Abstract

Claims (16)

  1. 브레이드로 인터위브 되고 내측 통로를 형성하는 다수의 초탄성 합금 구성 필라멘트를 포함하되 상기 초탄성 합금 구성 필라멘트는 약 12.0mil 이하의 최대 비-축방향 직경을 가지며, 상기 초탄성 합금은 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철 및 코발트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 합금 부재의 적어도 약 1.5중량%를 함유하는 니켈-티탄 합금을 포함하는 관형 구조체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성 필라멘트는 장방형, 원형, 타원형, 정방향 및 삼각형으로부터 선택된 단면을 가지는 관형 구조체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성 필라멘트는 장방형 단면을 가진 리본을 포함하는 관형 구조체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 리본의 장방형 단면은 2.5mil 내지 12.0mil의 주축과 0.25mil 내지 3.0mil의 부축을 가지는 관형 구조체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 구조체는 상기 구조체의 직경을 일관되게 하기 위해서 편조된 후에 열처리되는 관형 구조체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 구조체 상기 브레이드안에 인터위브된 소수의 도체 필라멘트를 포함하며, 상기 도체 필라멘트 피트당 약 100오옴 미만에 비 저항을 가지는 관형 구조체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 구조체는 상기 브레이드로 인터위브된 소수의 방사선 불투과성 필라멘트를 포함하며, 상기 방사선 불투과성 필라멘트는 플라티늄, 팔라듐, 로듐, 레늄, 루테늄, 금, 텅스텐, 이들의 혼합물 및 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 부재를 포함하는 관형 구조체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 구조체는 상기 브레이드로 인터위브된 소수의 중합 필라멘트를 포함하는 관형 구조체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 구조체는 단일 부재 브레이드 구조체를 사용하여 인터위브되는 관형 구조체.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 구조체는 다수 부재 브레이드 구조체를 사용하여 인터위브되는 관형 구조체.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형 구조체는 원형, 타원형, 삼각형, 장방형 및 정방향으로부터 선택된 단면을 가지는 관형 구조체.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트중 적어도 일부는 원형, 타원형, 삼각형, 장방형 및 정방형으로부터 선택된 단면을 가지는 관형 구조체.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 합금 부재는 크롬과 철로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 관형 구조체.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 합금 부재는 크롬인 관형 구조체.
  15. 브레이드로 인터위브되고 내측 통로를 형성하는 다수의 초탄성 합금 구성 장방형 단면 리본을 포함하되, 상기 초탄성 합급 구성 리본은 2.5mil 내지 12.mil의 주축과 0.25mil 내지 3.0mil의 부축을 가지며, 상기 초탄성 합금은 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철 및 코발트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 합금 부재를 적어도 약 1.5중량% 함유하는 니켈-티탄합금을 포함하는 관형 구조체.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 관형 구조체는 상기 관형 구조체의 직경을 일관되게 하기 위해서 편조된 후에 열처리되는 관형 구조체.
