Claims (16)
- 전극 및 분리막이 교대로 적층된 전극 조립체;
상기 전극 조립체가 수용되는 수용부가 형성되고, 외주면을 따라 실링부가 형성된 전지 케이스;
일측부가 상기 전지 케이스의 수용부와 연결되고 타측부는 상기 전지 케이스의 외부와 연결되며, 상기 전지 케이스의 실링부를 관통하는 연결관; 및
상기 연결관의 타측부와 연결되고, 상기 전지 케이스의 외측에 위치되어, 상기 전지 케이스의 내부 압력이 일정 압력 이상일 때 개방되며 내부 가스가 배출되는 아로마 밸브를 포함하는 이차전지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 연결관은 외면에 PP(Polypropylene, 폴리프로필렌) 재질을 포함하는 이차전지. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 전지 케이스는 상부 케이스 및 하부 케이스를 포함하고,
상기 상부 케이스 및 상기 하부 케이스의 외주면에서 상호 마주보는 면은 PP(Polypropylene, 폴리프로필렌) 재질을 포함하며,
상기 연결관은 상기 상부 케이스 및 상기 하부 케이스의 외주면 사이를 관통하고,

배기홀이 형성된 몸체;

상기 아로마 밸브는
배기홀이 형성된 몸체;
상기 배기홀을 덮도록 상기 몸체의 외측면에 구비된 덮개; 및
상기 덮개를 감싸되 단부는 상기 몸체에 고정되며, 탄성력에 의하여 상기 덮개를 상기 몸체에 고정시키는 탄성부재를 포함하는 이차전지. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 전지 케이스의 내부 압력이 상기 탄성부재의 탄성력 보다 크게 될 때, 상기 덮개와 상기 몸체 사이가 이격되며 상기 배기홀이 개방되어 내부 가스가 배출되고,
상기 내부 가스 배출 후 상기 전지 케이스의 내부 압력이 낮아지면 상기 탄성부재의 복원력에 의해 상기 덮개와 상기 몸체 사이가 밀착되어 상기 배기홀이 밀폐되는 이차전지. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 탄성부재는
천연 고무, poly-isoprene계 물질, PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride, polypropylene), PVF(polyvinyl fluoride), PHB(poly-3-hydroxybutrate), PVA(poly vinyl acetate), PCTFE(polychlorotrifluoroethylene), polyamide, polyactic acid, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinylchloride, polyvinyl alcohol, polystyrene, PMMA(poly methyl methacrylate), PTFE(polytetrafluoroethlene), poly carbonate, 및 polysulfone, polynorbone 중에서 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 재질로 이루어지는 이차전지. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 탄성부재는
상기 덮개의 외면에 접착되되, 일부가 비접착되어 내부 가스가 배출되는 통로를 형성하는 이차전지. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
