Claims (14)
- 산화 마그네슘 입자를 유효 성분으로 하는 정제로서, 상기 정제는(i) 그 중에 함유되는 산화 마그네슘 입자는 레이저 회절 산란법으로 측정된 평균 2 차 입자경이 0.5 내지 10 ㎛ 이고,(ii) 그 중에 함유되는 산화 마그네슘 입자의 함유 비율이 88 중량% 내지 97 중량% 이상이며,(iii) 거무스름함 및 타정 얼룩이 실질적으로 발견되지 않고, 또한(iv) 붕괴 시간이 10 초 이하인것을 특징으로 하는 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산화 마그네슘 입자는 레이저 회절 산란법으로 측정된 평균 2 차 입자경이 1 내지 7 ㎛ 인 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정제는 산화 마그네슘 입자의 함유 비율이 89 중량% 내지 96 중량% 인 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산화 마그네슘 입자는 레이저 회절 산란법으로 측정된 평균 2 차 입자경이 1 내지 10 ㎛ 인 수산화 마그네슘 입자를 700 내지 1000 ℃ 의 온도에서 소성하여 얻어진 것인 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 결합제로서 결정 셀룰로오스 또는 전분을 1 내지 10 중량% 함유하는 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 붕괴제로서 크로스카르멜로오스나트륨, 카르멜로오스칼슘 및 카르복시스타치나트륨으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상을 1 내지 3.5 중량% 함유하는 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 붕괴제로서 크로스카르멜로오스나트륨 또는 카르복시스타치나트륨을 1 내지 3.5 중량% 함유하는 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산화 마그네슘 입자를 필요에 따라 결합제 및/또는 붕괴제와 함께 4 내지 8 ㎫ 의 압력으로 건식 조립된 과립형 산화 마그네슘 입자로 형성된 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 평균 입자경이 0.25 내지 0.40 ㎜ 인 과립형 산화 마그네슘 입자로 형성된 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 겉보기 밀도가 0.50 내지 0.70 g/㎖ 인 과립형 산화 마그네슘 입자로 형성된 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안식각이 35 내지 43 °인 과립형 산화 마그네슘 입자로 형성된 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 타정된 후, 정제를 40 ℃ 의 온도이면서 75 % 의 상대 습도 (RH) 조건하에서 6 개월 유지한 경우의 정제는, 그 붕괴 시간의 10 초 이하인 제산 ·완하용 정제.
- a. (1) 레이저 회절 산란법으로 측정된 평균 2 차 입자경이 0.5 내지 10 ㎛ 인 산화 마그네슘 입자 88 내지 97 중량%,(2) 결정 셀룰로오스 또는 전분으로 이루어지는 결합제 1 내지 10 중량%, 및(3) 크로스카르멜로오스나트륨, 카르멜로오스칼슘 및 카르복시스타치나트륨으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 붕괴제 1 내지 3.5 중량% 로 이루어지는 혼합물을 조제하고,b. 상기 혼합물을 조립하여, 평균 입경이 0.25 내지 0.4 ㎜ 이면서 겉보기 밀도가 0.5 내지 0.7 g/㎖ 인 과립형 입자를 얻고,c. 이어서, 이 과립형 입자에 0.2 내지 2 중량% 의 활택제를 혼합하여 타정하는것을 특징으로 하는, 산화 마그네슘 입자를 유효 성분으로 하는 정제의 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 과립형 입자를 1 정당 펀치압으로서 5 내지 12 kN 의 타정압으로 타정하는 정제의 제조 방법.
