Claims (9)
- 복합 금속 산화물 촉매를 충전한 다관식 산화 반응기를 이용하여 알켄을 분자상 산소로 기상 접촉 부분 산화함으로써 대응하는 불포화 알데히드 및/또는 불포화 카본산을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상이한 조성의 촉매를 2종류 이상 준비하여 관축 방향으로 2층 이상 겹쳐 쌓아 다층 충전할 때에, 몰리브덴에 대한 비스무트의 성분량이 가스 입구측으로부터 가스 출구측을 향하여 적어지도록 하고, 또한 몰리브덴에 대한 철의 성분량이 가스 입구측으로부터 가스 출구측을 향하여 많아지도록 촉매를 충전하는, 불포화 알데히드 및/또는 불포화 카본산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
하기 일반식 (1)로 나타나는 화합물을 함유하고, 하기 일반식 (1)로 나타나는 화합물을 조합하는 공정에 있어서, 몰리브덴 성분 원료를 몰리브덴산 암모늄만으로 하고, 용해시키는 물의 중량이 몰리브덴산 암모늄 중에 포함되는 몰리브덴의 중량에 대하여 8.5배 이하이고, 또한 비스무트 성분 원료를 질산 비스무트만으로 하고, 용해시키는 질산 수용액의 중량이 질산 비스무트 중에 포함되는 비스무트의 중량에 대하여 2.3배 이상이고, 또한 질산 비스무트를 용해시키는 질산 수용액의 질산 농도가 10중량% 이상인 방법에 의해 조제된, 불포화 알데히드 및/또는 불포화 카본산 제조용 촉매가, 관축의 가장 가스 출구측에 적어도 1층은 충전되는 제조 방법:

(식 중, X는 마그네슘(Mg), 칼슘(Ca), 망간(Mn), 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn), 세륨(Ce) 및 사마륨(Sm)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이며, Y는 붕소(B), 인(P), 비소(As), 안티몬(Sb) 및 텅스텐(W)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이며, Z는 나트륨(Na), 칼륨(K), 루비듐(Rb), 세슘(Cs)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이며, (a)∼(g)는 각 성분의 원자 비율을 나타내며, h는 촉매 성분의 산화도로 결정되는 수치이며, a=0.80∼2.0, b=1∼2.5, c=3∼7, d=2∼3.5, e=0∼10, f=0∼10, g=0.01∼0.10이며, h는 기타 원소의 산화 상태를 만족시키는 수치로 표기되며, d/a가 1.9 이상 3.2 이하이며, 또한 d/g가 29 이상 69 이하이며, 또한 a/g가 18 이상 35 이하임). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
복합 금속 산화물 촉매의 형태가 불활성인 담지체의 표면에 촉매 활성 성분을 담지한 구 형상의 코팅 촉매인, 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
다관식 산화 반응기에 공급되는 원료 가스 중의 알켄 부하가, 1시간당 단위 촉매 체적에 대하여 120배 이상(표준 상태 환산)인 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
다관식 산화 반응기에 공급되는 원료 가스 중의 알켄 부하가, 1시간당 단위 촉매 체적에 대하여 140배 이상(표준 상태 환산)인 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
다관식 산화 반응기에 공급되는 원료 가스 중의 알켄 부하가, 1시간당 단위 촉매 체적에 대하여 160배 이상(표준 상태 환산)인 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
다관식 산화 반응기에 공급되는 원료 가스 중에 포함되는 알켄 농도가 7.5체적% 이하인 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
다관식 산화 반응기에 충전되는 모든 층의 촉매가, 불활성 물질의 물리 혼합에 의한 희석이 이루어지고 있지 않은 무희석인 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의한 아크롤레인 및/또는 아크릴산, 메타크롤레인 및/또는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법.
