈(800)包括密封圈底盖(810),所述密封圈底盖(810)边缘沿垂直于所述密封圈底盖(810)所在平面的方向轴向延伸形成外壁(820);所述密封圈底盖(830)正中开有通气孔(860),沿所述通气孔(860)边缘与所述外壁(820)同向轴向延伸形成内壁(830),所述外壁(820)与内壁(830)之间形成截面呈环形的凹槽(840);所述凹槽(840)所在密封圈底盖(810)开设有至少一回流孔(850)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述凹槽(840)所在密封圈底盖(810)开设有多个间隔设置的回流孔(850)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述回流孔(850)间隔均匀分布在所述凹槽(840)的同径向位置上。
  13. 根据权利要求10至12任一所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述回流孔(850)为弧形孔、圆形孔、椭圆形孔或多边形孔一种或多种。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述外壁(820)和内壁(830)的外端面分别设置有用于辅助插入所述 雾化套(420) 和所述 通气管(600) 的倒角。
