【技术领域】
本发明涉及烟具的技术领域,特别是涉及一种电子水烟及其加热器和控制方法。
【背景技术】
阿拉伯水烟是一种采用专用工具“水烟壶”,通过水(或者其他液体)过滤后吸食烟草制品的一种烟具。吸烟时一般采用木炭点火,而在吸烟过程中木炭燃烧分解的一氧化碳和大量灰粉,对吸烟场所造成空气污染,吸入后对人体有害;木炭生产过程中炭化燃烧放出油脂浓烟雾,给周围的植物和人们生活带来很大危害。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种电子水烟及其加热器和控制方法。
一种电子水烟的加热器,包括:
壳体,内部形成有连通外部的进气通道;
加热锅,所述加热锅的内部形成有用于容纳烟料的烟料腔,所述加热锅上开设有连通所述进气通道和所述烟料腔的进气口;及
加热元件,所述加热元件位于所述进气通道内,以加热经过所述进气通道的气体。
一种电子水烟,包括:
上述加热器。
一种电子水烟的加热器的控制方法,包括如下步骤:
使用于容纳烟料的加热锅持续发热,使所述加热锅的温度控制在第一预设温度;及
使位于进气通道内的加热元件间歇性发热,以提高进入所述加热锅的气流的温度,使所述加热锅的温度升高至第二预设温度。
上述电子水烟及其加热器和控制方法,采用加热锅和加热元件分别对烟料加热,通过控制温度,使烟料中的有效物质可以进入气体,同时避免产生一氧化碳和灰粉等有害物质。加热锅可以起到保温的作用,进气通道内的加热元件对即将进入加热锅的气流加热,气流进入加热锅使烟料的温度提高。通过加热锅和加热元件分别加热,使得烟料可以均匀受热,进而使烟料能够被高效利用。

【具体实施方式】
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对电子水烟及其加热器和控制方法进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了电子水烟及其加热器和控制方法的首选实施例。但是,电子水烟及其加热器和控制方法可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对电子水烟及其加热器和控制方法的公开内容更加透彻全面。

