Abstract
1. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой средства для доставки текучей среды расширяют упомянутую ткань подслизистой оболочки по всей окружности полости трубчатого органа тела.4. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой средства для доставки текучей среды содержат второй стержень.5. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой средства для доставки текучей среды содержат одну или более игл.6. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой средства для доставки текучей среды содержат одно или более водоструйное сопло.7. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой упомянутый элемент обработки сконструирован и выполнен расширяемым в радиальном направлении и/или раздвигаемым в радиальном направлении.8. Claims (15)
1. Система для обработки ткани слизистой оболочки тонкого кишечника пациента, включающая:
удлиненную трубку, имеющую дальнюю часть; и
элемент обработки, расположенный на упомянутой дальней части удлиненной трубки, при этом элемент обработки конфигурирован для обработки ткани слизистой оболочки, и
средства для доставки текучей среды в ткань подслизистой оболочки для расширения упомянутой ткани подслизистой оболочки по окружности для увеличения целевой области обработки.
2. Система по п.1, в которой элемент обработки конфигурирован для обработки ткани слизистой оболочки тонкого кишечника.
3. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой средства для доставки текучей среды расширяют упомянутую ткань подслизистой оболочки по всей окружности полости трубчатого органа тела.
4. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой средства для доставки текучей среды содержат второй стержень.
5. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой средства для доставки текучей среды содержат одну или более игл.
6. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой средства для доставки текучей среды содержат одно или более водоструйное сопло.
7. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой упомянутый элемент обработки сконструирован и выполнен расширяемым в радиальном направлении и/или раздвигаемым в радиальном направлении.
8. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой упомянутый элемент обработки сконструирован и выполнен с возможностью расширения в радиальном направлении и/или раздвижения в радиальном направлении до диаметра по меньшей мере 1 см.
9. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой упомянутый элемент обработки включает расширяемый баллон, включающий текучую среду с температурой приблизительно от 65°C до 90°C.
10. Система по п.1 или 2, также включающая второй элемент обработки.
11. Система по п.10, также включающая вторую удлиненную трубку, на которой размещен упомянутый второй элемент обработки.
12. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой упомянутый элемент обработки сконструирован и выполнен с возможностью подачи энергии.
13. Система по п.1 или 2, в которой упомянутый элемент обработки сконструирован и выполнен с возможностью подачи энергии с обратной связью.
14. Система по п.1 или 2, также включающая датчик, при этом упомянутая система сконструирована и выполнена с возможностью подачи энергии на основе сигналов, регистрируемых упомянутым датчиком.

Система по п.1 или 2, в которой упомянутый элемент обработки сконструирован и выполнен с возможностью подачи энергии, выбранной из группы, которая состоит из: электромагнитной энергии, например, радиочастотной энергии; звуковой энергии, например ультразвуковой энергии и инфразвуковой энергии; световой энергии, например лазерной энергии, инфракрасной энергии и энергии видимого света; химической энергии; тепловой энергии, например тепловой энергии, подаваемой от текучей среды; криогенной энергии; механической энергии, например механической энергии, подаваемой при помощи абразивного элемента.
