The fruit extract may be represented by snowball tree berry, sea-buckthorn or chokeberry extract.

EFFECT: invention ensures maintenance of energy supply and preservation of the optimal water and electrolyte balance, immune deficiency and increased performance capacity of sportsmen during intensive training and competition periods.

Description

The invention relates to the food industry, namely to dry soft drinks with high biological value, enriched with vitamins and minerals.

The known composition of the dry concentrate for a drink with additives of vitamins and minerals, which contains granular sucrose, citric acid, sodium benzoate, starch, aromatic oil, essential gum, coloring matter, bottled hydroxyanisole, riboflavin (vitamin B2), ascorbic acid, β-carotene , iron gluconate, calcium chloride with an appropriate ratio of ingredients (US patent No. 4992282).

Known concentrate fortified drink "3-ball" according to the patent of Russian Federation No. 2125818, containing sugar, powdered sugar, citric acid, dry flavoring, multivitamin mixture, carotene, as well as magnesium and calcium in the form of their inorganic salts with the corresponding ratio of ingredients.

Despite the fact that famous drinks are enriched with vitamins and minerals, they have low biological value due to the lack of biologically active substances.

In addition, the drink according to US patent to increase storage stability contains a preservative - sodium benzoate, which is a ballast and impairs the organoleptic properties of the drink.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is a dry soft drink according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2255614, which contains vitamin B1, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin PP (nicotinic acid), citric acid, pantohematogen, leuzea extract, fruit extract, sugar, glucose, dye, flavor with the appropriate ratio of components. In this case, as a fruit extract can be used viburnum extract, or sea buckthorn extract, or chokeberry extract.

This drink has high biological value, as well as good organoleptic properties and high storage stability. In addition, it is a tonic, enhances physical and mental performance. However, the well-known drink is also not intended for use by athletes during intense training and competition, as it does not ensure the preservation of the necessary water-electrolyte balance, does not compensate for the loss of magnesium, sodium, potassium that occurs during heavy physical exertion, and, as a result, does not contribute to the elimination of secondary (sports) immunodeficiency, which athletes also acquire during intense physical exertion and achievements top results.

Magnesium Citrate is a magnesium salt of citric acid. Maltodextrin, obtained after exercise, is a good source of glucose for restoring the muscle and hepatic glycogen reserves that were used up during exercise.

Raw material preparation

At a hammer mill PM-19, sugar is ground to icing sugar and citric acid and sieved through a No. 32 sieve.
