Claims (13)
- 전극조립체가 파우치형 전지케이스의 수납부에 내장되어 있는 이차전지로서, 외부 충격에 대한 전극조립체의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록, 전극단자가 위치하지 않는 전극조립체의 하단과 전지케이스 내면 사이의 이격 공간에 보강부재가 장착되어 있고,
상기 보강부재의 외주면에는 보호 테이프가 부착되어 있으며, 및
상기 보호 테이프는 전해액과 반응하여 부풀어 오르는 전해액 반응성 테이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강부재는 원통형 바인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 바는 플라스틱 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강부재는 외부 충격을 흡수하기 위해 다공성 소재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 테이프와 보강부재는 일체형으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 스택형 또는 스택/폴딩형 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 양극, 음극, 및 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 개재되는 분리막 구조의 단위셀들 3개가 상하로 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 금속층과 수지층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트로 이루어져 있고, 수납부에 대한 전극조립체의 장착 후 열융착에 의해 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 시트는 알루미늄 라미네이트 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 리튬이온 폴리머 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
