従来、自然な仕上がりで毛穴など凹凸をカバーするため、異種のオルガノポリシロキサンからなる複合粉体と、アクリル-シリコーン系グラフト共重合体を組み合わせた化粧料(特許文献1)、架橋型メチルポリシロキサンと、球状粉体を組み合わせた水中油型乳化化粧料(特許文献2)、半透明球状粉体とシリコーンと水を含有する化粧料(特許文献3)などが提案されている。しかしながら、これらの化粧料は、肌上に厚膜を形成するもので、肌上で塗膜が薄くのびすぎないようにするものであるため、のびが良くない場合やべたつく場合があり、使用感の点で十分満足できるものではなかった。
さらに、これらの方法はいずれも、仕上げ直後の肌への密着性には優れるものの、耐皮脂性が低かったり、皮膚追従性が低いため、経時で毛穴が目立ったり、よれたり、しわにたまったりするなど、肌の凹凸部分が目立ってしまうという問題があった。
本発明の課題は、のびが良く、べたつきが少なくかつ皮膜感などの違和感が少ない使用感であり、毛穴など肌の凹凸部分を目立たなくする効果に優れ、経時での小じわ、毛穴などの凹凸の目立ちやよれが起こりにくい化粧料を提供することにある。

X1はi=1とした場合の次式で示されるシリルアルキル基である。
で表されるラジカル重合可能な有機基を有するカルボシロキサンデンドリマー 100~0.1質量部とを(共)重合させてなるカルボシロキサンデンドリマー構造を含有するビニル系重合体が好ましい。
このようなラジカル重合可能な有機基を含有するカルボキシデンドリマー(A2)としては、下記平均組成式で示されるカルボシロキサンデンドリマーが例示される。
酸化鉄は、赤、黒、黄の色相を呈する着色剤、あるいは、鱗片状粉体のパール感の強さや色調を変化させることで、ファンデーション等の基本性能を発現するための重要な成分である。反面、これらの粉体が取れたり、凝集したり、ムラになったりすることにより、一度崩れると修復が難しくなり、化粧直しがし難い。
ポリエーテル変性シリコーンは、ジメチルポリシロキサンにポリオキシアルキレン基、好ましくはポリオキシエチレン基またはポリ(オキシエチレン・オキシプロピレン)が結合したもので、種々の結合位置、HLB、粘度を有するものが知られている。結合位置としては、シリコーン鎖の側鎖、片末端、両末端のものが知られている。また、主鎖にシリコーン鎖とポリオキシアルキレン鎖がブロック状に結合したものも知られている。本発明においては、いずれの結合位置のものも用いられるが、側鎖タイプまたはブロックタイプのものが好ましい。
HLBとしては、1~6、更に2~5のものが好ましい。ここで、HLBは、Griffin法により規定されるものである。粘度としては25℃において、20~100,000mm2/sのものが好ましく、50~50,000mm2/sのものがより好ましい。ここで、粘度はB型粘度計にて、No.1ローター、60rpm(100mm2/s未満)、No.2ローター、30rpm(100mm2/s以上1,000mm2/s未満)、No.3ローター、12rpm(1,000mm2/s以上10,000mm2/s未満)、または、No.4ローター、6rpm(10,000mm2/s以上)の条件にて、1分間測定したときの粘度値(mPa・s)をそのまま動粘度(mm2/s)と読みかえる。
かかる薄片状酸化亜鉛は、平均粒径0.1~6μmであり、好ましくは0.1~1μm、更に好ましくは0.2~0.8μmである。この平均粒径が0.1μm未満の場合は凝集して分散性を低下させ、6μmを超える場合は透明性及び紫外線吸収性が低下する。平均粒子厚さは0.01~0.3μmであり、好ましくは0.015~0.2μm、更に好ましくは0.02~0.1μmである。この平均粒子厚さが0.01μm未満の場合は薄片状形態が崩れ易く、0.3μmを超える場合は化粧料に配合した場合に不快感を生じさせる場合がある。さらに、平均板状比は3以上であり、好ましくは5以上、更に好ましくは10以上である。板状比の上限は特に無いが、通常50以下、更に30以下のものが好適に用いられる。この板状比が3未満の場合は透明性が低下する傾向がある。
なお、本発明において、平均粒径は、電子顕微鏡写真から、長軸と短軸の相加平均として求められ、板状比は同じく電子顕微鏡写真から板厚を読み取り、平均粒子径/平均粒子厚さとして求められるものである。
で表される繰り返し単位からなるポリ(N-アシルアルキレンイミン)のセグメントと、オルガノポリシロキサンのセグメントとを有し、オルガノポリシロキサンのセグメントの末端又は側鎖のケイ素原子の少なくとも1個にヘテロ原子を含むアルキレン基を介して、前記式(3)で表される繰り返し単位からなるポリ(N-アシルアルキレンイミン)のセグメントが結合してなるものが好ましい。かかるポリ(N-アシルアルキレンイミン)のセグメントとオルガノポリシロキサンのセグメントとの質量比は、好ましくは1/50~20/1、より好ましくは1/40~2/1であり、分子量は、好ましくは500~500,000、より好ましくは1,000~300,000である。また、Rはメチル基又はエチル基が好ましい。
本発明で用いる糖変性シリコーンは、その性質が失われない範囲で他の官能基が存在していても良い。
なお、成分(A)のカルボシロキサンデンドリマー構造を側鎖に有するビニル系共重合体を溶解又は分散させるために用いられる揮発性溶媒も、成分(G)に含まれる。
油中水型乳化化粧料とする場合には、25℃における粘度が500~20万mPa・sであるのが好ましく、1000~10万mPa・s、更に2000~5万mPa・sであるのが、カバー力に優れるので好ましい。ここで、粘度はB型粘度計で測定したものである。
非イオン界面活性剤としては、成分(D)のポリエーテル変性シリコーンが好適に用いられる他に、通常の化粧料に用いられるものも用いることができる。非イオン性界面活性剤のHLBに制限はないが、HLB1~7の親油性界面活性剤であることが好ましい。例えば、ジメチルポリシロキサン・モノアルキルグリセリルエーテル共重合体、ポリグリセリン変性シリコーン等のポリエーテル変性シリコーン以外のシリコーン系界面活性剤、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレングリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、プロピレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビット・ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、エチレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ポリエチレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、アルキルグリセリルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル脂肪酸エステル等が挙げられる。
油中水型乳化化粧料とする場合には、油相成分を混合後、粉体成分を加え、そこへさらに、水相成分を加えて撹拌混合することによって製造される。混合方法に制限はなく、通常のディスパー、ホモミキサー等の高速回転型の撹拌機を用いることができる。
表1及び表2に示す組成の油中水型乳化ファンデーションを製造し、使用感(のび、べたつき、皮膜感)、仕上がり感(毛穴の目立ちにくさ)、化粧持続性、5時間後の毛穴の目立ちにくさ及びよれの目立ちにくさを評価した。結果を表1及び表2に併せて示す。
油相成分及びポリマー成分を均一混合した後、粉体成分を油相成分にディスパーで分散させた。これに水相成分の混合物を攪拌しながら徐々に添加して乳化し、目的の2層分離型の油中水型乳化ファンデーションを得た。

