Claims (6)
- 온수 공급 시스템 내로 입수되는 유량을 측정하는 유량센서; 가열장치의 열을 입수된 물에 전달하기 위한 열교환기; 온수 공급 시스템 내의 물을 일시적으로 저장하기 위한 물탱크; 물이 흐르는 배관의 소정 위치에 설치된 온도 센서; 사용자가 원하는 조건을 입력할 수 있도록 입력부를 갖는 제어기; 출수구 측의 배관상에 형성되는 제1 분기점과, 입수구 측의 배관상에 형성되는 제2 분기점을 연결하는 배관 상에 설치된 펌프를 포함하는 온수 공급 시스템에서 저유량의 온수 사용시 온수 온도를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,온수 공급 시스템 내로 입수되는 유량을 상기 유량센서로 측정하는 단계;상기 측정된 유량이 온수기의 동작유량 이하인 경우, 상기 제어기는 가열장치의 연소를 중단하고, 온수 공급 시스템 내부의 물을 상기 펌프에 의해 제1 분기점, 제2 분기점 및 열교환기를 연결하는 내부 순환 경로로 예열 순환시키는 단계;상기 온도 센서로 순환하는 물의 온도를 측정하는 단계;상기 제어기는 사용자 설정 온도를 기준으로 상기 설정 온도 위의 소정 온도를 예열 순환 오프(off) 온도로, 상기 설정 온도 아래의 소정 온도를 예열 순환 온(on) 온도로 결정하고, 상기 온도센서가 측정한 온도가 예열 순환 온 온도 이하일 때는 가열장치의 작동을 개시하고, 예열 순환 오프 온도 이상일 때는 가열장치의 작동을 정지시키도록 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템에서 저유량의 온수 사용시 온수 온도를 제어하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 사용자가 입력부를 통해 저유량 사용 모드를 선택하였는지 여부를 판단하는 단계;사용자가 저유량 사용 모드를 선택한 경우, 상기 제어기는 상기 사용자 설정 온도와 상기 예열 순환 온 온도 사이의 새로운 예열 순환 온 온도와, 상기 사용자 설정 온도와 상기 예열 순환 오프 온도 사이의 새로운 예열 순환 오프 온도를 결정하고, 상기 온도센서가 측정한 온도가 새로 결정된 예열 순환 온 온도 이하일 때는 가열장치의 작동을 개시하고, 새로 결정된 예열 순환 오프 온도 이상일 때는 가열장치의 작동을 정지시키도록 제어하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템에서 저유량의 온수 사용시 온수 온도를 제어하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서가 측정한 온도가 예열 순환 오프 온도 이상일 때 일정 시간 경과 후 펌프의 작동을 중지시키는 단계;상기 펌프의 작동을 중지시킨 후, 상기 온도센서가 측정한 온도가 예열 순환 온 온도 이하일 때는 다시 상기 펌프의 작동을 개시하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템에서 저유량의 온수 사용시 온수 온도를 제어하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 온도센서가 측정한 온도가 새로 결정된 예열 순환 오프 온도 이상일 때 일정 시간 경과 후 펌프의 작동을 중지시키는 단계;상기 펌프의 작동을 중지시킨 후, 상기 온도센서가 측정한 온도가 새로 결정된 예열 순환 온 온도 이하일 때는 다시 상기 펌프의 작동을 개시하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템에서 저유량의 온수 사용시 온수 온도를 제어하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 사용자가 입력부를 통해 저유량 사용 모드를 선택하면서, 예열 순환 온 온도와 예열 순환 오프 온도를 선택하였는지 여부를 판단하는 단계;사용자가 예열 순환 온 온도와 예열 순환 오프 온도를 선택한 경우, 상기 제어기는 사용자가 선택한 예열 순환 온 온도와 예열 순환 오프 온도에 따라 가열장치의 작동을 제어하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템에서 저유량의 온수 사용시 온수 온도를 제어하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 사용자가 입력부를 통해 상기 예열 순환이 이루어지는 시간을 하루 중에서 선택하여 상기 입력부에 입력하였는지를 판단하는 단계;사용자가 상기 예열 순환이 이루어지는 시간을 입력한 경우, 상기 제어기는 사용자가 선택한 시간에 따라 예열 순환시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급 시스템에서 저유량의 온수 사용시 온수 온도를 제어하는 방법.
