Claims (15)
- 환자의 소장으로부터의 점막 조직을 치료하는 치료 시스템으로서,
말단부를 갖는 세장형 튜브;
상기 세장형 튜브의 말단부 상에 배치되고, 상기 점막 조직을 치료하도록 구성된 치료 요소; 및
상기 세장형 튜브 및 상기 치료 요소 중 어느 하나 또는 양자 모두를 상기 점막 조직에 접촉시키도록 구성된 진공 포트
를 포함하는 치료 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치료 요소는 소장 상의 점막 조직을 치료하도록 구성된 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 치료 요소는 적어도 1cm의 직경으로 반경 방향으로 확장 또는 반경 방향으로 신장되도록 구성되고 배열되는 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 치료 요소는 65°C 내지 90°C의 온도의 유체를 포함하는 확장 가능한 벌룬을 포함하는 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 점막 조직을 치료하도록 구성된 제2 치료 요소를 더 포함하는 치료 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 치료 시스템은 제2 세장형 튜브를 더 포함하고, 상기 제2 치료 요소는 상기 제2 세장형 튜브 상에 배치되는 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 치료 요소는 상기 점막 조직에 인가될 에너지를 운반하도록 구성되고 배열되는 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 치료 요소는 상기 치료 시스템 또는 상기 환자의 하나 이상의 매개 변수에 기초하여 에너지를 운반하도록 구성되고 배열되는 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 치료 시스템은 센서를 더 포함하고, 상기 치료 시스템은 상기 센서에 의해 기록된 신호에 기초하여, 상기 점막 조직에 인가될 에너지를 운반하도록 구성되고 배열되는 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 치료 요소는 고주파 에너지를 포함하는 전자기 에너지; 초음파 에너지 및 아음속 음향 에너지(subsonic sound energy)를 포함하는 음향 에너지; 레이저 에너지, 적외선 에너지, 및 가시광 에너지를 포함하는 광 에너지; 화학 에너지; 고온 유체로부터 운반되는 열 에너지를 포함하는 열 에너지; 극저온 에너지; 연마 요소에 의해 운반되는 기계적 에너지를 포함하는 기계적 에너지로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 에너지를 운반하도록 구성되고 배열되는 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 치료 요소는 비표적 조직의 손상을 피하면서 표적 조직에 에너지를 운반하도록 구성되고 배열되는 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 비표적 조직은 바터 팽대부(Ampullar of Vater) 또는 췌장을 포함하는 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 진공 포트는 또한 상기 환자로부터 조직을 제거하도록 구성되는 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 진공 포트는 절제 또는 세정된 조직을 제거하도록 구성되는 것인 치료 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 진공 포트는 이전에 치료된 표적 조직을 제거하도록 구성되는 것인 치료 시스템.
