Claims (18)
- 低ピークMRI加熱を有するリード線において、
少なくとも一つの管腔と、植込み型医療装置とインターフェイスするように構成される近位端及び遠位端とを有するリード線の本体と、
前記少なくとも一つの管腔内に前記リード線の本体の少なくとも一部分に沿って延びるケーブル伝導体と、
前記リード線の本体の遠位端の一部分に沿って延びるコイルであって、少なくとも前記コイルの一部分は前記リード線の本体の部分に沿って露出され、電気刺激治療を送達するように構成され、長手方向の圧縮を受ける前記コイルの一部分は前記コイルの一部分に沿ってピークMRI加熱を低減するコイルと、
前記ケーブル伝導体を前記コイルに対して機械的、かつ電気的に接続する少なくとも二つの結合部であって、前記コイルの一部分の長手方向の圧縮を維持する少なくとも二つの結合部と、
を備えるリード線。 - 請求項1に記載のリード線において、前記コイルの一部分は前記少なくとも二つの結合部の間にあることを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のリード線において、前記ケーブル伝導体は前記少なくとも二つの結合部の間にあるテンションに置かれ、前記ケーブル伝導体における前記テンションは前記コイル内における長手方向の圧縮を維持することを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のリード線において、前記長手方向の圧縮は前記コイルの一部分の各ターンを前記コイルの一部分の近接ターンの外周部に接触するように維持させることを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のリード線において、前記コイルは前記コイルの一部分の近位端または遠位端である第二部分を含み、前記第二部分は長手方向の圧縮を受けないことを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のリード線において、前記少なくとも二つの結合部は少なくとも二つのリングを含み、前記ケーブル伝導体は各リング内に延び、前記各リングは前記コイルの管腔内に少なくとも部分的に形成されることを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のリード線において、前記各少なくとも二つの結合部は、前記ケーブル伝導体に圧着され、前記コイルに溶接されることを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のリード線において、前記コイルの外側の表面は非酸化性金属から形成されることを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のリード線において、前記コイルの外側の表面はプラチナから形成されることを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のリード線において、更に、前記コイルに対して、前記リード線の本体に沿って遠位側に配置された第二のコイルを含み、前記第二のコイルは長手方向の圧縮を受けないことを特徴とするリード線。
- 低ピークMRI加熱を有するリード線において、
少なくとも一つの管腔と、植込み型医療装置とインターフェイスするように構成される近位端及び遠位端とを有するリード線の本体と、
前記少なくとも一つの管腔内に前記リード線の本体の少なくとも一部分に沿って延びるケーブル伝導体と、
前記リード線の本体の遠位端の一部分に沿って延びるコイルであって、少なくとも前記コイルの一部分は前記リード線の本体の部分に沿って露出され、電気刺激治療を送達するように構成されるコイルと、
前記ケーブル伝導体を前記コイルに対して機械的、かつ電気的に接続する近位結合部と、
前記近位結合部に対して遠位側に前記ケーブル伝導体を前記コイルに対して、機械的、かつ電気的に接続する遠位結合部であって、前記近位結合部及び前記遠位結合部が前記コイルを圧縮することにより前記コイルに沿ったMRI加熱を低減する、離間された関係に維持する遠位結合部と
を備えるリード線。 - 請求項11に記載のリード線において、前記コイルの一部分は離間された関係における前記近位結合部及び前記遠位結合部に、かつ長手方向の圧縮の状態に配置されることを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項12に記載のリード線において、前記長手方向の圧縮はコイルの一部分の近接ターンの間における周囲的な接触を維持することを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項12に記載のリード線において、前記コイルの一部分における長手方向の圧縮は前記ケーブル伝導体内のテンションによって少なくとも部分的に維持されることを特徴とするリード線。
- 低ピークMRI加熱を有するリード線において、
少なくとも一つの管腔と、植込み型医療装置とインターフェイスするように構成される近位端及び遠位端とを有するリード線の本体と、
前記少なくとも一つの管腔内に前記リード線の本体の少なくとも一部分に沿って延びるケーブル伝導体と、
前記リード線の本体の前記遠位端の一部に沿って延び、前記ケーブル伝導体と電気的に接続するコイル電極であって、長手方向の圧縮を受ける前記コイル電極の少なくとも一部分と、
を備えるリード線。 - 請求項15に記載のリード線において、前記長手方向の圧縮は前記コイル電極に沿ったピークMRI加熱を低減することを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項16に記載のリード線において、前記長手方向の圧縮は前記コイル電極の一部分の近接ターンの間における周囲的な接触を維持することを特徴とするリード線。
- 請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載のリード線において、更に前記伝導体及び前記コイル電極に機械的に接続される近位結合部と、
前記伝導体及び前記近位結合部に対して遠位側に配置された前記コイル電極に機械的に接続される遠位結合部と
を備えるリード線。