如图1所示,一实施方式的电子水烟包括水烟本体(图中未示出)和加热器10,水烟本体一般包括过滤瓶和吸气管。过滤瓶用于承装过滤气体用的液体,加热器10与过滤瓶连接。吸气管位于过滤瓶内,吸气管的一端用于伸入液体中,吸气管的另一端与加热器10的用于出气的开口或管路连通。
同时参见图2、图3,电子水烟的加热器10包括壳体110、加热锅120和加热元件140,壳体110的内部形成有连通外部的进气通道,在一实施例中,壳体110的内部还可以开设用于容置加热锅120的腔体,加热锅120位于该腔体内,在其他实施例中,加热锅120也可以位于壳体110外。
加热锅120的内部形成有用于容纳烟料的烟料腔122,加热锅120上开设有连通进气通道和烟料腔122的进气口124。在一实施例中,加热锅120可以包括发热元件126,发热元件126用于对烟料腔122内的烟料加热。在其他实施例中,加热锅120也可以是本身具有发热功能的器件。加热元件140位于进气通道内,以加热经过进气通道的气体。
采用加热锅120和加热元件140分别对烟料加热,通过控制温度,使烟料中的有效物质可以进入气体,同时避免产生一氧化碳和灰粉等有害物质。加热锅120可以起到保温的作用,进气通道内的加热元件140对即将进入加热锅120的气流加热,气流进入加热锅120使烟料的温度提高。通过加热锅120和加热元件140分别加热,使得烟料可以均匀受热,进而使烟料能够被高效利用。
再参见图3,在其中一个实施例中,加热锅120可以包括锅本体128和出气管129。烟料腔122位于锅本体128内,进气口124的数量为多个,多个进气口124均匀分布在锅本体128的底面上。出气管129与锅本体128的底面连接,至少部分出气管129位于烟料腔122内。气流由锅本体128底面上的进气口124进入烟料腔122,气流向上运动至出气管129,从出气管129流出。在此过程中,自下而上的气流可以松动由于重力的作用会堆积在底面上的烟料,使烟料受热均匀,使烟料能够被高效利用。
同时参见图2、图4,进一步的,在一实施例中,加热器10还可以包括多孔板160,多孔板160套设于出气管129的端部,且多孔板160覆盖锅本体128的开口,多孔板160上开设有多个连通至烟料腔122的通孔162。气流由锅本体128底面上的进气口124进入烟料腔122后,先分散的经过通孔162,之后汇入出气管129,可以使气流在烟料腔122中均匀的分布,加强了松动烟料的效果,使烟料受热更加均匀。更进一步的,在一实施例中,通孔162位于进气口124的上方,有助于形成垂直向上的气流,松动烟料的效果更好。在一实施例中,多孔板160的边缘可以通过密封圈180与锅本体128连接,防止多孔板160的边缘漏气。
在其中一个实施例中,加热器10还可以包括隔板220和气流传感器240,隔板220罩设在多孔板160上,隔板220和多孔板160之间形成气腔222,通孔162和出气管129均与气腔222连通。再参见图4,隔板220上开设有气孔224,气流传感器240位于隔板220远离气腔222的一侧,气流传感器240与气孔224连通。气流传感器240可以用控制加热元件140,当气流传感器240检测到气流时,加热元件140加热。当气流传感器240检测不到气流时,加热元件140停止加热。
发热元件126可以设置在锅本体128的内壁、锅本体128的外壁、出气管129的内壁和出气管129的外壁中的一个或多个位置上,用于对烟料腔122内的烟料加热。设置在锅本体128的外壁或出气管129的外壁上,比较方便制造。在本实施例中,发热元件126位于出气管129的外壁上。
同时参见图5,在其中一个实施例中,加热器10还可以包括定位支架260,定位支架260上形成有用于放置加热元件140的环状腔262,加热元件140呈环状,且位于环状腔262内。定位支架260的两侧均开设有与环状腔262连通的通气孔264。气流经过环状腔262可以与加热元件140充分接触,提高了换热效率。定位支架260可以包括两部分,分别为第一支架266和第二支架268,第一支架266和第二支架268将加热元件140封装。再参见图2,在一实施例中,在加热锅120和定位支架260的外部,可以环绕设置隔热物280,防止加热器10的热量流失,同时可以避免烫伤使用者。
再参见图2,在其中一个实施例中,加热器10还可以包括可拆卸的收纳盘320,进气口124位于加热锅120的底部,收纳盘320位于进气口124的下方,收纳盘320用于接收烟料中流下的蜂蜜等液体。在一实施例中,加热器10还可以包括第一密封件340和第二密封件360,第一密封件340套设在出气管129远离烟料腔122的端部,第二密封件360与第一密封件340连通,第二密封件360用于密封连接水烟本体的吸气管。收纳盘320可以套设在第二密封件360上。
加热器10还包括电池380,电池380位于加热锅120的上方,电池380分别与加热锅120和加热元件140电连接。在一实施例中,电池380和加热锅120之间具有隔热间隙,以增大热阻,避免电池380温度过高。进一步的,可以同时在电池380和加热锅120之间设置隔热层420,以进一步的增大热阻。加热器10还包括电路板440、灯460和透光罩480,电路板440设置在电池380的上方,电路板440与电池380电连接。灯460可以是LED,位于电路板440上,灯460与电路板440或电池380电连接。透光罩480位于电路板440和灯460的上方。加热器10还可以设置有充电接口490,充电接口490与电池380连接且靠近电路板440,透光罩480可以打开,使用者可以打开透光罩480后,将充电接口490与外部电源连接,从而给电池380充电。
如图6所示,一实施方式的控制方法,用于控制图1至图5所示的电子水烟的加热器10。该控制方法包括如下步骤:
S100,使用于容纳烟料的加热锅120持续发热,使加热锅120的温度控制在第一预设温度。加热锅120主要起保温作用,因此需要持续发热,在一实施例中,第一预设温度为150℃至180℃,加热锅120保持在150℃至180℃之间,可以保持烟料通气,烟料腔122内的气流自下而上运动时,可以松动由于重力的作用会堆积在底面上的烟料,使烟料受热均匀,使烟料能够被高效利用。同时,加热锅120保持在150℃至180℃之间,还可以保证不会出现粘锅的现象,使加热锅120容易清理。具体原因如下:

其中,蜂蜜的主要成分包括葡萄糖(熔点为146-150℃)、果糖(熔点为135℃,沸点为440℃)、维生素、矿物质和氨基酸。葡萄糖的熔点为146℃至150℃,果糖的熔点为135℃,果糖的沸点为440℃。第一预设温度大于等于150℃,蜂蜜的主要成分葡萄糖才会熔化,熔化后的蜂蜜不会堵塞进气口124,可以保持烟料通气。
关于加热锅120的温度与水烟丝粘锅的情况,参见下表:

加热锅120的温度达到190℃及以上,会出现水烟丝粘锅的现象,实验证明加热锅120保持180℃及以下,可以保证不会出现粘锅的现象,使加热锅120容易清理。在本实施例中,第一预设温度为160℃,加热锅120保温状态的实际温度,会在第一预设温度上下浮动,第一预设温度为160℃时,在合理的温度浮动下,仍然可以保证烟料受热均匀,加热锅120容易清理的效果。
S200,使位于进气通道内的加热元件140间歇性发热,以提高进入加热锅120的气流的温度,使加热锅120的温度升高至第二预设温度。进气通道内的加热元件140对即将进入加热锅120的气流加热,气流进入加热锅120使烟料的温度进一步提高,从而达到第二预设温度,在第二预设温度下,烟料中的有效物质可以进入气体。
在步骤S200中,可以通过传感器控制加热元件140间歇性发热。具体的,在一实施例中,传感器为气流传感器240,使用者吸烟时,会产生气流,当气流传感器240检测到气流时,加热元件140发热,进而烟料的温度提高,烟料发生反应,烟料中的有效物质可以进入气体,被使用者吸入口中。当气流传感器240检测不到气流时,加热元件140停止发热,烟料不会被浪费。
加热锅120在不同温度,下水烟丝产生的烟雾量的情况,参见下表:

