- 일반식 Nia(Zrl-xTix)bPc(여기서, a, b, c 는 각각 니켈, 질코늄+티타늄, 인의 원자%를 의미하며, 50 원자%≤a≤62 원자%, 33 원자%≤b≤46 원자%, 3원자%≤c≤8 원자%이며, x는 0.4≤x≤0.6의 값을 갖는다)로 나타낼 수 있는 니켈기 비정질 합금조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금조성물은 54 원자%≤a≤58 원자%, 37 원자%≤b≤40 원자%, 4 원자%≤c≤7 원자%임을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 비정질 합금조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금조성물은 a=57 원자%, b=39 원자%, c=4 원자%, x=0.4872 임을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 비정질 합금 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금조성물은 a=55 원자%, b=40 원자%, c=5 원자%, x=0.5 임을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 비정질 합금 조성물.
