[0036] 密封圈 30的外围正对吸嘴盖 20方向设有与凹腔 31同轴的凹槽 33, 所述凹槽 33用
于容置吸嘴盖 20的侧壁, 从而, 实现了对吸嘴盖 20的密封固定。 此外, 装配时, 密封圈 30与吸嘴盖 20先组装成一整体, 然后再一起装入雾化套 11, 以防止密封圈 30后安装会发 生歪斜而导致漏油、 不通气等不良的发生。 凹槽 33的侧壁外表面沿周向分布有条纹 34, 通 过所述条纹 34与雾化套 11过盈配合且密封连接, 进一步地, 吸嘴盖 20的外侧呈阶梯状, 且对应于吸孔的一端的台阶 21与雾化套 11内壁过盈配合, 从而, 借由所述条纹 34和台阶 21实现了对雾化套 11的双重密封, 有效防止储油棉 12释出的烟油经吸嘴盖 20渗漏。
[0037] 凹腔 31的底壁的内表面上设有多根具有预定高度的肋条 35, 所述肋条 35与所述通 孔 32相互间隔地设置, 且由底壁的四周沿径向往中心延伸预定长度, 且所述预定长度小于 底壁对应曲面半径。 所述具有预定高度和预定长度的肋条 35, 有效防止一端伸入密封圈 30 的凹腔 31内的第一玻纤管 131直抵凹腔 31的底壁, 进而防止第一玻纤管 131的管孔被堵 住, 确保通气良好。 此外, 由所述吸孔、 吸嘴盖 20与密封圈 30的底壁配合形成的空间、 所 述密封圈 30的通孔 32、 相邻两个肋条 35配合形成的具有所述预定高度的空间及保护管 13 构成的腔体依次组成了烟雾抽吸通道, 相对于现有直线型的烟雾抽吸通道, 雾化器 10在使 用过程中产生的烟油颗粒和碎玻纤颗粒等会直入用户口中, 本发明创造的所述通道为弯曲形 状的通道, 使得烟雾向四周发散后才进入用户口中, 减弱了气流强度, 有效阻挡了所述颗粒 物, 颗粒物在重力作用下回流并由储油棉 12吸收。
[0038] 第一连接器 40设于雾化器 10的背离吸嘴盖 20的一端, 用于与电子烟的电源杆对 接。 第一连接器 40包括第一连接座 41、 第一极柱 42及第一绝缘套 43。 其中, 第一连接座 41作为第一电极, 第一极柱 42设于第一连接座 41中部, 作为第二电极; 第一绝缘套 43设 于第一连接座 41和第一极柱 42之间以对两者进行绝缘隔离。 连接电热丝 141两端的导线穿 过第一玻纤管 131、 雾化座 15并分别与第一连接座 41和第一极柱 42电连接。
[0039] 本发明创造的电子烟包括所述电子烟吸嘴和连接于所述电子烟吸嘴的电源杆 (图未 示)。 所述电源杆内部设有电池, 电源杆的一端还设有与所述电子烟吸嘴对接的第二连接 器。 所述第二连接器包括第二连接座、 第二极柱及第二绝缘套。 其中, 第二连接座作为第一 电极, 第二极柱设于第二连接座中部, 作为第二电极, 第二绝缘套设于所述第二连接座和第 二极柱之间以进行绝缘隔离, 两个连接器安装好后, 两个第一电极对应连接, 两个第二电极 对应连接, 且所述第二座体和第二极柱分别与电源杆内部的电池的正负极对应连接。
[0040] 本发明创造的电子烟的气流产生过程为: 用户抽吸电子烟时, 空气从电源杆或外界 流入第一极柱 42对应孔内, 经过雾化座 15进入第一玻纤管 131内, 再与雾化组件 14雾化 而成的烟雾混合, 并流入密封圈 30的凹腔 31, 然后经由密封圈 30的通孔 32发散出来, 最
后经吸嘴盖 20的吸孔, 进入用户口中。

Claims
1. 一种电子烟吸嘴, 包括雾化器、 设于雾化器一端的吸嘴盖, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟吸 嘴还包括密封于雾化器的雾化套和吸嘴盖之间的密封圈, 密封圈正对雾化器方向设有凹腔, 凹腔的底壁由四周向中心的深度逐渐增加, 且底壁的四周开设有多个通孔。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于, 密封圈的外围正对吸嘴盖方向设有与凹 腔同轴的、 用于容置吸嘴盖侧壁的凹槽。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于, 凹槽的侧壁外表面沿周向分布有条纹进 而与雾化套过盈配合且密封连接。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于, 凹腔的底壁的内表面上与所述通孔相互 间隔地设有多根具有预定高度的肋条, 所述肋条由底壁的四周沿径向往中心延伸预定长度。
5. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器包括呈中空管状的雾化套、 固设于雾化套内呈中空管状且与雾化套同轴设置的储油棉、 贴于储油棉的内壁上的保护管、 设于保护管内的雾化组件及密封固定于的由储油棉及保护管构成的管体的背离烟嘴盖的一端 的雾化座。
6. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于, 保护管包括贴于储油棉的内壁上且与储 油棉同轴设置的耐高温层, 同轴设置于耐高温层内侧的第一玻纤管, 以及贴于第一玻纤管外 壁的和耐高温层内壁的正对吸嘴盖的一端的第二玻纤管, 第一玻纤管的一端伸入密封圈的凹 腔内, 第二玻纤管的一端抵于雾化组件。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于, 吸嘴盖的底壁上设有吸孔, 由所述吸 孔、 吸嘴盖与密封圈的底壁配合形成的空间、 所述密封圈的通孔、 相邻两个肋条配合形成的 具有所述预定高度的空间及保护管构成的腔体依次组成了烟雾抽吸通道。
8. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于, 雾化组件包括两端穿过保护管并抵接于 储油棉的导油件以及缠绕于导油件上的电热丝。
9. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器的背离吸嘴盖的一端设有用 于与电子烟的电源杆对接的第一连接器, 第一连接器包括作为第一电极的第一连接座、 设于 第一连接座中部的作为第二电极的第一极柱以及设于第一连接座和第一极柱之间以进行绝缘 隔离的第一绝缘套。
10. 如权利要求 9 所述的电子烟吸嘴, 其特征在于, 连接电热丝两端的导线穿过第一玻纤 管、 雾化座并分别与第一连接座和第一极柱电连接。
11. 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟包括如权利要求 1 至 10 中任一项所述的电子烟 吸嘴, 以及连接于所述电子烟吸嘴的电源杆。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电源杆内部设有电池, 电源杆的一端 还设有与所述电子烟吸嘴对接的第二连接器。
13. 如权利要求 12 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接器包括作为第一电极的第二 连接座、 设于第二连接座中部的作为第二电极的第二极柱以及设于所述第二连接座和第二极 柱之间以进行绝缘隔离的第二绝缘套。