若加热锅120的温度太低,烟雾量小,若加热锅120的温度太高,会出现焦味。加热锅120的温度在210℃至230℃时,烟雾量的够大,且不会出现焦味,因此,在本实施例中,第二预设温度可以为210℃至230℃。
本实施例的控制方法,采用加热锅120和加热元件140分别对烟料加热,通过控制温度,使烟料中的有效物质可以进入气体,同时避免产生一氧化碳和灰粉等有害物质。加热锅120可以起到保温的作用,进气通道内的加热元件140对即将进入加热锅120的气流加热,气流进入加热锅120使烟料的温度提高。通过加热锅120和加热元件140分别加热,使得烟料可以均匀受热,进而使烟料能够被高效利用。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,包括:壳体,内部形成有连通外部的进气通道;加热锅,所述加热锅的内部形成有用于容纳烟料的烟料腔,所述加热锅上开设有连通所述进气通道和所述烟料腔的进气口;及加热元件,所述加热元件位于所述进气通道内,以加热经过所述进气通道的气体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,所述加热锅包括发热元件,所述发热元件用于对所述烟料腔内的烟料加热。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,所述加热锅包括锅本体和出气管;所述烟料腔位于所述锅本体内,所述进气口的数量为多个,多个进气口均匀分布在所述锅本体的底面上;所述出气管与所述锅本体的底面连接,至少部分所述出气管位于所述烟料腔内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,所述加热锅包括发热元件,所述发热元件设置在所述锅本体的内壁、所述锅本体的外壁、所述出气管的内壁和所述出气管的外壁中的一个或多个位置上,所述发热元件用于对所述烟料腔内的烟料加热。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,还包括:多孔板,套设于所述出气管的端部,且所述多孔板覆盖所述锅本体的开口,所述多孔板上开设有多个连通至所述烟料腔的通孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,所述通孔位于所述进气口的上方。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,还包括:隔板,所述隔板罩设在所述多孔板上,所述隔板和所述多孔板之间形成气腔,所述通孔和所述出气管均与所述气腔连通,所述隔板上开设有气孔;及气流传感器,位于所述隔板远离所述气腔的一侧,所述气流传感器与所述气孔连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,还包括:定位支架,所述定位支架上形成有用于放置所述加热元件的环状腔,所述加热元件呈环状,且位于所述环状腔内;所述定位支架的两侧均开设有与所述环状腔连通的通气孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,还包括:可拆卸的收纳盘,所述进气口位于所述加热锅的底部,所述收纳盘位于所述进气口的下方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,还包括:电池,位于所述加热锅的上方,所述电池分别与所述加热锅和所述加热元件电连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,所述电池和所述加热锅之间具有隔热间隙。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,还包括:隔热层,所述隔热层位于所述电池和所述加热锅之间。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子水烟的加热器,其特征在于,还包括:电路板,设置在所述电池的上方,所述电路板与所述电池电连接;灯,位于所述电路板上,所述灯与所述电路板或所述电池电连接;及透光罩,位于所述电路板和所述灯的上方。
- 一种电子水烟,其特征在于,包括:权利要求1至13任一项所述的加热器。
- 一种电子水烟的加热器的控制方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:使用于容纳烟料的加热锅持续发热,使所述加热锅的温度控制在第一预设温度;及使位于进气通道内的加热元件间歇性发热,以提高进入所述加热锅的气流的温度,使所述加热锅的温度升高至第二预设温度。
- 根据权利要求15所述方法,其特征在于,所述第一预设温度为150℃至180℃。
- 根据权利要求15所述方法,其特征在于,所述第一预设温度为160℃。
- 根据权利要求15所述方法,其特征在于,所述第二预设温度为210℃至230℃。
- 根据权利要求15所述方法,其特征在于,在所述位于进气通道内的加热元件间歇性发热,以提高进入所述加热锅的气流的温度,使所述加热锅的温度升高至第二预设温度的步骤中,通过传感器控制所述加热元件间歇性发热。
- 根据权利要求19所述方法,其特征在于,所述传感器为气流传感器,当所述气流传感器检测到气流时,所述加热元件发热;当所述气流传感器检测不到气流时,所述加热元件停止发热。
