Claims (5)
- 유전체층과 내부 전극이 교대로 적층되어 있는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서에 있어서,상기 유전체층 일층중에 하나의 세라믹 입자로 형성되어 있는 일층 일입자 부분의 비율이 20 % 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유전체층은 5㎛ 이하의 두께를 갖고, 상기 유전체층을 형성하고 있는 세라믹 입자는 3.5㎛ 이상의 평균 입경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서,상기 내부 전극은 Ni 분말을 주성분으로 하는 도전성 페이스트를 소성시켜서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유전체층은 BaTiO3계의 세라믹 입자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 유전체층은 BaTiO3계의 세라믹 입자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
