Claims (15)

  1. 8-40개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 부수적으로 하나 이상의 하이드록시기를 치환기로 가지고 있으며 그곳에 알콜 1몰에 대해 최대 20몰의 산화에틸렌 및/또는 산화프로필렌이 부가된 적어도 하나의 알콜의 계면활성제양에 기준하여 1-15중량%의 양으로 과잉술폰화물질로부터 완전히 분리된 농축물에 부가시키어 계면활성제의 농축물의 점도를 70℃에서 10,000mPas미만으로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성음이온 계면활성제의 고점도 산업용 계면활성제 농축물의 점도를 조절하는 방법.
  2. 제1항의 것으로, 농축물이 μ-술포 지방산 에스테르의 나트륨염을 적어도 50중량% 함유하는 μ-술포지방산 에스테트의 농축물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항의 것으로, 알콜이 포화 또는 불포화지방산 알콜의 혼합물로 사용되며 최대 8몰의 산화에틸렌 및/또는 산화프로필렌이 부가된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항의 것으로, 지방산 혼합물의 적어도 80중량%가 C16-C18지방산 알콜로 구성되고 1몰의 산화프로필렌과 6몰의 산화에틸렌이 부가된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항이나 제2항의 것으로, 알콜이 가지형 탄소체인을 갖고 최대 15몰의 산화 에틸렌 및/또는 산화프로핀렌을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항이나 제2항의 것으로, 지방족 알콜이 1-5개의 하이드록실기로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항의 것으로, 치환된 지방산 알콜이 10-15몰의 산화에틸렌으로 부가된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항-제7항의 것으로, 과잉 SO3로부터 대부분 유리된 술폰화지방산 에스테트가 점도 조절물질 존재하에서 중화된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항의 것으로, 중화를 수용성 알칼리 금속 하이드록 사이드 용액을 시키며 무기염을 중화된 술폰화 생성물에 기준하여 0.5-5중량%의 양으로 점도 조절물질에 부수적으로 부가시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항의 것으로, 알칼리 금속 하이드록사이드가 나트륨 하이드록사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제9항 또는 10항의 것으로, 무기염이 염화나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항의 것으로, 본 발명 명세서의 실시예를 참조한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1-12항에 청구된 방법으로 점도가 조절된 것을 특징으로 하는 고점도 산업용 계면활성 농축물.
  14. 점도 조절물질로 제1-7항에 기술된 알콜, 합성 음이온 계면활성제의 고점도 산업용 계면활성 농축물을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  15. 제14항의 것으로, 본 명세서에서 실시예로 기술된 것을 참조하여 상기한 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
