Claims (14)
- 전방향족 폴리아미드 중합체를 농황산 용매에 용해시켜 제조한 방사원액을 방사 구금으로 방사하여 방사된 방사물을 비응고성 유체층을 통해 응고액 분사 욕조내로 통과시켜 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트를 제조함에 있어서,상기 응고액 분사 욕조를 통과하는 방사물에 후단계로 갈수록 황산농도가 낮아지는 응고액을 다단계로 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 방사물에 응고액 2∼5단계로 분사해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 응고액이 황산수용액 및 물 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 방사물에 1 단계로 황산농도가 10∼20%인 황산수용액을 1∼10 m/초의 속도로 분사하고, 계속해서 2 단계로 황산농도가 3∼10%인 황산수용액을 13∼20 m/초의 속도로 분사하고, 계속해서 3 단계로 물을 20∼25 m/초의 속도로 분사해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 4항에 있어서, 제 3 단계에서 방사물에 분사시킨 물을 회수하여 이를 제 2 단계에서 방사물에 분사하는 황산수용액으로 재사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 4항에 있어서, 제 2 단계에서 방사물에 분사시킨 황산수용액을 회수하여 이를 제 1 단계에서 방사물에 분사하는 황산수용액으로 재사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 방사권취속도가 1,000∼1,500 m/분인 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 열처리전의 결정화도(X)가 70∼79%이고, 열처리전의 결정크기(ACS, 200 plane 기준)가 42∼50Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트.
- 8항에 있어서, 열처리전의 파라결정 파라메터(gⅡ)가 1.7∼1.9%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트.
- 8항에 있어서, 2% 장력하에서 300℃에서 2초간 열처리후의 파라결정 파라메터(gⅡ)가 1.3∼1.6%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 2% 장력하에서 300℃에서 2초간 열처리후의 결정화도(X)가 76∼83%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 2% 장력하에서 300℃에서 2초간 열처리후의 결정크기(ACS, 200 plane 기준)가 46∼55Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 열처리전의 결정화도(X)가 76∼79%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 열처리전의 결정크기(ACS, 200 plane 기준)가 47∼50Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트.
