- 전기 화학 소자의 내부에 발생하는 가스를 투과시키는 가스 투과막과,
전기 화학 소자의 내부의 압력이 미리 정해진 소정의 압력을 초과하였을 때에 개방되어, 상기 가스를, 상기 가스 투과막을 통과시켜 상기 전기 화학 소자의 외부로 배출시키는 밸브와,
상기 밸브와 상기 가스 투과막을 내부에 수납하는 수납 케이스와,
내부가 중공이며, 상기 수납 케이스와 일체 성형되어, 상기 전기 화학 소자의 외장체의 가스 배출구에 장착하는 접합부를 구비하고,
가스 투과막과 밸브 사이에 간극이 형성되어 있는, 안전 밸브. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브는, 가스 배출 구멍이 형성된 밸브 시트, 밸브체 및 상기 밸브체를 상기 밸브 시트의 가스 배출 구멍에 압박하는 스프링 수단을 구비하고,
상기 스프링 수단은,
면 형상이며 또한 프레임 형상으로 형성된 베이스부와,
상기 베이스부의 면 방향 내측에, 복수의 스프링 소자부를 통해 탄성적으로 지지되는 하중 수용부를 갖는 면 형상 스프링이며,
상기 밸브체는, 상기 면 형상 스프링에 있어서의 하중 수용부에 의해 상기 가스 배출 구멍에 압박되어 있는, 안전 밸브. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스 투과막은, 폴리불화비닐리덴 수지와 폴리아크릴로니트릴 수지를 방사한 섬유로 이루어지는 부직포 또는 직물로 형성되어 있는, 안전 밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가스 투과막은, 상기 부직포 또는 직물의 편면 또는 양면에 불소 수지층을 형성한 복합 필름인, 안전 밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가스 투과막의 두께는 15∼60㎛인, 안전 밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가스 투과막에 있어서의 섬유 직경은 0.1∼0.6㎛이고, 세공 직경은 0.25∼0.35㎛인, 안전 밸브.
- 가스 배출구가 형성된 외장체를 갖고,
