Description
(第1実施形態)
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態のコージェネレーションシステムの概略構成を示すブロック図である。以下、図1を参照しつつ、コージェネレーションシステム100のハードウェアと制御系統について説明する。
(第2実施形態)
図4は、本発明の第2実施形態のコージェネレーションシステムの概略構成を示すブロック図である。第2実施形態のコージェネレーションシステム200は、第1実施形態のコージェネレーションシステム100の排熱回収回路12において、ヒータ18の下流に第2の温度検知器19を付加したものであり、その他の部分はコージェネレーションシステム100の構成と同様である。よって、第1実施形態と第2実施形態において共通する要素には同一の符号および名称を付して、説明を省略する。
[変形例]
上述の説明では、T2の閾値は2個であったが、より多くの閾値を用いて段階的に制御が行われてもよい。閾値の個数は必要に応じて変更可能であり、2個でも4個以上でもよい。あるいは、閾値ではなく、演算式やテーブルなどを用いて、水温から流量の制御目標値を決定してもよい。
(第3実施形態)
第3実施形態のコージェネレーションシステムは、ヒータ18への余剰電力が生じたことによる給電とは別に、一定時間ヒータ18に給電することによって、貯湯タンク20内の水を、排熱回収の目標温度(例えば70℃)より高い、雑菌の繁殖が抑制可能と推定される温度(例えば、90℃)に沸上げることを特徴とする。ハードウエアおよび制御系統については、第1実施形態(図1)と同様であるので、説明を省略する。

Claims (1)
- 発電装置と、前記発電装置を第1の熱媒体で冷却する冷却回路と、前記冷却回路上に設けられた熱交換器と、前記熱交換器を介して第1の熱媒体と熱交換する第2の熱媒体が流通する排熱回収回路と、前記排熱回収回路と接続し前記熱交換器により熱交換された第2の熱媒体を蓄える蓄熱部と、制御部とを備えるコージェネレーションシステムであって、第2の熱媒体が流れる方向における前記熱交換器の下流には、第1の温度検知器と、前記発電装置の電力が給電されるヒータとがこの順に接続され、さらに前記排熱回収回路には第2の熱媒体を循環させる循環ポンプが接続され、前記制御部は、前記第1の温度検知器によって検知される温度に基づいて、前記検知温度が所定の目標温度になるよう前記循環ポンプの流量を制御するとともに前記第1の温度検知器で検出される温度が、前記所定の目標温度よりも高い第1の判定温度以上になった場合に前記コージェネレーションシステムの運転を停止させるコージェネレーションシステム。
