- 가변용량형 제1,2유압펌프와, 제1유압펌프에 연결되는 아암실린더와, 제2유압펌프에 연결되는 버킷실린더와, 조작량에 따라 제어신호를 출력하는 아암 조작장치 및 버킷 조작장치와, 아암 조작장치의 조작에 따라 아암실린더에 공급되는 작동유를 제어하는 제1아암제어밸브와, 아암 조작장치의 조작에 따른 제어신호가 설정값을 초과할 경우 제2유압펌프로부터 아암실린더에 공급되는 작동유를 제어하는 제2아암제어밸브와, 버킷 조작장치의 조작에 따라 버킷실린더의 구동을 제어하는 버킷제어밸브와, 아암실린더의 단독 구동시 제2유압펌프의 유량을 제1유압펌프의 유량에 합류시키고 아암실린더 및 버킷실린더를 동시에 구동시킬 경우에 합류기능을 차단하는 합류 취소밸브를 포함하는 유압 시스템에 있어서:상기 아암 조작장치의 조작량에 따른 아암-인 제어신호, 상기 버킷 조작장치의 조작량에 따른 버킷-인 제어신호 및 상기 제1,2유압펌프의 토출 압력을 각각 읽어들이는 제1단계와,상기 아암-인 제어신호가 설정값을 초과하고, 상기 버킷-인 제어신호가 설정값을 초과하는 지를 각각 판단하는 제2단계와,상기 제1유압펌프의 토출 압력이 설정값을 초과하고, 상기 제2유압펌프의 토출 압력이 설정값을 초과하는 지를 각각 판단하는 제3단계와,상기 아암-인 제어신호와 버킷-인 제어신호가 각각 설정값을 초과하고 상기 제1,2유압펌프의 토출 압력이 각각 설정값을 초과한 경우, 상기 아암-인 제어신호 및 버킷-인 제어신호에 비례하는 제어신호를 상기 합류 취소밸브에 인가시켜 합류기능을 해제시키는 제4단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합류 취소밸브는,상기 아암 조작장치와 버킷 조작장치를 동시에 조작할 경우 상기 유로를 차단하는 제1상태와, 상기 아암 조작장치를 단독으로 조작시 상기 유로를 연결하는 제2상태를 구비하여 이뤄지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압 제어시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합류 취소밸브는,합류기능을 해제시키기 위해 상기 아암 조작장치와 버킷 조작장치의 조작량에 각각 비례하여 이동량이 서서히 증가되도록 제어되는 제1구간과, 상기 아암 조작장치와 버킷 조작장치의 조작량 증가에 따라 합류 차단상태를 유지하도록 제어되는 제2구간과, 합류기능으로 전환하기 위해 상기 아암 조작장치와 버킷 조작장치의 조작량에 반비례하여 이동량이 서서히 감소되도록 제어되는 제3구간으로 이뤄지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합류 취소밸브는,전기적 신호의 입력에 따라 절환되어 상기 유로를 개폐시키는 솔레노이드밸브가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합류 취소밸브는,상기 아암 조작장치 및 버킷 조작장치의 조작신호에 비례하는 전기적 신호의 입력에 따라 절환되어 상기 유로를 개폐시키는 전자비례제어밸브가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압 제어시스템.