専門評価者10人により、各油中水型乳化化粧料を使用したときののびを官能評価し、以下の基準で判定した。
A+;8人以上が良いと評価した。

硫酸亜鉛1.6×10-1モル、硫酸ナトリウム3.8×10-2モル及び微量元素の塩として硫酸第一鉄1.6×10-4モルを、5×10-2モル硫酸水溶液315mLに溶解した。次に、この溶液をホモミキサーにより6000r.p.m.で攪拌しながら、2N水酸化ナトリウム水溶液230mLを15秒間で投入し(pH=12.8)、沈殿を生成させたのち、10分間攪拌を継続した。その後、100℃で90分間熟成し、濾過、水洗し、230℃で約10時間乾燥して、薄片状酸化亜鉛粒子を得た。得られた粒子の平均粒径は0.25μm、平均粒子厚さは0.02μm、平均板状比は13であった。
表5に示す組成の油中水型乳化ファンデーションを製造し、前記と同様に、使用感(皮膜感)、塗布直後の毛穴の目立ち難さ、5時間後の毛穴の目立ち難さ、5時間後のよれの目立ち難さを評価するとともに、しっとり感及び透明感を評価した。結果を表5に併せて示す。
油相成分及びポリマー成分(成分(1)~(9))を均一混合した後、粉体成分(成分(14)~(22))を油相成分にディスパーで分散させた。これに、水相成分(成分(10)~(13))の混合物を攪拌しながら徐々に添加して乳化し、目的の油中水型乳化ファンデーションを得た。

Claims (11)
- 次の成分(A)、(B)及び(C):
(A)カルボシロキサンデンドリマー構造を側鎖に有するビニル系重合体
0.1~30質量%、
(B)25℃で液状であり、かつ溶解度パラメーターが16.5以上の不揮発性油剤
0.1~30質量%、
(C)疎水性粉体 0.1~30質量%
を含有し、成分(A)と成分(B)の質量割合が、(A)/(B)=0.3~5である化粧料。 - 成分(A)において、カルボシロキサンデンドリマー構造が、次式(1)
で表される基である請求項1記載の化粧料。 - 成分(A)のビニル系重合体が、(A1)ビニル系単量体 0~99.9質量部と、(A2)一般式:
で表されるラジカル重合可能な有機基を有するカルボシロキサンデンドリマー 100~0.1質量部とを重合させてなるものである請求項1又は2記載の化粧料。 - 成分(C)の疎水性粉体の一部又は全部が、酸化鉄を含有する疎水性粉体である、請求項1記載の化粧料。
- 更に、(D)ポリエーテル変性シリコーンを0.1~6質量%含有する請求項1記載の化粧料。
- 成分(A)と成分(D)の質量割合が、(A)/(D)=1.2~30である請求項6記載の化粧料。
- 成分(D)のポリエーテル変性シリコーンが、HLB1~6のものである請求項6又は7記載の化粧料。
- 更に、(E)平均粒径0.1~6μm、平均粒子厚さ0.01~0.3μmで、かつ平均板状比が3以上である薄片状酸化亜鉛を含有する請求項1記載の化粧料。
- 成分(A)と成分(E)の質量割合が、(A)/(E)=0.05~20である請求項9記載の化粧料。
- 更に、(F)ポリ(N-アシルアルキレンイミン)変性シリコーン及び/又は糖変性シリコーンを含有する請求項1記載の化粧料。
